Have you installed Android SDK and Flashtool Latest version?
Install Flashtool latest version, then go to C:/Flashtool/drivers/flashtool-driver.exe
I had this problem too, after installing flashtool latest version it works!

[Q] x10 mini broken

okey i unlocked the bootloade with this tut: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254225 then i had "no service" on my phone (i think beacuse i used the msm7227_Setool2.cmd). first i thought it might be an problme with the software so i installed MiniCM7-2.1.3 because the bootloader was unlocked. but htat didnt fix it. but now i accidentally flashed it with the stock kernel. it wont boot and it wont go into flashmode. so can you plz give me any suggestions how to solve this problem? thanks!
sorry if i made any mistakes im new to this forum
it just shows the sony ericsson logo
have you tried pc companion and update service it may get your phone working.
yes but it says i have to activate the usb on it to connect/use it with pc companion. and as i doesnt boot, i cant do this.
Have you tried se update service as you say your phone is not booting.
If update service can't do the magic then you will have to go for flashing tool ....
i cant get into flashmode (when the green led is on). so update service and pc companion dont detect it
now use flashtool and follow all the instruction on this link below
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=825664
ok im trying this one
okey im desperate here, maybe you posted a wrong link or what ever. i tried to flash with flashtool. i even created a bundle. but is still not recognising it in flash mode.
okey solved it
took the battery cable out pushed the back button and put the cable back in place then i plugged the usb cable in and it wet into flashmode
finally i just relocked my bootloader with s1tool

Ok. Judging by the fact that you're stuck on the Sony Ericsson logo, I'm assuming you're on the stock kernel and also on locked bootloader. Because you tried to install BlackHD Edition as well, I'm assuming you also have CWM.
The simplest method is if you made a backup in recovery and can access recovery. If you did this, you can simply restore the backup to get the ROM and data you were using before back. If this does not work properly (sometimes backups are screwed up somehow in recoveries), read on for the flashing method.
The X10 showed a green LED when you plugged it in which suggests that it can access flash mode (which is what I'd expect if you didn't tamper with the X10 so much as to break even that). If you have FlashTool, the following series of instructions should work:
1. Download the Xperia X10 stock firmware and move them to the firmware folder of the X10 FlashTool (the firmware can be found in this thread as well as the latest FlashTool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=920746)
2. Open FlashTool and press the flash button at the top left of the program
3. Select the stock firmware from the list and press ok
4. Instructions telling you to turn off and unplug your phone and plug it in with flash mode should pop up (hold back while plugging the cable in). Follow them and wait.
If you did this properly, you should have flashed the stock Sony Ericsson firmware with everything as it was when you bought the phone (if you flashed the 1.6 firmware) or updated the X10 to 2.3.3 (if you flashed the 2.3.3 firmware). That should be the most fail-proof and reliable way (I've saved my X10 from my stupid experiments through this several times already)
Just a little side note: If my assumptions are correct, you tried to flash the BlackHD Edition MIUI-based ROM through CWM on a locked bootloader and stock Sony Ericsson kernel probably without flashing the lockedbl.zip that's provided in the BlackHD Edition thread. Most FXP custom kernels work with that ROM without a problem, but the stock one just doesn't because it's far too different. You could have either chosen the locked or unlocked installation method on the thread (I know because I've done it before). The unlocked one requires an unlocked bootloader and a FXP custom kernel, neither of which I think you have. The locked method only requires CWM installation and for you to flash the lockedbl.zip after installation. I think your issue must have come from the fact that you forgot that last part, or some other strange error occured.

yours assumptions are correct.
About instructions to how to connect to flashtool, i know they. i click on flash button, select firmware and when pop up to plug-in, i do it...but don't work...don't connect...
As in, it doesn't recognise the device?
I think there's another way where you take the battery out and plug the phone into the computer. The green LED should light up for about 5-10 seconds (when it's in flash mode) where you have a window to select the firmware and flash. I haven't personally tried it, but I'm asking someone who has done it about how it's done. You might want to try that method as you can't really do much else with your phone right now. I'll update this post once I know the exact method and details

Once flashtool asks you to connect USB cable..connect the phone with the battery removed. THEN replace the battery while holding the power button and it should start up into flashmode.
It may even work without holding the power button...
Its strange because when stuck at SE logo you can't follow the on screen directions to get it to work

If your bootloader is locked, you can choose the option to repair phone in pc comp. Another possibility why your phone is not detected might be because of drivers.
It may also because of his usb not working , the problem might have started . I want to check out whether your phone is charging and i also want to know that in devicemanager your phone when connected in flash mode shows as "semc usb device "
Thanks

Is My Xperia U Bricked?

