Hello people,
I just tried to install CyanogenMod 11 on my RAZR MAXX. I had an error with installed Google App, so I struggled to fix ... while was tryin to fix gapps error I have accidentally installed new CM11 over my Stock ROM :crying:
After I rebooted phone I have realized... now I cant run any ROM, I cant run even recovery. My phone just display dead android icon and keep on restarting phone every 2 min. Dead android is not responding to any try to open recovery...
I tried to flash fastboot from my PC, but RSDLite do not recognize my phone!!!
I am not sure do I have right drivers since I have reinstalled system on my PC recently, so I have downloaded and installed:
motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/88481/action/auth
But stil RSDLite cant recognize my phone... idk what to do, probably its because my phone keep on restarting...
PLEASE HELP ME! I dont know what to do
UPDATE:
I think that main problem is USB driver, since my PC cant recognize device. It always show me message:
The last USB device conected to this computer is malfunctioned windows can not recognize it.
Recommendation:
Try reconnecting device. If Windows stil does not recognize it, your device may not work properly.
I tried to download new Motorola drivers million times. I have also downloaded motohelper drivers and result is still the same. I tried to change PC and still the same. Always the same message!
How could I fix this? If my PC could just detect device I would be able to use RSDLite and fastboot android again...
UPDATE 2:
When I have dead android picture and keep on pressing buttons (there is no rule, not power and volume +/- , just by random pressing) I could enter to this recovery menu:
-reboot system now
-apply update from external storage
-apply update from ADB
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe cache partition
I tried all options but always the same. Only applying update left, but I cant connect device with my computer
UPDATE 3:
I tried apply update from external storage where I have put CM11 zip file and I got this:
-- Install /sdcard ...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
Installation aborted
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[1] RSD Lite Fastboot - doesnt work -> PC doesnt recognize device
[2] ADB -> doesnt work -> PC doesnt recognize device
[3] sd card -> installation aborted!!!
[4] ...
Is there any other way in which I could fix my phone? Someone please help me.
New post... for some new info, since previous got messy
Since I can only access Fast boot menu I tried to update from external storage the same version which I had previously installed.
I wasnt sure will it works since I have installed this version: Blur_Version.672.180.41.XT910.Retail.en.EU.zip
by following instructions on this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...48&postcount=1
And finally Installation wasnt aborted after verifying update package... Installation started and I got this error:
Code:
assert failed: file_getprop("/system/build.prop", "ro.build.fingerprint") =="RTGB/XT910_RTGB/umts_spyder:4.0.4/6.7.2-180_SPU-19-TA-11.6/1342417437/:user/release-keys" || file_getprop(("/system/build.prop", "ro.build.fingerprint") == "motorola/XT910_rtvfde/umts_spyder:4.1.2/9.8.20-124_SPUEM-14/1362039991:user/release-keys"
restoring configuration START..
restoring configuration END..
Installation aborted.
Im not sure is that connected with Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper, SU or other steps which are listed in instructions... since now I cant do anything since start update from external storage? Anyone help please?!?
So after you got blur to install did you go back into Fastboot with power+ volume down and wipe then try a reboot?

But blur installation is aborted, not finished?
I tried to wipe and reboot and repeat installation but always the same.
But now I did one good thing... first I uninstalled all drivers and Motocast and manager. And in fastboot menu I connected USB charger and my PC recognize and have successfully installed FASTBOOT SPIDER DRIVER!!!! So now RSD Lite can recognize my device.... it see that something is connected. But it cant read any info from it:

Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0
Battery Low

Anyway am I able to fastboot new stock, if I have installed this blur version on my phone?
And how to fix this bug with RSD Lite?
EDIT:
My battery is getting low and I cant recharge it
I read some posts about making "factory recharging cable" but I dont have tools for that, and it sounds too dangerous to me
Is there any way I could just fix installation abort from previous post?
When I did it, I had to fastboot back to JB. I don't remeber the link where I got the file, But you go into rsdlite and uncompress the stock zip file, RSD does the rest.

If you already have a low battery you may have to get the special cable that charges a soft bricked phone.

Sorry, didn't load earlier. What is the rest of that fail message? Is it about the battery? If the battery is low and that's why RSD won't recognize you will need to get one of those cables.

