[APK] ROOTimg without using PC with Z4ROOT (L3, L5 & L7) - Optimus L3, L5, L7 Android Development

I think this topic because I have received many
private messages asking for root.
A method is very easy to roortear the telephone,
and sn using a PC.
____________
Froyo, GB, ICS, and JB has given some pain of cabexa to root! Well, that solves that.

What makes this APK is rooting your device with a single keystroke.
How safe is this?
It should be 100% safe - nothing on the disk ischanges, or binary is altered, just copy the binaries for root, so if something goes wrong, simply reset the device.
It must be fixed all issues. Let me know if. You can find any error!
The new temporary root option works on 99% Android devices available - no list However, specific devices are incompatible with the temporary root option
I am trying to find out.
This is the list of devices compatible and incompatible known for the choice permanent root. In reality I - have not tried so I only have a Galaxy S device - but this list has beencreated by reports of users.

[Q] Please advise on SG2 (T-Mobile) rooting

Hi -
I am sorry if this question bothers some ... but I have looked around (searched) for a day or 2 and learning the do's and don'ts
of Rooting / Installing Recovery / Flashing ROM's for This phone (my 5th Android phone). I am pretty familiar with rooting and
running custom recoveries flashing roms and kernels and even a little coding (very little) on many phones and tabs over the past
couple years. But this is a new phone ( well new for me ... old for everyone elses haha ) . I have used the search forum button,
but with this phone in particular (T-Mobile Version) it takes me to hundreds of different results.....
What I am asking for is ANY HELP AT ALL. Be it a reply or a link or just a push into the correct thread. Like I said, I want to
Install a recovery (either CWM or TWRP )
Root the phone
Start flashing custom ROMS and Kernels
I see some program called "Odin" but I have never used a PC app to root my stuff in the past ... so yeah I am confused
Lastly....what is throwing me OFF is my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S II, but it is the T-Mobile version, so it does not have the home key,
and I can't even figure out how to get into recovery without that.
PLEASE Help me .... Here is exactly what I got. ( See pictures bellow )
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S II ( T-MOBILE VERSION )
MODEL: SGH-T989
STOCK [JB] 4.0.4
Network: T-Mobile
SIM Card: Apx 2 year's old
SD-Card: 32 Gig's

Currently I am running a heavily modded MIUI on a T-Mobile LG G2x P999 and I run Windows 7 Ultimate on my PC.
*Note* I DO NOT CARE if I lose anything that is currently on the phone.
Thank you for at the very lest reading this far !! I ramble on a lot I know Looking forward to some helpful replies :good:

I don't see on the screen shot where it will reset the tamper flag. The program bootunlocker from the App Store will take care of that for you

What this does
It is an app you install (currently you must side load it, but it will be on the market once it's had some testing here on XDA), that has a single button that will root your device. Should work on ALL Android devices -- please leave a note if it works or doesn't work on your device.
How safe is this?
Should be 100% safe - nothing on disk is changed besides the root binaries, so if something goes wrong, simply rebooting the device should fix up any and all issues. Let me know if you find any bugs!

I'll try to unlock bootloader and root my nexus 9 this afternoon, Any risk with this app?
This wiped my /system partition when I just tried to root, so I'd avoid it. Thankfully I had the ROM's zip on the device.
Sent from my XT1254
When you unlock the bootloader partition is always deleted .... has nothing to do with root. But there are apps so you can unlock the device without data loss .

#1. I didn't use it to unlock the bootloader. I'm already unlocked and was trying to root a stock build.
#2. Unlocking the bootloader wipes data, not system. I couldn't even boot into the ROM after running this, and I had to reflash it. My data partition was untouched, though.
it did worked; thanks

LG G3 Vigor - Where's the root?

Hey, i currently have a LG G3 Vigor on Sprint which is like the G3's little brother. I have searched and searched and no luck for root. I was wondering if anyone can help me find a rooting method. I will tell you which programs i have used below.
Stump Root - I tried Stump Root plenty of time and it say's my phone is not supported/patched, plus the brute force was grayed out.
Towel Root - I tried many different code combinations and no luck. When ever i try some codes the button stays highlighted and app freezes for a while then closes without a force close message.
Framaroot - Frodo was the only exploit available and still no luck.
All PC Roots (Purple Drake, IOroot, ect.) - Once i get rebooted to recovery the computer reads device as unrecognized, yet i have the LGE Drivers installed, and i have tried ADB Drivers. I may just have some wrong drivers install.
SD Card (Update.zip) - I got the root.zip from the Purple Drake files and formatted my SD Card to EXT2 and when i try to install the .zip via recovery it fails to install every time.
Other - I've also tried apps like Kingo Root, and some Chinese apps, but still no luck

Okay, well I'm guessing nobody can help then, or even put out a suggestion.... [emoji22]
I've tried same thing except purple drake. Was thinking ill get same results. Im guessing not a high demand to root the vigor so we gets no love.
This is disappointing
I got the Vigor because I didn't want to carry around a tablet in my pocket (LG G3, HTC One M8, Samsung S5 etc.). I know that the Vigor is a little underpowered in comparison, but I didn't expect it to be completely ignored here.
This will root the vigor http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3049772