Hello, I'm A Young Teen And I Wanted To Get Jelly Bean Stock On My Phone.. I Flashed CM10 Boot.img and got An Xperia play Recovery (BY ACCIDENT) and Flashed It, My Phone Would Work In Fast Boot, I then Had To Go Out. I Came Back And My Phone Didn't Work. When I Plug into USB The LED Tuns Red. If I Charge It Goes Off After An Hour-ish. It Doesn't Recorgnise/Go Into Flash/Fastboot Modes. Any Fix, Is My Phone Dead/Bricked? Please Can You Help Me, This Phones My New/Best One So Far.
Hello I've Bought It From Amazon Sim Free, I've Unlocked The Bootloader And I Flashed Through Fastboot CW10 Release 202 And Lately I've Read The Latest Stable Release Was 154, I Didn't Transfer The OS's Files To My Phone. Could That Be The Reason? I Don't Get A Green LED So I'm Guessing It Can't Flash After What Has Happened, I Was OK Getting Into FASTBOOT.exe But after Transfering The XPERIA PLAY RECOVERY And Boot.img Without The Files Present On My Device I Couldn't, When I Charge The LED Goes Off After 10-50 Minutes. The PC/Flashtool Don't Recognized The Device Only Under Device Manager - Universal Serial Bus Controllers Sony Erricson seehcri Control Device I've Reinstalled Flashtool Drivers ETC.. Thanks

[Q] Can't get into fastboot mode

Hi, people
I have a Neo V MT11i 4.1.B.0.587, it's rooted and BL Unlocked, i'm trying to flash a <kernel>.img file, but everytime i try to go into fastboot mode (pressing home button, pressing volume + button, entering through flashtool into fastboot...) the blue led appears for just a few seconds and then starts to charge the battery.
Can anyone help me?
Download and install flashtool, or download kernel flasher. I'm using flashtool which is really easy to use.
Switch the phone off.
In kernel flasher, follow the screen instructions.
In flashtool click the ray icon and select fastboot.
With the phone switched off, press menu button and connect it to the computer with the USB cable
On flashtool, you can check the status on the window.
Regards

That's the point, i've already tried that, and every time (was 'bout 15 times) the blue led turned on for few seconds and then it turned off, and started charging the phone, it never stayed in fastboot mode enough time to have the kernel flashed
Any other ideas?

Can you access your phone through adb from your computer?
The only thing I can think of is a problem with the drivers. Which OS do you have?
There some issues with Windows 8.1. I don't have it, so I cannot tell, but look for it on xda. I see references to it

[Q] Xperia U Hard Bricked

Hi there,
I have a rooted xperia u with unlocked bootloader. I've tried to install the cm9 following a guide where the requirement of the installation was having an original Sony firmware installed on the device. I didn't saw that requirement, and I installed it with a custom rom on my phone. So after flashing the kernel I turned on my xperia...
Bricked.
It made only the vibration but no Sony logo appeared. So, I connected it in flashmode on my computer (with windowsXP) with green led working, but flashtool gived me the message that I must install the phone drivers (even if I had already installed them on my pc). I tryed to reinstall them but nothing canghed.
I also tried to connect the phone on a windows 7 pc always with flastool (and drivers installed) but in that case neither fastboot mode or flashmode, nor any vibration was working (pc doesn't detect it).
I tried to connect the phone with removed battery or also a reset with power and volume up buttons but nothing...
It's still like this, with fastboot mode or flashmode not working with any pc... :crying:
Is there anything that I can do?
Thanks in advance.
Head to Sony service centre
Hit thnx

Sorry Cwikla, I didn't flashed the kernel, but the rom. I wrote it wrong.
Try getting into fastboot. Even without drivers, you might be able to do so. Bring up the fastboot menu in flashtool, then plug in your phone in fastboot. Quickly hit reboot into fastboot (via fastboot). Then flash another kernel and restore a nandroid backup(if you have one)
