[HELP]Stuck in Download Mode - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've searched everywhere, I am not a noob when it comes to root/flashing/odin, but I am at a dead end here.
I picked up my phone today to see it at the Samsung i-9300 boot screen, just sitting there. I popped the battery and tried to reboot, no go. Tried to boot to recovery, won't go past that Samsung screen. I can boot to download mode, and odin recognizes the phone, but when I try to flash anything to the phone, odin freezes at SetupConnection.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Output from odin

This is a stock firmware downloaded from SamMobile. I have tried just a twrp recovery to try to boot to recovery and that does not work either. I found a few .pit files and tried to re partition with those, hoping that would help, but no luck. Running windows 8, also tried windows 7 with no luck. Has anyone ever run into this?

Samsung GT-S7500 cant unroot

So Samsung released an update for this phone last night, and I very stupidly hit install and I was rooted.
Now the only thing it boots to is clockwork recovery.
I downloaded the latest stock rom but odin won't flash it.
Think I got to flash the stock recovery to flash the rom, how do I do this?
Also, how do I root this again after updating?
You don't need the stock recovery to flash the ROM. Odin should flash it. What problem is it giving you when you try to flash? Do you have the right odin package?

Odin package? Don you mean the taar.md5? It's S7500XXLH3_S7500BTULH1_S7500XXLH1_HOME.tar.md5
I'm trying to flash it with Odin 1.85 with it loaded as a PDA
Yep, the tar.md5. What happens when you try to flash it? do one of the boxes at the top say "FAIL" or does it just freeze?

Update: OK turns out recovery and download are two completely different things.
Recovery Mode: volume up+ volume down + home + power (what it was booting to by itself)
Download Mode: volume down + home + power
Everything is working now!

[Q] Problem with my S5830,I think it's bricked

Hello everyone! I've got a problem with my samsung galaxy ace S5830. This morning I installed CWM on my device, everything was ok,but when I tried to restart my phone it didn't answer. Black screen and I couldn't enter in download mode, but I think it could be fixed.
Then,I opened Odin and tried to flash. Odin recognizes the port and appears the ID COM although the phone it's powered off, because I pressed power on and vol up. I selected an original Gingerbread 2.3.6 on PDA and started flashing, but then I have this:

And Odin gets stuck in there, any ideas? Thanks!

[Q] [SC-02C] Japan NTT DoCoMo Galaxy S II refuses to flash

Here's the rundown of what I did:
Using Odin 3.0.7 on Windows, I flashed a kernel from Sakuramilk, don't quite remember which one. The flashing succeeded according to ODIN but the phone wouldn't boot and I would get the Docomo Logo with the yellow triangle.
Following that I downloaded the stock kernel from Sammobile and tried to flash that (SC02COMMP4/SC02CDCMMP4), but since it didn't work I tried to flash + re-partition using a stock PIT file I found at some thread. The re-partitioning went through but the flashing failed half-way. The result of that was that now, when I try to power on the phone there's no logo, only a message on the top of the screen in green text:
'nps_fail_ntt.jpg' draw failed
Click to collapse
my guess is that my re-partitioning with the PIT file broke the partitions and now it can't find the logo (or any other file).
So this is an almost bricked phone that can go into download mode and is seen by odin but now odin can't upload anything (I've tried a few stock kernels from sammobile). I always get:

Any advice on how get this phone flashed back to it's original state or any other working state for that matter would be very much appreciated.
Turns out that Odin 3.07 I had wasn't working well with sc-02c. I used Odin3 v1.85 and the flashing worked!

[Q] Odin Stuck on boot.img doing the NC5 pre root update

Hi all. I was following the video to do the NC5 update. I loaded the zip on my ext sd, and the super su update. On my PC i have odin 3.09 and the tar files from the forum post. Everything was going fine until i got to ODIN.
I rebooted to download mode from safe strap as per directions. Connected USB, drivers found the phone and odin showed it connected. I choose the AP file and the CP file in the proper places, and choose start. The bar started on the phone, but has not moved past the first nub, and the odin window didnt update the box like it normally does with progress bars and activity... however the messages window at the bottom did update with this:
Code:

So, it seems to be stalled here and im not sure what to do now. Its been like this for 15 minutes or so at least.
I have attached a screenshot of the odin window. Still no activity....
So what should i do now? Thanks for the help!
EDIT------------------------
To resolve this, i unplugged the USB, closed ODIN, pulled the battery let it sit for a while, hooked my usb into the computer (back USB port). Put battery in and booted to download mode by buttons (Vol DWN + HOME + Power). Re ran odin after the drivers settled up and ran the flash again and it proceeded properly. all appears to boot now.

Fascinate won't turn on

Hey guys, I have this Verizon Fascinate that I used to use when I was wayyy younger. Back then I was using it, deleted a wrong folder when I was browsing through the My Files app, and it hasn't turned on since. If I try to power it on, all I get is a white screen that continues to flash. I've looked at all of the other threads about resetting the Fascinate to stock with Odin and Heimdall, and I've tried the steps given there, but it hasn't helped. I can still set it to download mode, and I can still charge it with the charging battery screen, but no recovery/boot up what so ever. I tried flashing multiple stock firmwares in Odin with the stock pit file or the atlas pit file, but this is all I get:

The phone wasn't rooted before and didn't have any sort of custom rom on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated by those still browsing these forums.

To do it, get this file.
https://gofile.io/?c=tJd0Pd
Then get odin v1.85
https://gofile.io/?c=WHkZHO
Launch odin with admin powers (sudo/su for linux, or whatever).
Then click PDA and select the tar.md5 file and start.
