Has anyone tried this game yet?
Is it working or no?
Minimum Requirements:
512 MB RAM (256 free at runtime)
GPU capable of OpenGL ES 2.0
Android 2.1
800 Mhz CPU or greater recommended
SD card with at least 600 MB free storage
It's on Unreal 3, this phone can't get full speed on "HD" games, and you want to run this game

The game is too advanced. It doesn't even work on the sgs2 properly.

Well, that certainly is disappointing....

Sry for my bad english
Forget about this thread just use swapper swap on 127 mb and it will work on phone
You need chinfire 3D and 16bit & reduce texture
no you dont ;p
i had only swapp and clocked cpu (864 mhz)

but still Swiftdroid M5 was the best in its series
Dunno about SDSL
I've played it with no problem!
I tried everything to make this work but it didn't succed, tried on both SDSL and CM7 by tejas and it was crashing at the loading screen all the time. Nothing helped, including swap and chainfire with nvidia plug / 16bit textures.
Did you try to Oc your phone ?
Well actually it was oced all the time, 768 mhz on CM7 by tejas and 806 mhz on SDSL. I believe it's memory managament fault not the cpu frequency anyway, pvz itself doesn't have any high requirements when it comes to hardware, it's just that the game is poorly optimized and it can't manage memory by itself. And as far i know it requires a lot of free memory to be launched ( near 200 mb ) otherwise it crashes. I just don't understand why it does work for some people and for other it doesn't, basically it shouldn't work on any GT540 because it lacks physical memory ( 168 mb when 80-110 mb is available for the user depending on the rom ) and swap is nothing like physical memory, it's just a paging file used to keep data that isn't needed.
Please tell me how to creat swap on my phone ? i installed swapper and i don't know how to make it work

It works on any rom with swap if you cant run it at all i would recommend you to download chainfire aplication and put custom settings for it and powervr driver
I tried with sdsl 3 that has swap and it didn't work. But that's with my phone...
try b3 by tejas with swap
can anyone please tell me why my phone is showing just 349 mb's of total ram instead of 512 ram, while my 7 surround shows 475 instead of 512.
475 is ok but 349 in my titan is not considerable.
Where do you see your ram? Anyway if is a program it could be 2 things or its showing the memory not on use or it takes off the memory reserved for the GPU but the Titan has 512 ram sure
Sent from my TITAN X310e using XDA Windows Phone 7 App
Actually i am using phone info it is showing that total memory is 349 mb and available memory is 193 mb. I used the other programs from marketplace but the same result.
I don't see why this would be an issue even?
I actually want to know that is there any issue with my phone or it is same amount of ram with all the titans. Please check in your phones.

Mine is 352MB. Looks like you are short changed
J/K. It's all the same.
On the other hand, my Galaxy S2 has 1GB of ram (800+ MB reported) and running dual core 1.2 GHz CPU. And yet, it still managed to be slower/slugish than my Titan running 1.5Ghz single core and 349MB of RAM.
I checked that, you have that ram 349mb because 150 Mb of ram are reserved for the graphic GPU, like in the integrated GPU of laptops, you have 512MB of ram but the system only sees the part that is not reserved for te graphics

Thanks for your replies, now i am able to understand the concept of ram usage.
This came across my thoughts when I was doing research on dedicated RAM for system and GPU. I want to play Amazing Spiderman on my Xperia Mini but it doesn't seem to start and I believe its because of my CPU clock and my RAM. I have over 200MB of free RAM and I was wondering if there is any way I can dedicate some more to the GPU, with the use of a kernel. If there are any other method to doing so please tell me.:good::laugh:
I don't really think it's possible, but hey I'm not so into the advanced kernel developing stuff
Rage kernel but i think there is no increase in performance.

You can't put more RAM to GPU. It is not possible. Not even on regular PCs.
as far as i know regular pc can add more ram by running hyper memory but only if the vga card support it

Its possible to do on pc/laptop that use a gpu that is integrated on the chipset. For example, Intel hd series that share the amount of gpu memory with system ram...btw the base amount of gMemory for Intel hd series is 256mb and can go up to 1.8gb+ if I'm not mistaken. Also depends on the amount of system ram.
As for smartphone it should be able to do the same because the gpu is integrated on the chipset too...idk much about android so cant really tell

Temple Run would work fine. But I'm not sure about high graphic games like Asphalt 7, NFS Most Wanted as 512MB RAM is just not enough. The game would start up and quit itself or FC. About 768MB RAM or above is optimal for Gaming.
I have dilemma between which processor should i choose.
I want buy new archos
50e helium is nice but 50 titanium have 1.5Ghz processor
I mostly play mmorpg online using my phone and recording using mobizen in same time. 1.1Ghz can handle it or do i need 1.5?

I think 1.5 GHz processor handle it more smoothly.

1.1Ghz processor nowadays isn't enough to handle some apps that requires more power, and I think you need the 1.5Ghz processor to future-proof your device for it to handle new apps or games.
Decision is yours, we're only giving advice.
