Hello, i have the galaxy tab 10.1 LTE (sch-i905) and am currently trying to flash it back to stock using the tar file from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1342995 but each time I try, Odin gets stuck at system.img. I have tried restarting the computer, using a different usb port but each time i try it keeps getting stuck... please help

Hey guys, need help with my LTE 10.1 Tab...
If I remember correctly, I did the root located here:

Anyhow, after weeks of clicking away from the update that was pushed to my device I finally clicked it like an idiot and now I'm stuck on one of two things, it either boot loops at the Samsung Galaxy TAB 10.1 screen or goes past that screen and sits at a black screen.
I have access to ODIN3 Download Mode and it says "Waitting USB Cable..." but can't get USB to recognize my device even though it did recognize it prior to going down. If I click the Android Installer box option, it just reboots and keeps doing the same thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm deploying for 10 months soon and would love to have my tablet to take with me... Thanks!

you used rom manager to flash the cwm?
if yes,install driver for your tab.
go to this theard http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=16804945#post16804945 .and download file lterec
.tar.7z on post #16 and flash with odin.

Well I took it into the local Verizon store and since the battery was dead from boot looping they just had a new one shipped to me under warranty... We'll see how this turns out...

This was is what was happening to me so I could not get ODIN access from the computer because the USB device was unknown even though the Samsung's driver were installed.
After some digging around I ended up installing Kies 2.0 even though this is an LTE. That did the trick. The computer recognized the device and I had ODIN access. Hope this helps someone. I know that frustrated feeling.
similar situation happened to me.
Fixed using the instructions posted here for Team Overcome.
In brief, gives you a stock firmware to flash, clean the phone, install Overcome rom with root, adds CWM, all is just fine afterwards.
Nothing like bricking your new baby first day out! Yeah, this does help fix things.

I use galaxy tab 10.1 P7500 rooted.After i flash ROM ICS 4.0.4 P7500XXLQ8_P7500OXALQ8_P7500XXLQ8_HOME.tar.md5 with mobile odin my GT stuck at logo after reboot(see video).Then i go back to recovery to restore backup.but their be like this ( see Attacment).So i want flash back stock ROM with ODIN via PC but my PC said "USB NOT RECOGNIZED".please Help me how to do.already search solution but not find.

Pretty sure your phone needs to be in download mode for Odin to recognize it. If your device is in download mode, maybe it would be a good idea to reinstall drivers and Odin?

i made a mistake while trying to flash ICS rom using odin while i was connecting usb modem and odin stuck, after i disconnected the tab it gives me this msg "firmware upgrade encounterd an issue please select recovery mode in kies and try again"
so now i can't deal with this isuue please help me
p.s
i was trying to solv the problem of bypassing sim activation cuz i am living outside the US and i don't need LTE

now its completely dead, i can not even switch it on or putting it in download mode
HI, have recently purchase a Smasung Grand from China Unicom, brought it back to native Singapore and tried to update firmware using Odin 3.07 with and .tar file I9082XXAMC8_I9082TMNAMC1_TMN.
Started working for a couple of seconds before the process stopped and my phone is stuck on the 'Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again' page.
I have tried plugging in to recover but Kies doesn't recognise the device and it is not appearing.
I do need help on this! Anyone with solutions please do help!!:crying::crying::crying:

My phone stopped working all of a sudden it's stuck in a boot loop and will only go on to Odin but when I downloaded a Rom and plugged my phone in it said it passed but the phone is still stuck in a boot loop not sure if I got the right Rom or not any help would be great please thanks

Try flashing a kitkat rom with odin. Make sure repartition is ticked ON.

Find the correct firmware for your country here.. all will work but best to have the one for your country or as close as possible http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-G850F/
Download and install USB drivers from here http://developer.samsung.com/technical-doc/view.do?v=T000000117#none . Unzip and run the .exe file to install
