Is there a way right not, that the LAPDOCK can work with Webtop 3.0? I'm running the Ics leaked rom right now.

The answer at the present time for the laddock is no. Webtop3 (basically tablet ui) only works on the hd dock or hdmi. You can use tablet ui on the Lapdock with epinter's CM10 (and others) providing you follow some steps to toggle into tablet ui.

lol...click on your link, go to the original thread and download the gTab/Harmony edition...it's the tweaks that he's been developing over top of a Ginger core but it's still a full ROM...Download, wipe all, flash, wipe dalvik, reboot and wait...initial boot takes a while..
Ahhh beautiful. Thanks. Is it pretty stable?

I have no complaints
Also no complaints on the tablet tweaked stuff. Running very well.
Corwins Tweaked CM7 RC4Beta2 has the tablet tweaks incorporated also (as an alternative if you want the tablet tweaks..)
Just installed it on a friend's nook and it's running great. I'll probably be switching to it from Vanilla AOSP Gingerbread.
the only gripe about it that i have is that it wont play videos. but from what i seen no gingerbread roms can play videos. untill there is a fix or if anyone knows of one besides using rockplayer or another software decoding app i think im going to have to stick with vegantab. But i do love the softkeys

I believe they are talking about hardware accelerated playback. I don't think any of the gingerbread based roms support hw acceleration currently.

ahh, yeah...ok...yeah, it's not the best of playback in some videos without the hardware acceleration, but it's hardly noticeable the majority of the time...
when i go to play my mp4's they wont even open at all. I would have to open them in rockplayer and software decode them whic isnt even watchable because of how choppy they are. maybe if i convert them to a different format any ideas?
As the title says, i'm looking for the best GB ROM for my Atrix. Right now I have a modded version of NottachTrix on SD, but I plan to fully format my phone, get another SD card and redo the dual boot from scratch.
I'm looking for the best stability, compatibility with drivers (especially HW acceleration for games and videos), working fingerprint reader good battery life, in that order.

Topogigi's CM7 based ROM. I really appreciate that the author of the ROM upgrade it to the latest nigthly and solve small problems that it has.
He do really a good work with this.

Sorry, but Topogigi 1.1 is GB.
0.7.2-TG is CM7
Aniway, the best way for everyone is to test it on his own.

I like Mokee...It is a modded version of Cm7.
Really fast & beautiful + nice battery life.
Cm7 is pretty awesome...
If you like Blur based roms then i'd say that Max Blur 2 is great !
I dont like topogigi because it is 2.3.4 and there already is 2.3.6...

^ ^ This!
Max Blur 2 is the best Blur based Rom I've used so far. Really smooth and fast even at 1Ghz and everything works as it should (webtop, car dock audio).

I'm actually on CNA and i can cconfirm that it has a native HDMI mirroring resolution made for the lapdock, it look clean, crisp and sharp
I've tried paranoid, and had a couple of settings problem, but did have a HDMI mirroring expressevly made for the lapdock Elysée again, bso i guess that almost every cm10 libs has a native HDMI mirroring resolution for the lapdock

Well, but the cm10 version he is talking about is the one with "those libs" and not everythink is working as expected...
Hi all,
I've been running a Jelly Bean ROM for a while now but need to start using the lapdock again. Are there any ICS (or JB) ROMs that have a working webtop for the lapdock?
Alternatively is there a way to get Google Now working on Gingerbread ROMs?!
Cheers
Wag
There is no web top in ICS/jb. There is HDMI mirroring though.

No.
I have Lapdock.... on ICS Atrix 4G don't have the resolution option for 1366x720..... the max resolution is 1280 x 768
okay. Thanks all.
MHL to my TV runs fine on a stock ROM and on ARHD, but when I change to Paranoid Android (CM, non Sense) I get audio only and no video through the HDMI cable.
Does anyone know of a non Sense ROM which will be OK with MHL?
(I'm looking to hook up Sixaxes, and of course Sense ROMs won't do that )
