Waiting for Samsung to get it back in stock so I can use my 50% off discount code.
All of the note 2 batteries are the same, they just have a slightly different model number to track down which carrier It came from originally. I spent an hour on the phone with samsung to confirm I ordered the sprint spare battery and charger and the battery that came with it was an actual sprint battery. Same model number as the one in my phone. Im not sure if that was coincidence or not....

Once you register your phone Samsung will send you a code immediately, like in about 1 minute immediately. I tried using another code to order stuff early and it was invalid, so I think they are one time only codes.
Probably the best accessory in my opinion. First thing i purchase with a new phone, after a case that is

Not me. So far so good. But I feel it may not last long since I swap batteries often.
My battery life is horrible cause of heavy use. I have seven batteries I swap out when drained.

Yea, I've tried all those apps, task killers, battery savers. Battery life is my least concern now since I have batteries.
My problem is connections. In high 4G areas I'm usually only getting 3g and I get a lot of no data connections.

Dayum. How do you charge all those?
Just a suggestion, see how your battery life fares if you keep your screen brightness under 25% (if you can).
I use two wall chargers. I average 3-4 batteries a day which works out well for me. I've tried the lowest setting I could possibly go with still seeing the screen, didn't seem to help much believe it or not.
Since I've gotten the backup batteries I just have it on auto brightness now.
Aside from the battery life, I'm more concerned now about the limited 4G I get and no data at all at times.
I would also think even though the battery cover is built well, I think it will wear out from all the removals.

I worry about same thing removing frequently. I found this supposedly oem but from Hong Kong. But if you look at images has contacts like the original back. Ordered and will have it in about another week or so.

Wow, 16 bucks for that, I can like 5 bucks. LOL
I guess it is original equipment though, so may actually be worth it to have one as a backup. Thanks for link

How did it go with Lingosbox.com? How many days did the item arrive and did you encounter any problem with them?
If this hasn't happened to you yet., and it's going to happen to you later. You have been messing with your phone without looking at your battery levels and mid rom flash you are out of juice, your phone won't charge. The charger appears to be working but the phone just won't charge.
I used to have a droid x and you have to use a special tool by Motorola to change the os on it. It requires you to be plugged in but sometimes won't charge your phone. Mid update my phone ran out of juice, I had a spare battery but the phone wouldn't turn on or charge. After many desperate appempts I found a fairly easy solution.
The trick is you find any usb cable you don't want.. You strip the end with the adapted part of the usb.. You cut the green and yellow wires.. You put the black wire on the negative terminals and the red wire on the positive terminals
This should give your battery enough energy to start itself up if you hold the wire on the terminals for a minute.. Although I'm not sure if this damages the battery.. I would only use this in case of an emergency,

Or you could get a cheap $3 wall charger from amazon or ebay (the type that holds the battery not the cable).
Did the same with my droid 2 global

Or use Amon Ra recovery... it will actually charge a fully dead battery.
Clockwork MOD has issues charging a completely dead battery.
This is for a situation where you need it charged at that moment.. Not wait 1 week for a charger.. Most people know about the chargers, but shipping is nothing near instant

yep, have 8 extended batteries right now. Don't think I'm running out of juice!
What if you could wire the batteries together is some way to make a 1 week shoe box sized battery. That would be worth buying... If you wanted to carry it around
Sent from my ADR6425LVW using xda premium
They already make these "brick" charging devices. Not a shoe box, just a large battery that can charge your phone multiple times before it needs to be recharged. Pretty sure I have seen a 8000mah and higher.

Ok I ordered a 9300mah battery from zerolemon. When I put the battery in the phone and plug it in as instructed a popup come up saying the battery is disconnected. I reset the phone, tried plugging it in while its off but no luck. Has anyone else had this problem and got it to work?

I am going away to Belgium for two and a half weeks. I will unlikely have access to a wall outlet. I have 7 batteries for my S3. So at the moment i am trying all the ways possible to increase the battery life of my S3. I run a stock rom with a siyah kernal. I use stweaks to undervolt my cpu but 100mv and have the max freq. set to 700 ghz. I also have it locked to one core.
Does any of this help increase battery life.
Any other suggestions?
Grateful for any help.
hmmm battery saving app might help
also black theme will help and black background
powersaving govener will help 2
anyway why 7 batteries :/ u could bought 2zero lemon ones and enjoyed
Cause I constantly have my phone in a trident kraken case. I am well aware of the zero lemon batteries as my friend has one. But it would require serious kidding of my case to accommodate a zero lemon battery in my case. Plus the batteries were only £5 each.

owh good for you
and i agree with you about the case thing it becomes a tank with zero lemon since its 7000mah something but i saw someone modifying a utter defence case for it at least it looked like a cool tank
anyway with some tweaks you will get a good battery life though it all depends on how you use the phone for example if its in sleep mode it can last for 6 days on one battery but full use your looking at 6 hour on screen probably
With what I have atm I can get get 5 hours of the screen on with the cpu running flat out at 700mhz on two cores. I also have a solar charger with me so I should be fine. Do u think reducing the clock speed further will help?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Would flashing a different rom make a difference, such as a really stripped down one that is compatible with dual booting on the siyah kernal. Also is there a way I could limit the apps that are allowed to run. I already have juice defender to limit the apps that have connectivity.

Simplest in my view is to carry a spare battery .

Delete all your apps (especially google apps) which u don't need. Turn off account sync, this is what the most battery drains. If u are in uncovered area, turn flight mode on, steadily searching for net could cause battery drain too.

So far so good! Previously on my stock battery I used to get 7 hours max on heavy use ..running aokp 4.4.2 rom on HSDPA+ connection ..now I surpassed 7 hours and still 80%!
The only downside so far that it takes lots of time to recharge (unless you put the capacity in consideration )

Sure. i will find it from amazon. but we need brand name
The brand name is meaningless since it's a Chinese aftermarket battery, they all probably come out of the same back garden factory in Shenzen. Just pick the cheapest one you can find.

Thanks for the info
in really is about 5000mah i think..... maybe initially was better, after 3 montsh of use life decreased a little.
it is a good battery better than original. but it is 2 battery IN PARALLEL.
1 battery chinese WILL NEVER BE 3200mah like original. so it it is 2500 real....................... 2500 x 2 = 5000 mah about. a good amount, not the promised 7800.