It's recognized,it doesn't matter what is written there, after the flash everything should be ok.
And from your screenshot it looks to me that you are trying to flash the wrong version rom. What was your stock,ICS or JB?
Since you don´t have the factory cable, maybe THIS is a solution
And HERE is a video tutorial how to make the factory cable.

So if not needed to show Device properties to work properly then ok... I got error in first step: Phone returned FAIL.
Is this posible because my battery is low, and in Fast boot its written:
Battery Low
Cannot Program
?

Oh I didnt saw the edited part.
I was using JB. But I used some version which doesnt allow me to go down to ISC (this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2192532 ).
So I guess that I need to pick JB firmware?
This file: Android 4.1.2 - Blur_Version.982.124.14.XT910.Retail.en.EU
right?
Or I screw up everything by installing the version from link above?
P.S.
I need to get tools for making that factory cable. I will try to collect all that tomorrow.

Oh,it's NOT POSSIBLE to go back to ICS,that's a well known fact.
And yes, that's a good version if you are from Europe.

Back to basics. I can only advise based on what I use. First of all, BMM for recovery. It works. I know nothing about SafeStrap.
Second I've run Linux exclusively and know little about Windows. I would install Linux on some machine and begin repairs with fastboot.
Also, it's been a long time since I've had problems with my Razr, so I've pretty much forgotten all the repair details.
I just made it!!!!! Factory cable saved me!!!! Woooooohoooooo...
Tnx everyone for helping me. After I created factory cable and pluged it into phone everything gone pretty easy... RSD Lite finaly completed fastbooting, battery status was ok and here we go:
I love happy endings.

you gotta press volume up again to accept the warning and go Odin mode.
2.-download samsung Kies here and install to get the drivers. (skip if you already have Kies with working drivers)
3.-download samsung stock rom here search for P7500/P7510 (P7500 for 3G and P7510 for wifi only) and get a rom according to your country/region once downloaded unzip it
4.-get Odin here
5.- MAKE SURE KIES IS NOT RUNNING AND IF IT'S RUNNING CLOSE IT then connect your tablet to pc (check if your usb wire its good and use one of the backside motherboard usb ports) , open Odin and Press PDA, in PDA put the unziped file you downloaded from sammobile, then Press start (do not change any Odin's options from the check boxes).
6.-wait until process finish and then you are back to stock close Odin and by this time the tablet should be rebooting
Enjoy your OTA

I am trying to return to stock fw.
When my SGT is ON and connected to PC , the PC sees it as internal storage. However when I go to recovery-downloading mode and start ODIN, ODIN doesn't detect it.
What's the problem?

go to storage / 3 dots un the top right corner /pc usb connection and check mtp
also go to solve connection problems in Kies and reinstall drivers
its supposed to show you the storage in Android, close Kies and reboot into odin mode following steps 1 and 2 in the guide then open Odin and connect the tab follow the guide hehe

You don't need to be already rooted to run this process? Using Odin to install a stock formware on top of an already no-rooted stock firmware will be fine yeah?
Worked for me

Your earlier thread says ODIN isn't detecting the tablet, rather than Kies. Kies is a POS. It doesn't detect my tablet either.
msedek is right here. All you really need are the drivers. if they are installed I would say just uninstall Kies temporarily (but DON'T uninstall the USB driver). Make sure USB debugging is on, reboot into download mode as per instructions and plug into the PC. Odin should pick you up no problem.
THAT SAID, I have my own silly questions as well:
(1) Is there any need to also flash stock recovery when you do it this way or is that only required if you go back to stock via a Nandroid backup?
(2) Would you not also need to do a full wipe with stock recovery before you're OK to receive an OTA?

