[Q] Recover S3 - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all,
I am newly registered to the forum, but I have been reading the boards for a while.
I have run into an issue with my phone, in so much that I cant get past the Samsung Boot logo. I cannot get to CWM (Vol up, power and home) but I can get to Download mode (Vol down, power and home).
Once inside Download mode I have tried flashing a few ROMs and they all fail, with a "there is no PIT Partition". so after some google, I found a few PIT files to try to re-partition. These include the MX.PIT and the GT-I9300_mx_20120329.pit. If requested I can upload them for some one to parse thru the PIT_Magic tool.
Once I select the PIT file and select Re-Partition, I get the following error:

Any one have any tips or words of wisdom to share?

Additionally I tried a multi part flash with PIT and ODIN produces this:
