Anyone got any so far. Ive had a few that I want to share
1. Blinkfeed becomes unresponsive and wont open any feeds, requires reboot.
2. Market won't update some apps, some get error 924, some update but after a reboot have to update the same apps again.
3. The back button becomes unresponsive and requires a reboot to fix.
4. Phone rebooted after updating 1 app just yesterday.

That's weird , When I was on stock sense, I didn't encounter a single issue from what you are posting.
I think its something that's got to do with your CID. Post your CID and region.
I think HTC/Carrier (whoever pushes the updates) will release a hot fix if its a general thing. If its you only then just factory reset or download a stock sense version. Or you can use a custom rom that uses sense 5. Hope you fix it.

Didn't work for me. I now am able to select the phone app to display on that icon (couldn't before taking the update) however it still doesn't display on the lockscreen. In settings it is there and everything looks fine though.
i am having the same issue....did full root, on synergy rom, cant update htc software update, says no update to be found.
No phone app to put on the lock screen...
any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
s-off and root works on the update, maybe if you guys can't figure out another way, either nand back to stock or RUU, then update, then reroot/s-off, etc.
I completely unrooted my phone and rooted back again but did not take recovery. Updated HTC then flashed teamwins recovery and did nandroid fixed that issue.

Fixed. I had to revert back to stock and S-ON then start over. It was something that got messed up in restoring settings from Titanium Backup.
So my HTC One X Plus is stuck in bootloop. Here is what happened. I just got the phone and the first thing I did was unlock it. Everything was fine. Next I went to root it using RootBootV5. Here is where the issue came up. At the end of the root process my phone should have loaded the lock screen. Instead it just sat on the White HTC quietly brilliant. Stayed that way for hours.
So i rebooted into bootloader and tried everything I can possibly think of to fix it, Factory Reset, Fastboot Erase Cache, even folloed this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1609190.
Nothing is working and I don't know what to do. I don't think the phone was successfully rooted so i cant simply flash a new rom. Also recovery is not working, just a black screen.
PLEASE HELP.
You can try to reflash a recovery using fastboot. If you can do that maybe you can flash another rom. Also, wern't you able to wipe cache at all because of the black screen?

I had clear the cache through command prompt on my PC.
If you can boot into the bootloader, use the appropriate RUU

Thanks! I was looking for a program like that.
Had it too this morning... I had the wrong kernel installed. I'm using this and additionally installed this
Turn your phone off and then on with the vol-down button pressed, enter fastboot, connect it to your pc (will switch to fastboot USB) and use (from sdk) fastboot-command 'fastboot boot boot boot-BLADE-CM10-201212092302.img" to update the kernel. Hope this helps.

Similar issue, details a bit different
Phone: HTC One X+
Carrier: ATT
Rooted: Never, stock phone
Previous Research: I searched the forums and found similar issues, but mostly only for rooted phones, to which this does not apply. I spent at least an hour pouring through various threads and using the fancy advance search. I swear I'm doing my very best to not be TFNG...but, I still haven't found the answer and I'm giving in.
The Problem: Random rebooting
In the last 24 hours this has happened at least 18 times that I've been able to count. It happens when I'm using the phone, and when I'm not using it. It's showing no signs of stopping, and has been seemingly getting worse. Now it's beginning to lag severely through out all apps, has trouble loading my home screen, and in addition, flashes back to home when in an app.
Troubleshooting:
Rebooting
Uninstalling all recently installed aps
Force Stop on all unnecessary apps through Task Manager
Factory Reset
Assumptions:
Likely hardware related and I have to send it back to ATT and get a replacement
Conclusion:
In your time spent in this forum and in all your readings, have you come across a resolution for the issue that isn't "send it back?"
Sincere Thanks for any and all feedback.
The global update for the Rezound is failing installation for me.
The update has been downloaded seven times OTA and has failed installation every time on my phone.
My phone's current version is:
Android version: 4.0.3
HTC Sense version: 3.6
Software number: 3.14.605.13 710RD
Baseband version: 1.22.10.042lr, 1.22.10.0424r
The downloaded OTA version: ADR6425LVW_4.05.605.14-3.14.605.13
It successfully downloads the file, reboots into "Android system recovery", and displays the following error...
RA Revamped...
Build : RA-VIGOR-v3.16-getitnowmarketing
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installing update...
wrong taskid 221384E:Error in /cache/fumo/OTAPkg.zip
(Status 1)
Installation aborted.
The phone's bootloader is relocked and "S-OFF".
I've also deleted the OTAPkg.zip file from /cache/fumo, and the "fumo" directory itself, and re-downloaded the OTAPkg.zip file but it still failed installation.
The OTAPkg.zip file is 217,141,266 bytes in size.
The resetting of my phone and getting it hung in the Android System Recovery every few hours is getting annoying.
Anybody have any ideas on how to get this fixed and the Global update successfully installed?
Thanks,
Dan
It is probably because you have a custom recovery.