When you flash a stock rom your tablet becomes full stock and you don't need to wipe to receive otas, otas are non wipe
On a side note you can use this method to go straight to ics with the ics official rom

So I followed your steps and now my tablet just boot loops. I first tried this using the new ICS update from sammobile. When I did that, my tablet just stayed at the SAMSUNG screen. When I went back one update, it now just boot loops. Any idea what could cause this?
Sounds like you need to do a full wipe. Read the other guides available online...they will tell you that if your system hangs or loops after flashing stock firmware, it basically means the system wasn't able to retain your data. Boot into stock recovery and do a factory reset...that should make things right as rain. Let us know if it worked out!
@OP...if this isn't part of the steps on the first post can we add it? Thanks!
You say "go to samfirmware"...OK,I went there, for stock 3.1,it fu**ed my tab since the bootloader was corrupt...damn it,but got to stock 4.0.4
Having a gtab 3G...offering my help,if required...
Got my Tab with stock HC today. I wanted to root it but I can't access download mode. When holding Vol down + Power it is not reacting at all.
I flash my S1 often, so I know what to do. but this is confusing me.

LLOIR IS BACK EVERYBODY!!! HAHAHAHAHA
Well mate to start off, 90% of the time people mistake bricking the phone for something else. If you can see the screen light up, its not "bricked". Bricking, means that whatever you do you can not fix that phone, meaning you actually can only use it as a "BRICK" as a stone. Who ever made up the word is a genius.
Anyway, Common issues:
Wiped phone no rom [NOT bricked]
Wiped SDCard no rom [NOT bricked]
Broke the screen [NOT bricked]
Phone stuck in bootloop [NOT bricked]
Phone is hot [NOT bricked , Well I honestly can't say for sure since if the phone is waaay too hot it burns your motherboard.. so]
INSERT SOMETHING HERE [NOT bricked]
Well we all have an S-ON bootloader (except the people with the devs phones), so basically you can't brick your phone. Except if you throw it into the water or something.

your above message gives me a hope that I can still use reuse my phone....
basically I have hox+ and rooted my phone on 15th may to install call recorder. have used instruction from this site.
used CWM as recovery and it worked fine till recently when I tried to apply official android 4.2.2 update
after I started getting error mounting sdcard during installation of official update, I flashed CWM recovery and tried different options
and realized that my sdcard has been wiped off.
I do have the backup of "boot.img", "recovery.img", "nandroid.md5" that I took on 15th May as well as the official ROM 4.2.2
but not sure how to get it deployed and make my phone working
current state is that when I restart my phone it shows all network mode , network operators in disabled mode. even Wi-Fi doesn't turn on
while connecting through usb, it just shows my device name as HTC OneX+ and nothing else
if I try to click on the name to view folder details. it says (not responding)
therefore I would need advice from the experts here to enable my HOX+ back in working mode
please help...
just an update here
downloaded sdk 4.3 and tried with ADB command
was able to sideload the zip file to my hox+ but fails with following exception. if someone has faced this issue before please guide

thanks for the note
I did realize that, but now I am desperate to get my phone back in working condition
appreciate any help from experts out here
I tried to flash latest rom from Asus website to my new Zenfone C because it had a weird issue, it came the user interface in taiwanesse, but when trying to change to english, it stayed in taiwanesse, so I wasnt able to setup it in first place.
Then, it came to my mind to flash the latest rom, and I used this guide in absence of a Zenfone C guide for flashing:
http://en.zenfoneasus.com/zenfone-recovering-returning-stock-rom-downgrade-clean-update-guide/
I did all the steps listed there first, and then tried the steps but with the red marked steps, flashing the dnx and ifwi also, no result.
The problem is that now im stuck in a bootloop, and cant advance from there, the Asus logo stays there forever.
What happened during flashing is this:
When I sideloaded the update.zip containing latest rom from Asus website, it said:
-Installing update
-Device image SKU: ww
OTA image SKU: WW
and suddenly after that it restarted, showed a huge Intel Inside logo that I never saw and then went to the dead android image. After waiting a while, the phone restarts, this time only showing the Asus logo with the Intel Inside logo beneath it (not the Intel Inside logo only that I mentioned earlier), and stays there forever.
I dont know what else to do, I dont know if Im doing something wrong.
Were you ever able to fix the problem?
No, until now, no

Get your phone to boot into fastboot mode by pressing [vol -] button and power button simultaneously for few seconds.
Connect to your PC and install USB drivers if not done already. The phone should show up as an "ASUS Android Composite ADB Interface" in the Device Manager.
Now, open ASUS Flash Tool :-

