Try flashing another ROM, then try flashing PAC-ROM. The same thing happened to me, as well.

I don't remember, but it can be any ROM. Also, I don't remember if it was PAC-ROM specifically.

[Q] Problems applying a new ROM

Hi there I am having some problems with flashing the latest Liquid Smooth Rom 3.0 on my HTC Thunderbolt. A few months ago I rooted and installed an earlier version of the Liquid Smooth Rom without encounter any problems. Today I tried to update to the newer version, on the mod’s side I downloaded the relevant items listed starting with the IMOSEYON Kernel, renamed the zip “update”, and installed it in ClockworkMod Recovery. Restarted, mounted the ROM installed I got a little Liquid Smooth ascii logo saying it installed but after that my phone just restarts hanging on the HTC load screen. I have been through the “noob starter guide” sticky on this forum and repeated part 3 a few times now as well as tried #4 and #6 in the part 11 trouble shooting but still getting the HTC load screen hang. Does anyone have any suggestions to get the ROM working?
Did you install the sense or asop version of the kernel?
Did you wipe davlik cache before flashing the kernel?
What version of recovery are you using?
Did you wipe data/cache before updating to new Rom?
Answer those and I will attempt to help you out.
If I helped you in any way please use the thank you button.

[Q] Please Help! Galaxy S2 stuck at boot after CM10 Rom

Hi guys!
About 1 week ago everything worked well on my Galaxy SII GT-I9100 running cyanogenmod 10 rom android 4.1.2 . One day I wanted to check my calendar app. When I opened it suddenly the phone freezed and restarted. It was stuck on the boot up screen with 'Samsung galaxy S2 GT-I9100'. Then I tried to go into recovery mode and I couldn't, the phone just restarts it self and freezes on the boot up screen. After this I went into download mode and flashed the stock 4.0.4 and many other stock roms through odin just to see the phone starting up but it didn't.Till now I am searching for a solution and unluckily I didn't find any.
I am sorry if there are some similar threads out there but please help me. My warranty is void and I need your help guys.
Thanks you soo much and I hope you know a solution for my problem...
So can you start cwm ? Take out battery, wait three minutes, do cwm. This has always worked for me to get back into the game.

Yes I flashed a ton of Rom versions (Jelly bean leak, 4.0.4, 4.0.3, 2.3.5) through odin and the phone reacts all the same like I didn't flash anything on it. And on every firmware I flashed I couldn't get into any recovery mode...
The fact is that you must wipe /data from recovery whole going to a stock rom, otherwise your phone will pause at the logo. Flash Siyah kernel, check if you can boot into recovery and do a factory reset.

Edit: I can't post outside links because I'm new, but search for Galaxy S GT-I9000: how to fix boot to recovery with Volume up+Power? over on the Android Stack Exchange site.
I was stuck in the CyanogenMod boot screen and this saved me:
URL edited.
This bit did it:
"Another try might be: Power off your phone. Hold Power, Vol Up and Home Button. Wait for galaxyS logo then release Power button! For me that is the proper combination."
we should call this "the calendar of death".
But yeah, keep flashing & wiping till it's up and running.

Port i9100 ROM to i777

Hi, I know various methods to "port" i9100 ROMs to the i777 (stock-based ROMs), but now I don't know because I want to port an AOSP-based ROM and Stock method doesn't work. So can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.

Quickest and easiest method is to flash the rom first, then while still in recovery flash a compatible kernel, then flash one of our modems.
Remember to do the necessary wipes, and follow any other instructions a kernel might need for its own installation.
That's it.

I did this:
Wipe data
Install AOSP i9100 ROM
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik
Install AJK 4.9 MicSwap Kernel
Reboot Recovery
Reset STweaks Profiles
Fix permissions
Install MODEM AOSP 4.1.2 i777UCMD8
Reboot System
And the ROM didn't boot up.
Also tried with AJK 4.9 AOSP and the same.
Am I using the wrong kernel?
What am I doing wrong?

You're not doing the factory reset and formatting /system. Those should be done before flashing ANY roms, let alone 9100 ones. It's making me a bit nervous that you didn't do this; you shouldn't be flashing things on your phone if you're not sure about the proper steps.
In any case, AJK AOSP is the correct kernel for AOSP roms.

I don't format system because when I install the ROM it formats.
It's like this:
EXAMPLE ROM
Formatting /system
Installing system files...
...
...
Done.
And about the kernel I will use AJK 4.9 AOSP if that is the right kernel.

Wiping data is not the same as performing a factory reset, and you shouldn't always trust a rom to format things for you.

That usually means you're using the wrong kernel for the rom you're on. What are you trying to port, let's start with that.

That's an older version, might not work with our current kernels, but the one to try would be AJK 4.9 mic swap (which I think you've tried already). MIUI roms are notoriously finicky to port, btw.
Still, why port this yourself (with lots of trouble, it appears), when there's already a v5 MIUI port in our own forums?

Had that on CM11 after dirty flash. Clean flash with /system format, dalvik wipe, cache wipe and factory reset solved it.
Good luck.

I am running my a CM11 Nightly version on my Galaxy S3 i9300.

Do I just put it on my SD Card and flash it in ClockWorkMod?

You have to give some time to it to settle down... Maybe 2-3 cycles...
And fur reverting you have to dirty flash your ROM that is flash your without wiping data...
