I currently have Verizon S4. I have been using Hyperdrive RLS 3.1 and everything has been great. I then downloaded RLS 4 and when I set the 4x4 calendar widget on the screen, it says "problem loading widget". I have tried re downloading the RLS 4 file twice. I have also tried clearing cache, dalvik cache, fixing permissions. And no, I have not moved my widgets to my SD card. I don't even know how to do so. I have scoured the internet for hours. Why is this widget not working? Further more, why does it crash my TW launcher when trying to load this widget? I am furious and forced to download a new rom. Please help a brother out

Had you read the entire Hyperdrive thread, you'd see this has been discussed many times. Will be fixed in RLS 5.

How did u get to where you are now? And what Rom are you currently using?

i am using cyanogenmod-nonsensikal-v16.1-black&blue. my ex's uncle did the mod for me and it has worked fine since september 2010.
if you want to go to ginger bread just download one of the many gb roms. if your on android 2.2 or even 2.1 then a sd card format wouldnt hurt. but donwload gb rom do a full data wipe and might as well do a dalvik cache wipe and delete the android.secure folder while in recovery. that should get you the cleanest install as possible. flash the gb rom and gapps which you can download from any of the ops. as far as you home screens changing do you mean they move on there own to the left or right or that icons and stuff shange. if its scrolling by itself then you proablly have a trankball issuse
I can't get rid of this stupid 492 error when downloading/updating app. I've been flashing ROM/KERNELS/RADIO's for years on many different phones, so i kinda know what I'm doing
Clearing data for the play store and Google framework, it's not helping, re-installing the ROM has done nothing. I've flashed my ROM 3 times (Saurom 7.1 galaxy note)
Before each flash i have wiped data and cache on main CWM screen, then in mounts and backup up I have wiped the Data, cache, system, emmc, and formatted the sd card. So we definitely got a nice clean fresh install with no data left behind. Click advanced and also wipe dalvik cache. Still error 492 and can't do anything with the play store. I've uninstalled play store 3.4.something and downloaded 3.5.something, install was successful, and guess what. "your item can't be downloaded. error 492)
I've been using this ROM for months, and never had a problem, After some annoying bugs developed where: alarm clock, voice recorder and a couple other everyday system apps would force close, I decided to just do a quick re-install on the ROM. I haven't used titanium backup or anything until I got my system apps updated, fresh ROM installs with a fresh version of the play store, still no go. i'm on the road for a few days, so re-installing Factory Image with ODIN is not a possibility at this time. Anyone know what the problem is? The phone sat all night with a data connection, and this morning when I got up I tried to update a couple apps, same error 492 popped up.

Had error 492 in Google play when attempting to install or update apps. I rebooted my phone and attempted the updates one at a time and it worked for me.

I'm having the same issue. I have followed all fixing methods and actually all of then work for about a day and end I get the error again.
Also, every time I get this error I cannot download any email attachment.
I have 2 Fascinates running AOKP milestone 5 and only 1 has this error. I'm running since release date and this problems started about a week ago.
I am kind of tired of this and I'm flashing Milestone 6 this week and I hope this error will be gone.

I recently bought a HTC Desire X, it came preinstalled with JB and hboot 1.25.000. First I set it up in stock configuration, and used it for a weekend.
Recently I installed myONEdx+ RC1.0 (JB, Sense 4+) ROM, since then the following problem occurs:
Whenever I open the clock app, it opens to the default "world clock" tab, shows the earth animation centering on my location, and then crashes/closes - without showing the "application has stopped" dialogue.
I found this thread on Clock crashes and tried removing all non-stock ringtones, to no avail.
I have also tried clearing data of the Clock app and wiping cache and dalvik in recovery, neither solved the problem.
Any thoughts on troubleshooting the issue are appreciated.

I did a full wipe before installing myONEdx+.
I tried the fix you linked to and it worked! Thank you very much :victory:
Screen monitoring is not working w/Hyperdrive 10.2 on my Verizon Galaxy S4 on MI1, via SafeStrap & hashcode's modules zip , but when I switch to the Stock, Non-Safe side, Screen Monitoring successfully connects.
When on Hyperdrive on slot 1 the devices see each other, but connection fails.
I tried Fix Permissions & rebooted, & wiped Dalvik & rebooted, both to no avail…
any help appreciated, oldwolf
Do you mean screen mirroring? If so, do you have any themes installed? Themes are what breaks it for me

yup, I shoulda said Mirroring… & yes I have used a theme; guess I'll re-flash & not use a theme…& I'll let you know… will post results afterwards.

Welcome. What theme did you use? The red theme from the aroma option with the rom did not break it but dustins Cobalt theme and jbeitels real icon theme do break it.

odd, I am using the red theme…
I'm planning on using Odin to go to MK2 & upgrading to RLS 14 of Hyperdrive - so I'll live w/things as they are & get a clean start later if the patch won't work

I'm using Cobalt theme and I have no problem with the screen mirroring.what I did was make all the theme modification first and then go to system lib safe the file in my sd card and then delete the file from system lib and put the one on the post above in system lib.
I dirty flashed on top of existing install, Hyperdrive install script prompted me to wipe cache & dalvik, which I did, & chose the standard TW theme, not red or blue, & made sure to choose the AllShare app & voila
Screen Mirroring worked.
I'm guessing that my prev version of the supporting app got corrupted somehow… thanks again to all for sharing!

Currently running Resurrection Remix 4.0.7 and this is driving me mad. My wallpaper and notification bar disappear, sometimes it comes right back, sometimes it doesn't. It happens nearly every time I do anything.
I did a wipe and reinstall yesterday and if anything it's just gotten WORSE. I'm using Nova Launcher if that makes a difference. I've tried everything to sort this; wiped cache, dalvik, wiped and re-installed etc.
Any suggestions?
Check the md5 of your download, if it's correct then try a super wipe and reflash.
Don't install any mods or apps until you've tested fully.
Also check in your rom thread for similar posts.