It should detect your phone with serial number and blue orb in front of it.
Select your phone model i.e. ZC451CG
Choose if you want to wipe data or not. I chose "Wipe Data" since I had everything backedup on asus web storage.
Click that box icon and browse for the signed zip image file you downloaded earlier.
Select your device on the ASUS flash Tool by clicking on the serial number like shown in the picture below.
( It had me scratch my head after one failed attempt because I didn't select it the first time! :silly
Click on the green start button, be patient, stay calm and cross your fingers. This could take 10-20minutes or so.:fingers-crossed:
If everything went well your phone should bootup to the welcome screen like the day 1 you got it.
Now, the zip image is quite old so after the initial setup the phone would prompt you with lots of system and app updates. Go with it and enjoy! :victory:
Lastly, don't be shy of pressing that " :good:Thanks! " button if this post helped you.
Thanks man, I will try tonight. Do you know if this works under Windows 8.1 64bits??. I see the screenshots are from windows 7.

Hopefully it should, I did it on a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit machine.
The USB drivers you download has Windows 8 drivers in it. I think that's all that is needed.
Yeah, I will try it then, and report back, thanks again.

IT WORKEEEED!!!! I dont know how to thank you man!. Thank you so much, I was going to give up on this device!. Its working really well.
The only thing I came into trouble, was to install the USB drivers included in the Asus Flash Tool. I did the following (on Windows 8.1 64bits):
I disabled driver signature check first on windows.
I went to the USB drivers folder inside the ASUS Flash tool folder on Program Files.
I went here C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ASUS Flash Tool\Driver\USBDriverInstaller\devcon\x64
On that folder, there is a program called devcon.exe, right click on it, and select properties.
On compatibility tab select Run as Administrator, click ok.
After this, reinstall USB drivers by going to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ASUS Flash Tool\Driver\USBDriverInstaller and here execute install_drivers.bat
Thats it, the phone now should be recognized by the Asus Flash Tool.

Those raw files are extremely difficult to find so if you pretend to have any of those phones i recommend to download. It works easily if you have fastboot. If you only have adb i did not saw working but i am trying.
---------- Post added at 07:38 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:31 AM ----------
If you try to do that under adb they give a serial number mistake.
4 days trying to solve this bootloop using adb. At least one person here saved his phone with the raw links i found using google webcache in this vietnamese link so it was worth it. Looks like i will need to lose 40 days sending to Asus in Sao Paulo. What a hell folks, those asus firmwares are really crap. Set a great hardware for set poor software.
why my phone does not give any reaction when press power button+vol
I had same problem but different situation....I tried to make an experiment by changing systemui and I had done it with a wrong step .lucky I make a backup and tried to recover it.
But Things get worst when it failed to backupbang now my phone get stuck to Asus logo.I tried to follow the method that your all give in this thread but I can go to fastbootode with it must press power button+col down button.
CAN ANYBODY HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM

Same issue here as well, nothing I try works on this phone, it's driving me insane.
EDIT: It's android 6, so you can't root the phone without a custom recovery.
WELP. So I just spent the past 2 days wasting my time on this god awful phone. I can't even access fastboot on this piece of crap, it comes up for 2 seconds and then disappears and no amount of "properly" installing usb drivers for it has helped. I even tried disabling driver signing and installing the drivers through adding legacy hardware. Nothing worked at all. So I thought I'd just install a custom recovery with sp flash tool. So I downloaded a stock rom for the vfd300 (my phone) from here: https://androidmtk.com/download-vodafone-stock-rom-models and ported TWRP using an ASUS Zenfone GO's TWRP.img.
Custom Recovery works fine, the phone does not. It is now stuck in a bootloop. Tried formatting everything (from TWRP) doesn't work. Tried flashing the rom again (even with the stock recovery) still stuck at bootloop, tried about 3 other vfd300 stock roms that people have uploaded to http://forum.gsmhosting.com and none of them have worked either. Currently downloading yet ANOTHER one and tbh I don't have high hopes. (EDIT: It didn't work)
Any help at this point would be appreciated.
Holy crispy crap it started............................. So I managed to find a working rom from (what appeared to be) some Vietnamese file hosting website .
You follow the instructions below at your own risk. No one is responsible for any damage done to your device but you.
I officially have root working on this device.
Now that I've done it, it's a surprisingly simple procedure. As I stated in the edit in my reply above, the VFD300 has Android 6 on it, which requires (afaik) a systemless root to be installed from recovery.
I ported the custom recovery from this thread (since the Z00VD has the same chip as the VFD) which you can download here.
Download the latest version of Chainfires beta SuperSU installer from this thread and transfer it to either your phones internal storage or SD card.
Also download a copy of SP Flash tool (if your fastboot works, use that instead). Finally, you will need this scatter file.
Unplug your phone from the computer and shut it down. Open SP Flash tool and click the download tab at the top.

