I could not get it to work after I upgraded from kitkat to lollipop.
I am looking for a patch. My ipad, ironically, still works. So does my girlfriend's phone which doesn't run lollipop.
Hope this helps.

I am looking at this one currently. And I think it is not bad. I can get it in Canada for $90 CAD plus the BT dongle, which I think is a good deal.
Has anyone used these before?
Have a look here
Hey thanks.
I search DRBT30Q but found nothing. Didn't think about searching generically for sony blueooth headphones.
But not much info over there.
Does anyone know if it uses BT 2.0 or 1.2? It doesn't say on Sony's website.
I got some of these the other day. They pair ok but the sound stops and starts whilst playing. Guess I need a ROM update. I have orginal T-Mobile ROM.
I heard from someone on xda that they sound really good. I have motorola s9 and they sound really good.
I was wondering how difficult it would be to have the audio from my TouchPad be played through my desktop's 5.1 setup? I'd like to be able to watch a movie/show on my TouchPad in bed, but instead have the sound come through my speakers. Also might be nice if someone could provide a link for a cheap, good quality bluetooth dongle that supports A2DP.
Thanks
am i getting a lack of response because this is trivial to do?... maybe no one else interested in doing this?.... cant be done?
the problem is the by stack HP used when developing the touch. It is extremely limited and as far as I know there's been little to no success with manipulating it
is that a hardware limitation or something that would be possible once we see android on our touchpads?
I use a2dp to my old Belkin Tunestage and it works great...

Hello there!
I'm trying to make my S3 interact with my Pioneer Avic-F700BT. It's an older HU (2009), and does not support BT streaming. It appears unable to read the S3 via USB due to lack of UMS on the S3. It worked flawlessly on my iPhone 4, but that doesn't matter at this point.
Right now, I'm investigating the use of the Infuse 4G mount + line out into the deck, but I'm looking to see if anyone is aware of any alternatives. I have not rooted the phone yet out of fear and inexperience.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to control the phone from the HU, but it's not a must. Another alternative is to just go and buy an ipod touch and leave it in my car, but it's a much more expensive option.
Truthfully, I have the i747 (Canada), but I couldn't find a different subforum for it, so I hope that I'll be accepted and loved here.
Thanks!
Hi,
I don't know too much about bluetooth, but I guess I assumed that these things were usually backward compatible. I bought a Samsung HM1100 bluetooth headphone which is BT 2.0 for use on my Palm Centro (don't laugh; it's ancient, but I like it) and for Skype on my SGP 4.0. Paired right away with my Palm, but my SGP can't see it. I see in the documentation that the SGP has BT 3.0, but - as I said - I thought that that would also work with 2.0 (also seeing that they are both Samsung products). Does anyone know if the SGP can not use BT 2.0 devices? If it can, any ideas about what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks.
I use a LG HBS-700 which is BT 2.1 just fine with my SGP 4.0 and honestly I can't see why your pairing wouldn't work.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluetooth#Specifications_and_features
From what Wikipedia says BT 3.0 is just higher data transfer which probably has nothing to do with low transfer rate devices like headsets. Anyway, I can confirm that the Galaxy Player 4.0 can use BT 2.1 so...I guess check your manual and make sure that you are properly pairing the devices. Obviously you've gotten it to work with your Palm, so the same procedure should work with the Samsung. Why isn't it? Meh, Android can be flaky sometimes. Every so often my headset won't show up so I just power it off then on again and I'm good to go.
Sorry, that's the best I can think of.
Hey guys! Just wondering if anybody has any experience with audioglow lwp and mhl/hdmi connectivity with the note 2? The live wallpaper works great on the phone by its self with poweramp and looks super smooth, but when I hook it to the either the samsung mhl cable or the samsung smart dock the audio visualizations don't come through... I'm guessing that it has something to do with the hdmi taking over audio and the lwp can't see that... I'm using the appradio 2 and arliberator (if you're not familar with that, google it, amazing setup!) but have also tried on hdtv to no avail. Ive contacted the dev and was told it is a problem with the note 2, but since he doesn't have one, he can't test.. Any help on solving the issue would be greatly appreciated. Thinking about a bounty! Thanks in advance...
