for jellybean, there isn't any other kernel. there's stock cm10.1 and devil kernel. also, I wouldn't worry about antutu bench marks, they don't mean anything

On 4.1.2 hellybean I flashed devil 1.8.1 and it was working very well, super fast in games, but when I try to flash newest 1.9.5 devil kernel on 4.2.1 rom I get a lot of errors on android start - like process com.android.phone has stopped working. So, is there any version of devil kernel that works in new 4.2.1 rom?

at the moment DT is building the devil kernel inline with hellybean, so no not at the moment, give him some time and he should release a kernel separately

How old was the video that you watched? The problem is due to siyah not being updated for the new Mali drivers. These are required to boot PACMan. If the video was a little older, it's likely these new drivers hadn't made it into PACMan yet, and hence Siyah booted it up.
I can't tell you if MIUI is compatible with this, but try dorimanx kernel. It's originally based on siyah kernel and is capable of dual-booting. I only can't tell you if it will work with MIUI as I've never flashed MIUI. There are two versions of the kernel, the 8.xx branch and the 9.xx branch. Read up on which one you'll need for MIUI, although I can tell you that both the 8.xx and 9.xx branch will boot PACMan.
Edit: and your English is great, don't stress

I use Googy Max 1.7.9.
Click on it in my signature, it will send you to the download page.
Yank 1.6g kernel is very good it allows you overclock to 1.6GHz and good battery life
Most custom kernels allow you to overclock, I would recommend googy max. It really boosted the performance of my s3

Slimsaber 4.4.4 by Fusionjack and DorimanX 10.44 v008 by cybernetus. Stock slimsaber 4.4.4 kernel is good too, but for extra awesomeness (and speed), flash dorimanx too.

@gsstudios can you directly link to kernel and rom please? im useless and getting the right verison i DONT have a P version phone
What P version? You mean S2 plus, like i9100G?
Those are the ROM and Kernel that @gsstudios mentioned:
ROM: http://qc2.androidfilehost.com/dl/T...4717067763/SlimSaber-i9100-4.4.4-20141221.zip
Kernel: http://dorimanx.cybernetus.com/10/Kernel_Dorimanx-V10.44v008-[08-39]-[27-12]-JB-SGII-PWR-CORE.zip
Please note that those work only on i9100 , not i9100G or other S2 versions.

Go search for these kernel:
1. Siyah (supports up to 4.3 only, discontinued)
2. Yank (supports up to 4.3 only, discontinued)
3. Boeffla (eol, maintenance only)
4. Agni
I'd suggest to reset to factory since your lagging is caused by apps that's hogging the rams. Kernel alone only can help to a certain level
^^^
If you're using a Samsung based rom use AGNi purestock kernel, if not use Boeffla Kernel or Yank kernel (been using this for months but I use Boeffla now)
Changing kernel will stop some apps from working. If i had to recommend one it'd be agni or boeffla. If i had to make you choose it'd be a stock kernel.