}
Click "choose" next to the Scatter-loading file box and select the path to the scatter file you downloaded. IMPORTANT Make sure all boxes below except recovery are unchecked and select Download Only in the drop-down box. Double click on recovery in the Location column and point it to the custom recovery image you downloaded.
Click the Download button at the top and then plug your phone back in. The bottom bar will turn red, then purple, then yellow and once it is fully done flashing you will get a pop-up box with a green tick as confirmation.
Unplug your phone and reboot into recovery (Power+Vol-Up). In the custom recovery, select install, go to the directory you transferred Chainfires beta SuperSU.zip to, install it and reboot. TWRP will ask you if you want it to install root, DO NOT LET IT INSTALL ROOT. Your phone may loop a few times and can take up to 10 minutes to boot the first time, but it will be successfully rooted.
If you need a copy of the stock rom, download this one. If you want to flash this rom, make sure you use the scatter file in the roms archive and select firmware upgrade from the Download Only box on SP Flash Tool.
EDIT: I'm so sorry I borked the hyperlink order. Instead of linking to the scatter file I linked to the entire rom and vice versa with the stock rom link

Sounds like a boot loop. You need to download the stock rom (it should be about 700mb or so and in rar format). Once you've downloaded the stock rom, extract the archive to a folder somewhere (you will need something like 7zip or Winrar). Open SP Flash tool, load the scatter file from the extracted folder and make sure you select every box. There should be a check mark in each box. Change SP Flash tools dropdown box to firmware upgrade (by default it is on Download Only) and then flash it similar to how you did with the recovery (make sure you change the recovery to the custom one from above).
If my instructions aren't clear enough, I can do it again to my phone and take pictures of the entire process to make it easier to follow.

Yeah man! I've done that as well but had no luck .
1. I've enabled USB Debugging Mode and I've shut my phone down (NOTE: It has not been connected to the computer)
2. I opened the SP Flash tool and I clicked the download tab at the top
3. I then choose next to the scatter-file thing and have relocated it to the scatter file that I've downloaded from your link
4. ALL boxes are unchecked except recovery with download-only in the drop-down box
5. I've done the recovery image and everything and then...
6. I plug my phone in (Yes, it's completely shut down from step 1) with the USB cable and nothing shows up (Colored bars, tick etc.)
7. When I unplug it, an error comes up and then I'm completely stuck with no idea of what to do next

I tried many times, and format whole flash and download all of them again.

I was stuck in bootloop, but we don't share the same reason. I think there is something wrong with the rom above.
I found another rom, flash it, and problem solved, pretty simple. Now, I have a rooted vfd 300, even better than the stock rom, but you need to delete some app you don't like before you enjoy it.
you can find this rom by searching MT6580_S00_EMMC_MRA58K__6.0_VFD-300_Vodafone.zip

