1) Flash rom-003 and launcher
2) Now reboot, let the rom settle and reboot to recovery
3) Now flash rom-005
4) now reboot, let the rom settle.
5) Again finally reboot to recovery and flash addon pack
Before you install the CWM you wipe data / factory reset wipe Dalvik cache.
Otherwise, follow the instructions.

Have you done this prior to installation?
Wipe Data
Wipe Cache
Wipe System
Wipe Dalvik Cache
then install ROM...twice if first failed.
If there's still a problem, redownload the ROM.
Flashing stock Samsung ROM is still flashing a different ROM, you're not going back to the real stock as you are still running a ROM, in this case Samsung's ROM.

flash that in recovery first to wipe eveything then flash the rom and wipe dalvik then reboot and let it sit for 5 - 10 min then reboot again
I installed Shin Engine v3 and SE V5 but both dont worked. I followed that steps:
"Installation
Download Rom and copy to Sd card
Reboot into CWM Recovery
enter Mount and Storage -> /format system
Wipe data/factory reset -> Wipe cache partition enter Advance -> /wipe dalvik cache /wipe battery stats
Flash ROM = wait until finish
Reboot. Done". That you can get it here. "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1551522"
I unlock root and bootloader, installed nAa 11 Kernel.
Then after I install the rom I reboot and then the cellphone keep rebooting infinitely.
What can I do?
Flash Alfs v08a CM7 no FPS cap version(optional, but always working+better performance). I tried these ROMs and they worked. However, if you use an ICS ROM like ShinEngine V3(not BostonEngine v5), you MUST use nAa ICS kernel!! Otherwise it won't work for you. If you have the correct kernel, correct ROM and still not working, try reflashing the ROM and NOT wiping everything and vice versa.
Good luck!

1.first install any cm9 kernal
2. Boot into CWM recovery(by pressing the back key repeatedly when you see kernel logo & notification led)
3. Perform a full wipe (wipe data/factory rest, wipe cache partition & advanced > wipe dalvik cache)
4. Install JB ROM & if Google Apps is not yet included in your ROM install that too without rebooting
5. After that do NOT reboot, while still in CWM recovery, take your battery off >> wait 10 seconds & put it back again
6.Flash cm10 kernel using Flashtool then reboot.
Having same problem - solved (thanks @UP)
And when you turning ur phone on after rom install, disconnect USB

In some rare occasions my phone also gets stuck at the booting logo, but holding power down and restart the phone solves my problem.
Did you preform a clean install?

And what does the op say?
"1.- Wipe data / factory reset (mandatory if you coming from STOCK OR 4.2.X version or another ROM)
2.- Install the Main ROM
3- install gapps
4.- When you're back on recovery go to Advanced
5.- Wipe Dalvik Cache
6.- Fix Permissions
7.- Wipe Cache Partition
8.- Reboot"
In stead of step 1 i would suggest:
Mounting /system, /data and /cache
Format /system, /data and /cache
Then proceed with step 2 etc...
Everything will be lost so make a back-up with titanium backup. (don't back-up/restore system apps)
Clean Install

okay.what you do is not enough . and as you mentioned , you need to reboot recovery(under advanced ) after you flash the compatible recovery .
I recommend ..
1) flash compatible recovery ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2546597 ) and reboot recovery
2)wipe data
3)wipe cache
4)wipe dalvik cache(in advanced )
5)go to mounts and storage and format system , data , cache
6) flash the rom and compatible gapps and leave the rom after flashing for like 10 minutes ( leave it in the recovery , untouched )
7) after you are back , reboot system and let the rom boot up .
8) after it boots up and you set it up ( like setting time , date , account ) leave the rom untouched again .. say for an overnight so that it gets the time to settle .. the next day .. start customizing and installing apps like you did .
P.S. : I would recommend not to flash a custom kernel as of yet as kernels are in beta stages as of now
All the best !
