[Q] Can't install some apps.

Well, as a title says I'm unable to install some apps (games / apps / tools). I press on .apk file, it shows permissions and such but I can only press "cancel" button, because "install button" doesn't works. Looks like something is checking if the .apk is legal or not. Also when trying to switch to package installer from task manager I can't, it's also inactive, but other open apps are working as well (can switch to them).
Anyone can help me please?
Thanks in advance!
Have you enabled installing of non-market apps?
Ah, found what caused the problem. It was Lux auto brightness.

If you won't enable it, you will get the message "non-market apps blablabla". You won't get to the point where you can press "install" and "cancel".
But the case is closed, found the solution.

The go to: Settings>CyanogenMod Settings>Input>Long-Press Home Settings>Disable:"Show recent apps title;>enable:Use custom application>and Select: Task Manager.

I did a recording of the problem: http://sendvid.com/sbrvwfye
When i swipe up "the use a different app" section does not include "Lightning Browser" which is the app i want to assign to that gesture. How do i add an app that is not on "the use a different app" list?

Ok i have understood you :good:
First Method if you are on marshmallow, lollipop or kitkat follow this:
1- Open setting
2- Select Apps
3- Tap on the 3 dots icon in the upper-right corner
4- Select Default Apps
5- Select Browser app
6- Choose the browser app installed on your phone you want to make it the default browser ... Done
I don't know if this way available for lollipop and kitkat or not but i think it working on lollipop and kitkat too.
Another very simple method
1- Install Default App Manger from PlayStore or from this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2140285&d=1374687303
2- After installing it, open it you will find some chooses as Camera, Browser ,etc...
3- Choose Browser
4- If you have a browser choosed as default browser then you have to press "Clear defaults" and it will open this default browser setting and you have to press on "Clear Default" in (Launch by default) section.
4- Return back to Default App Manger and Press "Set default".
5- Choose your prefered browser from the menu that will pop up to make it as a default browser ... Done
If anything you didn't understand me in it just tell me.
I hope that i had helped you

Thank you for your reply, but lightning browser has already been set to default browser by the same app you recommended. So whenever i open a link it opens with Lightning browser, this is fine. What seems to be the problem is that i can not assign this app to the gesture shown because it is not listed. It appears i must somehow list it first before it can be assigned to that gesture.

Nope bro.
First you have to install an app named "Now gesture tweak" you can get the free version of it from PlayStore or download the pro version of it from this link: http://www42.zippyshare.com/v/52829975/file.html
2- Install and open it,, when it open just press on "Select Action"
3- Then select "Open Custom App" and choose lightning browser from the menu.
4- Once you’ve picked your browser,, swipe up from the bottom and you’ll be prompted to select which app you want to use.
5- Select "Now gesture tweak" From the menu and make it used as default.
Done ... Try after that to swipe up and you have to find that lightning browser will open.
Try and tell me...
