What frimware did you flash!!??. ..... Did you try usb jig!!!?? If that doesn't work your last hope is samsung service!!

hello, thanks for the response,i don't know what usb jig is.i don't remeber the rom that i tried to put but i know it was android 2.3.7
Calm, which tutorial you followed exactly? Probably you are not right with the recovery or the root on the unit. If he is still going into download mode, we can still rescue it. Post at which point you are.
the phone is not starting at all,i don't see it in device manager
I have the exact same problem!
When i connect it to pc nothing happens, no charging battery, the device manager doesn't recognize it either, if i try to open it with the power button nothing happens and i also tried to pull out the battery and insert it but again nothing happens.
I think our last hope it to sent it to sumsung repair store.
Btw how much they may charge for this kind of "brick" without warranty?

Sure hope you still visit the forum because I'm up the creek without a paddle.
I followed this tut here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1416190 and everything worked great but it would seem that there is no baseband for the "Canadian" I5500MUGJJ7. I'm stuck in a loop and yes I can get into the download mode.
It should be noted at the start of the excellent tutorial that one would be unable to suceed if upgrading a Canadian G5.
Can you please help. Thanks

My Milestone X2 wont boot up...

I was trying to SBF back to Android 2.3.4 because I wanted to load a custom ROM on my X2. I had the original Android (Version 2.3.5) rooted.
I followed the directions on another thread on this site and now I am stuck. I followed everything that this guide told me to do and up until Step 16, which says,
The Progress and Result columns will update with information as the flash progresses. When the flash is complete, the phone will reboot and RSD Lite SHOULD inform you that the process is complete. If not, you might have to do the process over. You may also receive a message to manually reboot your phone, this is normal and seems to happen about 30-40% of the time.

Everything was running fine until I noticed that the RSD Lite was stuck on 99% and saying "Switching phone to BD Mode" (not sure about it actually saying BD it might have been BP or something). My phone then booted up and it says. Failed to Boot 1. I have searched around the forums and other websites and I am lost. I cant even turn the phone on with the power button. I have to plug it into an outlet and then unplug it but it never loads past the "Failed to Boot 1" with the Motorola Icon in the middle. Please help me members of XDA-Developers I am in need.
Is my phone bricked? Or is it savable?
If it IS savable I would like to know what my options are... and how to fix this issue.
Also thanks for taking the time to read this. I hope someone here can help me with this issue.

If i remember right failed to boot 1 means the bootloader is corrupt or didnt flash properly. at that point it should default to rsd mode. my recomendation is retrying to sbf or follow this. that or find the bootloader .img and load it through fastboot.
failing and switch to bp, is often a drivers issue
fix drivers, read drivers issues in my list or use the ezSBF link

I thought that too but I went and I downloaded the most updated Motorola drivers from their website and still nothing. I could originally get the phone to boot in RSD mode but since my 'no power' issues I cant even get it to that now.

OK I downloaded the iso file and burned it onto a CD and I have boot up my computer but my phone won't turn on when I plug it into a USB port when I am running the Linux Live CD with the SBF files on it. My phone however will turn on when I plug it into an outlet but about 2-3 seconds after I unplug the phone it shuts itself off. Also even when it is plugged into a wall outlet it still says "Failed to Boot 1". I have been trying to fix it but I haven't been able to figure it out. I was hoping that it would work but since I have tried everything that I could think of and still no results I decided to come back and ask for help with this too.
Thank you again for taking the time to look at this I am getting dire here.
missed that you have a milestone, which carrier?
and which sbfs have you tried

Alcatel One Touch 990 boot loop

Hello
I am new to both this forum and rooting and I hope that I am writing a thread on the right place. I've been trying to install 2.3.4 gingerbread on my Alcatel One Touch 990, following this tutorial from this forum. After installing the batch file from Pack 2 (install.bat) , my phone got stucked into bootloop. (I would post the link of tutorial but the forum blocks me :/ ).
I can't access recovery neither clockwork mode. Whenever I try to do anything with power button, the phone gets into boot loop. I am not sure but I think that usb debugging is turned on.
Can anybody help me out?
Thank you.

Soft bricked my phone and can't fix it

When I try and power my phone on, it stays at the boot screen. I tried following this guide to fix it, but I get an error at step #20. I'm using LS990. Any help is appreciated.
I also tried this and get a "Download FAIL!!" on step #20 as well.
Try changing the option In Flashtool back to Board upgrade.

if you can't use download mode try

tread
I believe upgrade is for just updating firmware, rather then reflashing firmware. But, I read a forum where one guy said he flipped Flashtool back to upgrade and it worked. If this doesn't do it, then it must be something else wrong, like wrong dll or bad usb wire or port, or possibly LG drivers didn't install correctly.

Bricked V10

I bricked my v10. I was running Eliminator74 Full V20j and (I guess) I chose the wrong rom (my guess is that I accidentally chose V20E instead) I wasnt trying to downgrade, I was just switching from the full V20J to the custom V20J. Now it doesn't even go into download mode (I tried by hard keys, volume up + power, volume up + connect usb and nothing) no recovery/fastboot mode either. I tried the steps http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-lg-v10/development/debrick-phone-h901-qualcomm-9008-t3440359 to debrick but if I can't even go into download mode is no use. My computer recognizes when I plug the phone, in computer management it shows like: Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM3) and thats it.
Help? I'm on a windows phone until I can buy a new phone or (hopefully) find a way to fix this one.
I just saw your post & immediately afterwards I went to the ROMs section and saw what your basically describing. Here's the link to the fix for it http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-lg-v10/development/debrick-phone-h901-qualcomm-9008-t3440359

I don't think you actually read the post. The same link is in it, if the phone does not go into download mode I cannot do anything.

I'm so sorry. I did not see you had posted the link in your question. I think I misunderstood what you were asking (either that or I misunderstood the other post that we both linked to). Sorry for bothering you with something you had already tried =/
I am having the same issue. Just boots to the LG, tries to go to stock recovery and then restarts. When I put it into download mode, the blue icon comes up saying Download Mode, then it restarts and bootloops with the LG and green android. It's a joke now. I hate how there's like literally a small group of people developing on this phone.
