[Q] [BRICKED] Sony Tablet ICS with all in one - Sony Tablet S

Hello. I installed the root and upgraded to ICS according the tutorial, all was a success, but when i restarted the device only show the logo of sony and the screen stays in black, i tried to reflash the hack_recovery and fail (Error in tmp/desklunvr/desklunvr.zip), and i tried to flash the version 3.2.1 r2 but it's fail again, the file recovery.log shows:

first try wipe.
if still no correct boot, then flash this one:
http://bit.ly/J2FglO
and do wipe just after flash! very important,
its described in AiO thread, FAQ section, downgrade info.
then you can root again, and flash ICS prerooted again.

PS. oh and btw - your tab has working region.zip, incremental lowered,
dont be affraid, its gonna work 1st try wipe !

I have rooted US ICS firmware (fully functional) and I have changed the build.prop with a previous HoneyComb version and done a full wipe via recovery; now I have bootloop when the tablet start (I can only see boot animation).
Because I live in Italy and I have the Italy version of sony tablet s I have tried to update from recovery with latest Italy ICS firmware version (signed-nbx03_009-ota-120410021.zip - I have Wifi only tablet version) but without success: I receive this message