Thanks for the info. I had forgotten that I had previously flashed the amon-ra recovery. As suggested, I flashed the rezound stock recovery and the darn OTA update still wouldn't flash. The phone gave me a similar error message as before. I then flashed the entire 3.14.605.12 OTA release just to get a known stable release. The phone boots and reports that an OTA is available (to go from 3.14.605.12 to 3.14.605.13), but then times out while trying to download the firmware and gives the following error: "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE Check for Software Update under Settings when service is available". The Status reports Download Failed, Code 503. It's late, I'm giving up for the night.

I posted instructions for how to flash firmware.zip while s-on in the other global thread
You will need firmware.zip (linked to in that thread), a nandroid backup, your HTC unlock code, and possibly a coy of the stock HTC recovery.

Brenuga, thanks for the instructions. If I'm S-on, locked and running stock recovery and the global leak and wanted to end up in the same configuration but with the new firmware, would I just fastboot erase cache and then fastboot flash zip firmware.zip?

You also have to do fastboot oem rebootRUU before you can flash firmware.zip, and remember to flash it again after it errors out the first time.
You may lose your current boot.img so have it ready to flash after updating firmware or else you will bootloop.

please have pity on me. i don't even know what s-on or s-off mean. all the tech jargon is confusing.
My rezound is rooted, but just so i can use it as a wifi hotspot. never done anything else to it.
it keeps on rebooting and fails to install this new update. my recovery screen says exactly what the OP's did.
i don't want to wipe my phone just for a stupid update. i'm not convinced that i even need an update. how can i stop it from updating or doing this?
in an unrelated note, is there a way i could hack my rezound so that i don't have to pull the stupid ring and deal with the lock screen?
can't i just press the unlock/power button and be on the home screen? just tell me what thread and keywords to search for, thanks!
Thanks to all you guys! this forum has helped me use my rezound's 4g for my laptop and tablet all over the country.

If you don't want the update, just download titanium backup, find the apps called OTAUpdater and 'freeze' the apps to keep them from running. There's two ota apps, one from HTC and one from vzw
Holo locker is an alternative lock screen widget. Just install it and set lock screen security method to 'none'.

Is there another way to freeze them? I'm also not finding any app in the free version of Titanium that has OTAUpdater anywhere in the name. You can't freeze from the free version, though, and the Pro version is $6.58 in the store.

Yes, go to settings, manage apps. You still have to find app named otaupdater. In manage apps, you can 'disable' apps to keep them from running. Its the same thing as freezing.

Actually, I apologize for not just buying pro. For what these people do for us, $6.58 isn't too much too ask. I went ahead and bought it. I still am not seeing the otaupdater at all, though.
I did find MCC_OTA but that's the only thing at all that had OTA in the name at all. Think that could be it?

Yes, that's the one. Any other apps that say update or report are good to freeze, too. Any HTC or vzw apps you don't use. Vzw SSO you need if you use visual voicemail or my Verizon app.
And yes , you will find tibu pro is well worth the money.

Never meet that before, but freezing happen when i tried to install Android Revolution HD 9.3.
Everything seems goes fine, and it says install finished, need me to click next
then it's freeze, touch screen not work anymore, button also become no use
but the device still shake when you touch the button
Whatever it freezing, so i reboot the device, it can entry the system normally, but missing a lot of software should installed, like google chrome, dropbox etc.
So i enter the bootloader, double wipe, and tried to re-install the ROM
It freeze earlyer, when i just meed the credit page
the third time freeze at software choose page
Well my device is HTC ONE ATT model, S-ON unlocked
I used to flash rom several times, like HD5.2 and 9.0, but never meet this before.
Any ideas?

I have the 4.3 stock HTC Sense on my phone. The stock phone app it came with keeps asking for supersu permissions every day. I grant it without having it ask me again, but I was just curious as to why it needs permissions in the first place.

This happens to me as well. I'm curious as well.

it just happend to me just now. anyone know why?
Anyone get an answer to this? Just happened to me. I think it might be to do with SuperSU updating though as I just had to update it after catching this message.
First of which app you trying to run, second was it a new device or used that you got. If used check the bootloader if it locked/unlocked/relocked.
Some apps require SU pemissions in order to run. If your device is rooted I would suggest to update to the latest SU all available on the xda forums v.1.89
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
This only atarted recently. Just happened again. SuperSU blocks it by default if I don't do anything. But I don't know if to allow it. It is now in SuperSU list as 'Phone'. I was using the phone earlier today and it did not ask for permissions. Android 4.3 Trickdroid last build. SuperSU is up to date.
I've been getting this as well. My old HTC One did not do this. But the speaker blew out. After getting a replacement and rooting (and unlocking, S-Off), this started happening on the Stock AT&T ROM for 4.3. I never ran the stock ROM on my original so I wasn't sure if it was normal or not.
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
Why is SuperSU even on a stock non root phone? If it has SuperSU on it, then that would tell me the phone the OP has that he thinks is stock is not stock. I don't consider a rooted phone to be stock, and that is most likely what the OP has.
I am rooted and s-off. It has not asked again for a while and is not listed in SuperSU anymore. But the log shows 'Phone' made 3 attempts.
This happened to me last night around 8:00. I unlocked the phone, and the SuperSU request was already showing when I unlocked, counting down from 7. I let it time out, but I didn't find it a little nerve-racking. I checked the SuperSU log, and it tried the night before around the same time, as well.
