Hi all,
My problem is that I'm not able to install any apps at the moment. The app is only 10mbs (antutu), it's downloading but when it comes to install I get an error msg. Insufficient space available.
However my sd card has more than 5gb, and Internal mem has 500mb. I have the mod that switches these memory as well.
Why am I getting this error msg and how can I fix it?
Thanks.

Use root explorer and go to system\apps\
Delete auntutu or something similer to this program.
Ex. Autuntu.odex

Try installing Lucky patcher. And just open it. It will most probably clear the problem. Easiest method.

yea =/
why does it do that? and how do i avoid it?
It's an issue with lucky patcher, the details are complicated but basically you have to do a full wipe, I haven't found a different way around it.
Easy to solve. No need to wipe.
Just launch lucky patcher and Press the menu soft key. From the options that pop up select TROUBLESHOOTING.
Then select REMOVE ALL FIXES & BACKUPS.
Phone will restart and problem solved.

Or you can look in the /data/app/ folder and find the .odex file for the app you are trying to update and delete it.

Go to root explorer.. go to system/data/app and delete the odex file corresponding to the app you were installing(which couldnt install due to low space).. the odex file you want to delete will have name same as the app plus odex..

Are you using lucky patcher? Not a good idea, try clearing data in that or uninstall it then try again.

Hello Ashindigo
Have you installed Ad blocker on your device or any other mod to block ads? If yes, Then remove it and also remove hosts file from /system/etc/
(Don't forget to take a backup of hosts file before deleting it)
Ad-Blocker cause No Connection error to play store
The gapps HAS to be for JB 4.1.2. It has something to do with compatibility. For example, 4.2 gapps won't work. It gives a parsing error.

My friend had this problem with her Zeki tablet. It doesn't come with Play Store or the Google Services. I think my brother fixed it by using App Backup and Restore and moved the apks to system/app using root explorer. Not sure what he did after that.
I can upload the apks if you want. That's if you haven't restored yet.

Well, getting into fastboot is a good sign. If you don't see the inverted menu giving the option to unlock, then that's unofficial fastboot.
