I saw lots of people here facing some backcover problem. I am also facing that, my cover have slightly incorrect fitting. Now what steps taken by the flipkart for it? Is they replace the backcover or the phone? I am going to contact them on tomorrow.
They will send a new one. Not replace it.

i too have contacted them regarding 2 Moto E back covers & they are sending me 2 replacement covers
I complain in fk right now. they said they will send a white one within 3-4 days and again they will send a black one on end of this month. Thanx for the help guyz..

I contacted them and they sent me a licorice back cover. Still on its way. I dont think it will fix it as its a fault of the design of the device.

black one was not in stock so they temporarily gave white one.

Simply just call them in their toll free 24hrs customer service number.

Just trying to contact them to send one to me as well. Hate this phone because of that tiny gap in the fitting of the back cover
I have no hope that they will send a new one. Even if they do, it won't fit well either
the new backcover solves the issue!
When I had received my Moto E(black) from Flipkart i had the same problem,my backcover was pretty loose and it was quite becoming irritating at some point,but then after lodging a complaint Flipkart has shipped a new black backcover for free and this one fits perfectly!
Go ahead and lodge a complain,surely they ll ship a new cover for your Moto E too.
Received the back cover today. It is fit perfectly and I finally get rid of my problem :laugh:
I seems Moto has fixed the issue. I have opened the cover for 2-3 times (following instructions) but its still OK.
I enquired flipkart regarding this issues and they told me that recently they have no complaints about the back cover.

Did this today as well after I noticed mine had a stain or something on the beautiful white...
Can you just request any cover or do you need to tell them there's something wrong with it? Mine's a little dinged especially around the camera.
I called on Monday and got my battery cover on Thursday. She was very helpful and even gave me the white one knowing I already had the black one. She said, "sure, add a little color right!" Their service is quite good. I'll hold off on the charger cable and battery for a few months.

They just need your imei number which you can get under settings > about phone.
sweet thanks for letting us know! i just called in to replace my back cover cause the volume rockers were getting damaged. should have a new one in the mail within next few days. the customer service was great as well, very surprised lol

I'm sure it still has warranty on it. May not be from your carrier but HTC covers it. So go ahead and call htc. Tell them your power button is not working properly or the case is making a creaking noise

I got the one I ordered couple days ago, funny that she checked my serial, it checked out as white, I asked her to send me the black, she said she couldn't, she checked if she could twice, said she still can't, talked to her a bit more, guess I said something right because she confirmed with me that she'd be sending the white, opened up my mail, I got the black instead.
I've got a ELTE that has a dead screen. The screen shows nothing, but the phone still rings and powers up. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with taking it apart and fixing it.

It was really easy to do, the hairdryer part you just have to be patient and keep reapplying heat. The only problem was the LCD+digitizer i bought off ebay was clearly counterfeit. The seller (gadgetfix) had 99.2 positive feedback but the screen still sucked. They refunded my money but it was still a pain in the ass.

I have an annoying "spot" in the middle of my screen. Not sure if it's a bunch of dead pixels because it's more blueish than black, but definitely seems like a defective screen. Only noticeable on white and light screens, although it gets annoying. I bought the phone through Amazon so not sure if there's any type of warranty. Would need to go through HTC probably but I've heard bad stories of HTC customer service. Any thoughts?

When did you buy the phone? I think the manufacturer's warranty is roughly a year. If it is less than a year old, you might be able to replace it via warranty.

Doesn't matter if you got it at Amazon, Verizon will still honor the 1 year warranty. I had the same issue with my DNA and it was a dead pixel. Purchased at Amazon and exchanged through Verizon with certified like new device.

Yes, the Incipio Faxion. I'll try taking the case off. There's really no pressure to the back of the phone with this case, just the sides a little.

yeah that's a known problem with the DNA. happened to my first one. I'm pretty sure it was from using the car dock and squeezing the sides too hard plus having it in my pocket with the screen facing out,and sitting down which kind of like bent the rounded back...so it puts pressure on it and bam, blue haze.

i bought it from hot gadget and it's not covered by 7 days replacement. i'll just have to live with it. its just the glue issue i think,.. i dont have any battery issue with my tablet z..
the store owner want to send it to "greenhills" but i refused..haist..bobo..hehehe.. i'm happy with it..it's a minor issue a leather case would be nice..ehehe

I got my Z2 yesterday and unfortunately dropped it later that evening and the glass on the back shattered.. Does anybody know how much it would cost me to replace the glass on the back? is there something i can buy and replace it myself?

I've been around a few places in my city today and one of them could legally repair Sony devices but that would cost me over 400 dollars..
I suggest repairing it yourself. Back should be easily repairable. The front is much harder..

Yeah, I've seen some videos of the z1's back being replaced.. Doesn't look that hard, I just need to buy the back for Z2 but I can't find it online.. I probably need to wait a few weeks.

You can pay attention to witrigs.com. They do well on Sony replacement parts, i purchased the cover flaps there and works well.
