Did u try clearing data for the app? Or reinstall?
Are u running one of the ports?
Clear the app data and it should work fine. Worst case, remove root explorer and reload again from market.
I use ES File Explorer and it works great! Just thought Id post my .5 cents haha

I can uninstall other system app using 'uninstaller for root' app but not this travel buddy..any solution?

If its rooted then use root explorer and just delete the .apk file for travel buddy
The file should be located at system/app

I want to uninstall Google Maps but I can't find how to do it. I've done a search on the subject but all I've found is how to uninstall the updates. I tried to use TiB but maps comes back after the phone is rebooted and I tried to use Root Explorer but I can't find any maps file.
Root explorer, system/apps/maps.apk

Thanks that's where it was hiding
A simple search in Root Explorer or similar app would have told you where the file is.

I have tethered via USB many times before, but all of a sudden I it started"verifying" and telling me I needed the tethering mobile plan. Anyone else having this issue or know how to get it back to when my tethering worked?

Are you stock or rooted? Its the tethering manager apk that looks for the right plan
Stock + root
Should I uninstall that apk or modify it somehow?

You need to either freeze (Titanium Backup) or delete (Titanium Backup or any file manager, like Root Explorer, that can gain root access) the TetheringManager apk.
If you use a file manager, the apk can be found in /system/apps.
I deleted mine and haven't missed it one bit

Haven't been on a Sense ROM in ages, but you have to disable the ota apk. Did a search and came up with this:
/system/etc/security: change otacerts.zip to otacerts.old

Are you not rooted? If you are, you should be able to use a file manager like ES to rename. You have to go into ES settings and turn on root features. I'm not sure I'd go deleting system files. You never know. If you're not rooted, well get on that.
Ok, thanks a lot! I download root browser and did it, thanks!
