Hello!
Few week ago I installed the titanium backup 5.1, and it works perfect... But one day it disappeared from my app list. I didn't find it in the data/app with rootexplorer, so I tried reinstall it, but I couldn't do it, because if I install it from market or filebrowser the installer write thet I haven't got free space. Any other app install works, and I have lots of free space.
(I tried install other rom without wipe, but some apps disappears, so I restored my backup.)
Pls help, how can I solve this problem?
Thanks
Try with a full wipe from recovery, then using root explorer move Titanium Backup.apk in system/app
If i helped you press thanks

Because readers hub is a system app, found in system/apps.
titanium backup can't restore system apps. like, it couldnt' restore my clock application, i had to manually restore it.
How do I restore readers hub manually? I have the same problem. I flashed eastern european rom and reader hub is different (very ugly one) so I removed it using titanium backup and tried to restore from titanium made backup. kobo an pres reader restores just fine but not readers hub
You can get Readers Hub app from the ROM you like and install it using ADB. Its as easy as:
1) Get the phone in ClockworkMod and connect it to the PC.
2) adb push ReadersHub.apk /system/app
3) Restart phone and there's your app
Please cancdomeone extract readers hub for me :-(
Please.. Also can,I,copy it using root file explorer and reboot? Is it gonna be the same as pushing with adb?

Titanium restores system apps just fine for me, I occasionally see this with any random app, it's almost like the back up is corrupted in someway.
Usually you can restore from the the source apk then restore the data only with titanium but not always
Hey, guys.
So, this happened first when i tried to update Titanium Backup to this last version.
It just won't install. It says my tablet has no space for it. Only I got 7GB of free space yet, and every single app from Play Store installs perfectly. Isso tried uninstalling TB in order to get it to work, but it didnt. Tried a previously downloaded apk, still the same.
Also went to CWM Recovery and wiped cache + dalvik, and nothing.
Anyone got a clue of what to do?

uninstall titanium
You have to use root explorer and set it rw
search for titanium in the search option of root explorer and delete all he find
then search for keramidas and delete that data too
after that i was finaly able to install titanium again!
Again, I searched but cannot seem to find this...
Well, I was trying to remove stock apps after I rooted my phone, I used to use Absolute System to do so(with my old samsung fit), but now I cannot seem remove stock apps, at all... most problem is with ASTRO FILE MANAGER, i cannot seem to remove it, AT ALL...
any suggestions on what app should I use? or how I should do it?
TIA!

Titanium Backup, ROM Toolbox, System Cleanup ( you can find it here on XDA or Play Store) or using a Root Explorer - delete the apk files

So i should just directly delete the apk from the /system/app folder?
You should backup the folder on sdcard first
...Xperia neo...KA ICS 21.1...Suave v6...
Titanium backup is probably the easiest way to do it.
I am having apps that were installed using their APKs. And they are backed up by Titanium Backup Pro. Now if any of that apps gets a newer version and I need to install it by uninstalling the prev version first, will I be able to get the data restored back using Titanium? My confusion is whenever I uninstall an app will Titanium make its backup vanished as well?
Regards,

why would you need to uninstall previous version if you are getting it from Play Store?

No need for any backup unless you are doing factory reset.....Just install the new version and replace the old version if it prompts. You will not loose any data.

Had it done. Generally when a newer APK (Hopefully people in here know why me is using APKs with Google Play as well) of an app comes out if I click on the install button it just asks for permission to replace it. But there are some that mess it up. That is why I have to uninstall them first and then install the newer version APK. I have seen if I restore back the data, it is just fine
No issues.
Thanks.

Hi!
I can´t restore any apps after I flashed a new rom ([ROM]Oct 26|JellyBean|☆☆☆MS Team HD 5.0☆☆☆|Stable |Eye Cacthing|Aroma|Online kitchen)
I have dual boot and First rom is [ROM]Oct 26|JellyBean|☆☆☆MS Team HD 5.0☆☆☆|Stable |Eye Cacthing|Aroma|Online kitchen

I cant´t restore my apps in Titanium in neither of them, tried to restore only app..app and data.. but neither work! Is there any fix
Do I have to format my SD?
Hello there. It seems I got the download manager corrupted when trying to put the playstore to work. The thing is I have backed up the files with titanium backup in my pc. But i am unable to access it. Because i did a factory reset excpecting it will restore all the files.
Now i have the backup and apps in the download folder, however as the KFHDX does not come with a file Explorer i cannot install titanium backup to restore. Also any download for all interfaces fails (Email, browser, apps, books).
I would appreciate any help in solving this issue.
