Android Market issue - Can't purchase - Galaxy Tab 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

It tells me that it couldn't process and that's the end. I haven't tried to purchase anything for the tablet until now apparently. Lol
I cleared data and cache already.

Solved! I went to purchase the game from my browser and it states that the buyer is unable to accept orders. Whoops!
The company is Madfingers, btw.

Google sign out

I am about to sell my phone and I can figure out how to sign out of my gmail account.
If you want to clear your phone prior to selling, why not just wipe the whole thing?

Just install the latest RUU from HTC's website and everything will be as if the phone is brand new.
That is the best thing to do before selling, unless of course you are selling it as a "pre -rooted device"

Viewsonic Farming out support???

I am going to have to RMA my gtab, my wifi has stopped working. It is stuck in a scanning loop. I have tried resetting, reflashing back to stock, factory reset, etc..
I called the 866 number on the viewsonic website and got redirected to a 310-228-4000 number. Called it and I get a Merchants voicemail?? Only open 9-5 M-F.
Has anyone else heard of them changing support to an outside vendor??

I think that's expected. The "outside vendor" is US Merchants, which is the company Viewsonic is using for worldwide distribution of the gTablet.
The US Merchants logo appears on the bottom of the gTablet box.

I just got done fully wiping everything (installed CW and did every reset I could).
Still the wifi is wonky.. :-( Was working fine yesterday, today it just keeps on resetting, scanning.. found network.. disconnecting.. scanning.. etc..
I got the U.S Merchants runaround as well. Figuring out my next move...
the support is really disappointing and is making me regret having bought the gtablet. First I have issue with having to pay to ship out an item for service but that's pretty much become standard but then to have them call me a liar and be told to just buy a dock well thats insulting and viewsonic has lost a customer.

Google Wallet help!

I can't seem to find any answers, but I'm trying to set up the google wallet prepaid card for my free $10, I haven't rooted or anything yet but I'm getting the erorr message "Error adding Google Prepaid card" any suggestions?
I had a similar problem I just backed out into the main wallet screen went into settings and reset my google wallet after that I didn't have a problem hope that might help

You could also try: settings, apps, all, wallet, clear update.
I had the same issue. I couldn't add the card no matter what I did including the above suggestions. I ended up calling Money Network and the rep had to escalate my call up the ladder. The next day I got a call from a different rep who said he had to do a Master Reset on his end. He said he could see on his computer all the error messages from when I tried to set up the card. He called me back the following day and said the reset was complete. I opened my wallet, added the card and it worked fine. I've even made purchases since and it had the clerks at the store with the wide eyed look. LoL

Do you have a phone number for Money Network? Reinstalling and cache clearing not working for me

Google Wallet $10 gone?

Like everyone else, I did the Google Wallet signal to get the free $10. Since then, I've flashed ROMs (wiping correctly) a few times.
Now I want to use the $10. I setup my account again and I have no balance, the prepaid card is gone.
Has anyone else had that happen? Does anyone know how to get it back?
They notified all users that starting the 17th if you reset the account you would lose your balance as they are discontinuing prepaid cards
Log in to the Site and you should be able to request a refund

I got the same message. Here's the website they link to in the email they sent out a week ago.

You'll have to wait till October 17th to request a refund, it looks like.
Also, today my Google Wallet app started informing me that my app was outdated and needed to be updated, and wouldn't let me use it (since I'm rooted, and using CM10). It wasn't doing that yesterday. I'm hoping that I won't lose my balance (since I still had the full $10 on there).

If u reset google wallet the prepaid card and all money on it will be gone once restarted. Not sure what all they need to do to get wallet working again for cm10.

Right, but I had reset months ago, and setup Google Wallet again about 3 weeks ago. That just took effect today.
In any event, I called the number listed on the FAQ, they said they can issue a refund today if I provide identity verification information (name, address & SSN), or I can wait until October 17 and do it online. I opted to wait.

Verizon Carrier Billing Declined Message When Purchasing Any App

Hello I have a problem with purchasing apps. I'm running a custom ROM which shouldn't be the issue here since it worked before. When I try to purchase an app in the Play Store it gives me the message

[I][COLOR="Red"]Your purchase on your Verizon US billing account was declined. Please select a different payment method[/COLOR][/I]
I have tried clearing cache and data of the Play Store under Application manager and nothing changed. It works after a factory reset and after 1-2 days it displays this message again. Any ideas? I have not gone over the spending limit either.
I've encounter the same problem actually. It seemed to work fine for the first few weeks I had the phone but now it won't let me purchase anything using that method. I just paid the bill last week so it's not like I'm over due....
