Text to speech ICS

I’m having problems getting Text to speech to work on my Galaxy S2. I’ve tried Litening rom 2.7 and WanamLite 11.1. When I go into 'Language and input' settings, 'Text-to-speech output' then go to 'Install voice data' in the Google and Samsung programs the 'Install voice data' is greyed out and I can’t install it.
I’ve did complete wipes, before installing the Roms. Everything else seems to be working perfectly. I’m currently running WanamLite 11.1 and Siyah kernel 3.1 rc6.
Any help would be appreciated.

[Q] Remapping the "search softkey" to "show recent apps" in Jelly Bean

[Q] Remapping the "search softkey" to "show recent apps" in Jelly Bean
Hi,
I've got a Mobistel Cynus T1 with JB 4.1.1, stock rom, root and cwm 6 recovery.
I'm trying to remap the search softkey to the "show recent apps" function.
I already found some tutorials on ICS like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21501238
My problem is now, that by changing the keylayout files the softkeys don't react anymore.
The java file I can't even find.
Apps like ButtonRemapper can only identify the hardkys.
I hope, you can help me.
Regards,Sebastian

[Q] Cannot install add-on dictionaries

Hey
I'm using a Galaxy S i9000 with the custom rom SlimBean 4.2.2 (version 3). I really want to try out the gesture typing, but to do that I need a dictionary, which in my case is Danish.
I go into the keyboard options, click add-on dictionaries. At first danish doesn't show up, but after a refresh it pops up. I click on it, and choose "install". After a couple of seconds, without touching the device at all, it now says "Installed" under the Danish dictionary in the list.
I then exit, and try to use the dictionary, but it doesn't work. I go back into the settings, and it's not installed anymore.
Can anyone help?
TLDR version: Tried to install a Danish add-on dictionary, shows as installed in the list after a couple of seconds, but actually didn't install.
The solution was to install a new version of Gapps and install LatinIME.

Ripple effect on JB 4.2.2

Hey guys.
Currently running Omega v6 AOKP.
I cannot find how to enable ripple effect on lock screen.
On 4.1.2 it was simply an option once you selected 'pin' security, it gave you the option to click, pin with ripple or pin with swipe ( can't remember)
How do I do it on this, if possible?
Thanks:victory:

[Q] Google Câmera option boxes

I am having some problems with the oficial Google Camera app in my Nexus 5 (D821). If someone know how to fix it please tell me.
Suddenly the camera app begin to show two boxes with something like "MODE LIST" and "PHOTOGRAPHY FILMS". When I select them the "mode list" option open the camera mode selection on the left and the "photography films" open the gallery of photos. (I am brazilian and my android its no PT-BR language so its actually showing "LISTA DE MODOS" and "PELÍCULA FOTOGRÁFICA")
Screenshots (i am new at xda so i cant add links yet):

My device is a D821, running stock android 4.4.4, stock kernel with some minor tweaks by Xposed (Gravity Box, Wanam and Tinted Status Bar) and the camera app is in 2.3.020 version.
I checked ALL the config and accessibility options, disabled ALL my Xposed modules then uninstalled Xposed Framework and finally did a factory format, nothing solve my problem.
I also uninstalled the camera app actualizations to an older version and the boxes weren't there .
