Xperia S Issues. Bad Flash - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Hi, I read the 'existing users' installation instructions on the Sspeed ICS rom and installed the rom without installing the ics rom and kernel (I was tired). When booting, I go in a bootloop with the doomkernel screen. I can access recovery fine.
When holding vol+ and connecting to PC the phone goes back into it's bootloop and does not boot into fastboot.
When holding vol- and connecting to PC the phone flashes the green led and then boots into bootloop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Press Vol up + power button for 15 sec till you get 3 vibrations, then use flashtools to flash stock firmware.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I have tried this before. When it gets to the screen saying connect your phone, when I hold Vol- and plug in it flashes green and then boots to doomlord screen, then loops.

Did you tried to flash the stock kernel with fastboot?
Try to install the drivers from flashtools folder.

Ive installed the xperia s, flashmode and fastboot drivers from the folder. Will fastboot work if the blue led does not come on?

Forgot to mention the phone has an unlocked bootloader so don't think that will work. Is that correct?

If you don't know just flash any firmware with flashtools.
First you need to hold vol up + power for 15 second to turn off your phone.

Doom kernels are for GB not ICS that's why you have boot loop.

There is high chances of a system file being corrupted. Use flashtool to flash ftf fw. Then install any pre rooted kernel through command prompt using fastboot method.

I forgot to tell, I cant enter fastboot mode... Phone keeps turning on after blue LED comes up,and somehow I can flash dualcore rom somehow... Only that rom but without kernel ofcourse

How to fix hard bricked Xperia P?

So I installed this ROM and tried to update my CWM using this. After I flashed the zip I rebooted my phone and now it won't start. I tried Power + Vol Up but the phone won't respond. I also tried charging, connecting to PC and trying to get into flash mode or fastboot mode but still no response. Help please? :/
@nycdream you realised you flashed an optimus 4x recovery? OP said you must fastboot the kernel inside the rom zip. Ok so you checked that you have proper drivers?

You realy shouldn't flash the zip, fastboot would probably give you an error.
The zip wites to /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 which I don't know what it is for but probably shouldn't be touched.
fastboot had probably give you error

I would think so, not without special equipment and Sony's "bios".
I don't think they can repair such damage at service centers, though you can ask.
