WIFI on my phone Sony Ericsson Xperia arc has been stopped when I try to turn on it's give me an error ( bootloader is open & rooting ) you can see the problem in the pictures, so please help me if you can

when i used to have my xperia x10i this happened when i missed to flash the wifi modules check your kernel thread as may be the issue

It might be useful for other people that use the search feature if you could say how you unbrricked your phone. Was it pc companion or seus or something else?

Hi all …..
I have the same problem …. It start from two days
It was working in "GDX v21b" and all fine except the magnetic sensor not working and gives this note "magnetic sensor failed"
Maybe it's not working from the first …. I don't know, I was afraid that my magnetic sensor is broke so I decided to install another ROM and I test "MiniCM7Pro_V21" …. The installation work ok and the magnetic sensor work good but the camera work in VGA mode not in 5M Pix so I test another ROM "RSv02beta" but phone refuse to start the installation so I give another ROM " MiniCM7-2.1.9-mimmi" the install start work but did not complete and the xrecovery stop respond so I remove the battery and reboot the phone.
Now the if I boot ON the phone it hang on SE Screen …. The phone not responding for the back or the on/off button …. I can't go to the xrecovery or tern it off till I remove the battery
I do it many time and connect it to Sony Ericsson PC Companion 2.0 and didn't work

Well, MiniCM won't work unless you've installed the right kernel. Remember, when installing a rom, always read the instructions!
Have you tried using SEUS instead of PC Companion?

Maybe you can read instructions to install specific ROM? For that ROM named MiniCM7 2.1.9 you need custom kernel in order to work. So it is for our phones but you just need to set up everything written in instructions. Read instructions how to, what are requirements for that ROM, etc. Maybe you'll find solution to install it.

After its work up as new and I hacked it and install "GDX v21b" as the past …. Every thing ok working fine but the magnetic sensor not working and that is ok with me now.
But I go to settings >> about phone I find the model number is mimmi not U20i
Can any one tell me what's happened ???

Now any new ROM shall I install on it as the same for the U20i as before?

You could at least state your problem if you expect any help . Give more details.

The thread you needed is sticky in general section, you could have found him with quick look..
He should root and backup with CWM before wiping it clean. At least he can partially backup his data partition, just saying.

Sounds like a soft brick.
Did you resolve the issue ?
If not mention what you did in the first place and the flashtool version you're using.
