[Q] Toshiba folio 100 won't display in devices list

Hi, I would like to update my tablet using adb or fastboot. But after a week I'm still stuck.
I managed to install 'a' usb driver which can connect to the tablet. I installed sdk and I can start adb and fastboot.
However, it's necessary that the tablet shows up if you type adb devices or fastboot devices.
But in both cases the list stays empty, so it can't find my tablet.
However I used a oneclick procedure I found somewhere, and that managed to reboot my tablet. So there must be connection.
I also have red somewhere I should add a string in the usb ini file, but that didn't help. Using the toshiba usb drivers, that didn't help.
So now I'm out of ideas....
Anybody who knows how I can solve this issue?
Any constructive feedback is welcome.

[Help] Acer Iconia A1-810 without stock recovery, adb and fastboot access

[HELP] Bootloop after flashing: recovery-clockwork-6.0.3.1-p4.zip -> NOOB!!!!
I`ve just tried everything related to this issue of the forum!!
Before the bootloop i had access to the adb and fastboot features by usb debbugging (sdk manager) and stock recovery, etc...
With the Bootloop, now i can´t access to the stock recovery with the 1001 combinations of the buttons, removing the battery, pressing the volume button and then connect to the pc via usb, adb reboot, and so on and so on.... nothing works!!
The pc only recognizes via usb the Tab (1 second) asking for MT65xxPreloader, like a bootlooping asking for this controller. I´ve installed this controller and the bootloop remains - 1 second each boot...
Anyone can help me to solve this dead brick? Is is not possible make a startup disk via sd card like exists for windows, for example??
Without PC connection i don't see the solution.....
Thanks in advance!!
Anyone can help me, plz?
I have the same problem are you solved ? thanks

[Q] Broken tablet in recovery. Cannot connect USB from windows

Acer Iconia B1-A71. Stops during boot at Iconia icon. Factory reset didn't help. I can get to recovery menu. No options help. Need to get a new img to the tablet but windows will not see it in recovery mode (even though I have the correct USB drivers from Acer)? "Unknown USB" message when I connect or something.
I think I have the necessary files downloaded on my computer to fix this from scratch, I just cannot talk to the tablet????
I do have an old laptop with Linux on it which I can maybe try tonight? Any help or advice would be so much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

[Q] Access ADB when device is powered off.

Good afternoon/morning XDA members. I would like to know if it is possible to access the adb when your phone is powered off and it is connected to the computer. I would like to know if there is anything that you can add to the default.prop of the boot.img so that when the phone is connected it will show up when you run adb devices. I ask because this is possible on a device I have, Blu Dash Jr. I can pull the battery and place it back into the phone and when I connect it to the computer it shows up under adb devices. My phone is the Alcatel Pop C2 btw. Thanks for taking the time to read and hope you can help.
