how can i install recovery on my phone with lock boot loader for back up my files like the save of the games ??
how can i use custom roms again with lock boot loader ?
if i upadet my phone with pcc dose my root disappear ?

use this method to get recovery on locked bootloader

to backup your saved games use titanium backup app from market
you can install only stock/stock modified roms on locked bootloaders like this rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1409288)
yes if you use PCC root will disappear (you can root again it is easy,single click)

Dont create double threads and theres no such thing as a better rom or anything like that you need to find one you like and using the search bar would answer all these quistions for you

First need to unlock the phone Bootloader/Root. for that need S1Tool. Then need Flashtool to flash the kernels, and copy the roms to SD card. But it writes down everything in the posts what do you need to do.

First you have to unlock bootloader, then flash kernel that suit for your custom rom with the help of Flashtool... & then u have to find one custom rom available on this forum for your phone.... before all better u have to backup your datas & official rom...

Dude that is not called as kernel.. Its a custom rom link... There will be custom kernel for your phone.. Search properly in this forum, you will get to know.... Go the following link and search for the custom kernel for Neo..

Download the required ROM... Dont extract zip file... Place this ROM in your SD card ... Using the flashtool, flash a kernel you find from the above thread... Then keep pressing the back button while u reboot ur phone... it will enter into recovery mode...
Im looking at installing this rom [ROM][AOKP-4.1.2] TokoRom V2 [AROMA+OTA][Sense Style][18/03/2013] and was wondering if it supported dual boot via the Siyah Kernel , i would have asked this in the roms particular thread but seeings i dont have enough posts on the forum i cant. would appreciate help.

U can, as long as the second rom u chose is also an AOKP/CM/AOSP based one
