Download the latest Odin from here
Make sure you've installed the right firmware with the right kernil for your device. Re-install the firmware after making sure it is the right one. Search the forum's threads to check some how-to guides of how to flash ROMs and/or Kernels.

Download 1.85 or 3.04 I think 1.83 incompatible with sgs2 and see in task manager is Kies on if yes then kill it...

same as my situation ,but i'm on note 2. it should be that long. if yours are not rooted and it just happened like this then probably it may be a ic or motherboard issue.
I have a SM-N900P ON ANDROID 4.4.4. Rooted the device with CF Auto Root. Baseband/software version is now n900pvpudnk4. I found a 4.4 version of cwm and twrp. Upgraded my odin from 3.0.7 to 3.0.9. For some reason I cannot get the device to flash either of these recoveries. Odin gives these messages:

<ID:0/003> recovery.img
<ID:0/003> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/003> RQT_CLOSE !!
<ID:0/003> RES OK !!
The device then reboots and gives me message:
<ID:0/003> Removed!!
But when I reboot into recovery it just goes into download mode again. Any suggestions?

Are you entering download from a completely powered off state?

Upgrading odin from 3.07 to 3.09 won't make any difference. You are doing something else wrong. Since you did not list which box you used i.e. should be the PDA box, please click on "rom flashing basics in my signature " all the info you need is there including the links you need. Enjoy !!!
To ensure your doing all the steps right go on YouTube and search for Sprint Galaxy Note 3 Odin and follow the video step by step.
My device lost its signal, then after I check IMEI there's no IMEI also, so I search for solution then I found that I have to reinstall the stock rom for my S6 edge.
On the process after so long downloading the rom from sammobile. Im stuck on the process of NAND Write Start!! and nothing is happening. Im using Odin3

Did you download correct firmware for your phone?
What model you have?
What android version?
Network locked or unlocked?
Which firmware did you try?
Answer these and I can help
Hello,
yesterday i decided to install a new custom rom. Had Note 7 ROM running for a half year.
At first i updated TWRP, after that my touchpad is not working correctly.(also in TWRP) I have to click 1 inch above the buttons to hit them...
So after a few tries to get a new ROM running(tried a few), finally one worked, but the problem with the touchscreen was still there. After that, i decided to install the stock firmware. Downloaded it from SAMMobile, but even that i can't install in Odin.
I already tried to wipe the complete phone with twrp and tried it with Pit file, but i get still the same error in Odin.