Vodafon VFD300 Firmware + TWRP + ROOT
As recommended above, Vodafon vfd 300 as a result of the phone turned on until the endless download -TWRP was not requested, sr1-SuperSU-v2.82 - sr120170608224931 and flash driver SP Flash Tool 3.1352.01 (5.1352.01) did not fit. Hi all. I will be attempting to root my Vodafone VFD-300 tomorrow, after reading through the entire thread there seems to have been many issues with getting it done successfully. I also saw that it was suggested to provide step by step screenshots of the entire process. If anyone who managed to do the whole rooting with no problems could please do so again and provide us with the step by step screenshots,it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Flash v03, root and recover lost IMEI
I have the 6/64 version. I'll share my method with you. The only one that didn't stuck me in booting TWRP over and over again.
First, I used fastboot flash recovery recovery.img and immediately after fastboot flash boot boot.img . It's the only way I managed to escape the problem. Now, I flashed the ROM provided by them, linked in this post here #123 and I lost IMEI. I used chamelephon to insert IMEI and the IMEI is there but I can't get any signal. What to do?!
Later edit: that didn't work the second time I tried. Neither camelephon.
New method: The last thing I tried was also successful. So, I flashed the ROM they gave me (coolicool store), which you can find here. I selected "auto flash" and "except bootloader" options in SP Flash Tool, pressed "start" and let it on for 3 second and pressed "stop". Then I selected "format all+download", pressed download and connected my phone while holding VOLUME UP. I kept it pressed a few seconds after seeing the red bar getting to 100%. After flashing I started the phone and installed the latest version OTA, v04. After updating I flashed recovery by fastboot flash recovery recovery.img. Of course, I was stuck in booting in TWRP like every other time so I thought of recovering boot from a backup, and since I didn't have one of my own, I used the one provided by @dreambo found here (thanks dude). When I was prompted to select the items I want to recover, I thought of choosing only "boot", in order to restore boot, but I said why not try restoring "nvram" and "nvdata" too, maybe it will solve my other problem , the lost IMEI problem. And it worked.
I finally succeeded to restore my IMEI and boot, thanks to a recovery, which, now I see, is mandatory before every modification you implement on your phone. Especially when you don't have original ROM.
Sorry for the long post and I hope it comes in handy

I have a Maze Alpha X 64GB in which I can only see a black screen will not turn on at all. Only the red charging LED light turns on to say that the phone is charging and connected to the computer.
I have tried flashing the ROM in the link in your post in this thread but only receive BROM errors in the SP Flash Tool.
I have tried the second link full rom V03 6/64GB Rom Official Stock as well but this one does not have a Preloader so I cannot use this ROM to unbrick my phone as my phone will not turn on it needs a Preloader for the phone to turn on.
My phone is being detected by my computer as it makes a sound when connecting the USB cable and also shows up in the Device Manager. Have also tried another computer and tried another USB Type-C cable but only receive BROM errors in the SP Flash Tool.
I have also uninstalled and re-installed the latest Mediatek drivers.
Any ideas?
I'm pretty sure it does have a preloader, since I have used it twice to install with SPFlash Tools.

This ROM does not contain a Preloader:
full rom V03 6/64GB Rom Ofifcial Stock
That ROM would work if your phone is turning on. My Maze Alpha X does not turn on at all hence the need for a ROM that has a Preloader so that I can get the phone to turn on again.
I have tried the ROM in the first post in this thread I keep getting "could not get PMT info" error messages in the SP Flash Tool. That ROM has a Preloader included.
I have installed the Mediatek drivers that are on the Maze Mobile Download Center and have tried different computers with different USB Type-C cables with no luck. My Maze Alpha X is still dead and won't turn on only the red charging light turns on and stays on when connected to USB or Mains. The charging light does not go green to show that the phone is fully charged even if the phone has been plugged in for 6 to 8 hours.
Any ideas?
Don't use the one provided by OP. Use the one I got from Maze, it's complete. Download here, it's the official version. I haven't tested the one provided by OP, but the one posted by me here is the one that works. You will find a folder named 18-02-06... and inside one named R14. There you will find all the files needed, including preloader. I have to warn you, though, you will lose IMEI by flashing it ( I don't know why) and the method to restore it is quite complicated, but I wrote it above. Good luck restoring your phone!

I have tried that link just now downloaded and installed everything properly followed the instructions to a tee but still get the same errors.
I have installed the Drivers that came with the ROM that you have given to me which like you said are official directly from Maze but this has not made a difference for my Maze Alpha X 64GB.
I tried flashing with the Maze Alpha Flash Tool but just receive a DA error:
I tried flashing with the SP Flash Tool but receive a failed to get PMT info error:
Any Idea as to what I am doing wrong here or is my phone just hard-bricked?
I have noticed that on SPFT you selected "firmware upgrade". You should use "format all and download". Maybe this fixes your problem. I am not that much of a techie but I hope you will solve your problem.

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, this forum seems dead and I can't help you, since I don't know that much either... It might help if you get to those phone servicing shops.
