App developer? Please help. - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

If anyone is interested in developing a custom dialer.apk. please contact me.
i need some features implemented that nor standard or custom dialer from market can provide.
I need to be abple to have a "dial out" feature with a set prefix on a contact i pick from contacts list.
Said prefix is >=5 digits and must be customizable.
I want to be able to pick up an incoming call, put that on hold, open contacts select number, dial out with prefix and hang up the calls. like forwarding a call.
Please contact me in thread or by PM.
I will pay for functioning product.

[Q] Notifications by email domain?

I get "pages" sent to my phone using an automated system that send the message by SMS. These messages come into my phone from an email address. The biggest problem that I run into is that the email address is different for each message.
I need to be able to set a different notification tone for these messages than my other messages, so that I can be alerted as soon as I get these, where my regular texts will usually wait until I get a few minutes to look at them.
Theses messages will come from [email protected]. The number of the alert will be different in each message. If they all came from the same address, this would be a simple thing, and I would already have it done.
So my question is, does anyone know of any way that I can add a contact or any other means of differentiating these messages using the domain name of the email address?
Please use the Q&A Forum for questions Thanks

[Help?]Intercept call and add prefix [Incoming/outgoing calls]

Hi!
I would like to know and possibly get some help on how to intercept incoming calls by adding a prefix like 19299 on incoming, and * on outgoing.
I have built and compiled an .apk file witch force closes for no apparent reason on launch.
When compiled it compiles without any errors.
Is it even possible to monitor incoming calls on public API level?
Or is that an API that is closed off?
if the API is available, is it then possiblo to add said prefix both on incoming and outgoing calls?

[Q] Is there such an app? Collect information about caller

Hi,
First off I'd like to say that I get a lot of calls from customers and I have no efficient way to store their numbers and collect information about them. The phone's log only stores some of the the latest incoming numbers and I do not have the time to write everything down once a client calls.
Once a client calls I ask him ~1-5 yes/no boiler-plate questions about his needs and situation.
I'd like you to ask whether you have heard of such an app/program which would do the following:
- a unknown number calls, you answer, talk then you hang up
- a window pops up whether you want to input info about the client who just called. you can choose to enter info or not
- if you want to collect info you get asked these pre-set questions to which you can answer yes/no or input your own answer
- after you are done answering questions the info is stored to some XLS file or something like that.
It's like a client info database creator on a phone so you can later access them, filter them by different questions, etc. and then MASS SMS them by criteria selected.
If there anything like what I have just described for Android? If not on perhaps on iPhone? Any info would be appreciated.

Contact number issue!

After trying to find an answer to this for months I decided to make a post. After converting my contacts from my old Windows Mobile Phone to a Note 3 I have exactly one contact with an issue. The issue is only in the text thread and is a problem when I try to send a text to the contact from the preexisting thread. The contact number at the top of the screen (below the name) has a letter in front of the number for some reason. The letter is not present if I go into the contact or if I export the address book to a spreadsheet through Gmail or Microsoft Live. I tried deleting the contact from Gmail and Live to see if it will start a new thread or fix the error, but it does not. The issue is not present when I create a new text to send to the contact so long as I am not doing it from the preexisting thread, but then everything ends up in the preexisting thread instead of a new thread.
Hopefully someone here can walk me through a backdoor way of editing a text thread to fix this issue with the random letter in front of the contact's number so I can have regular text conversations with this contact without deleting the entire thread and message history.
Is there a moderator able to help guide me in the right direction if this should be posted somewhere else?
Help!
I really could use some advice on this matter as I am yet to find a solution.

why are messages failing to send? is there a limited number of characters on Sac 5.0

If I type a long text message it will not send. Sprint note 3 running Sacs 5.0 lollipop rom. also messages are separated instead of remaining together on incoming text messages
