Hi, my english is not the best but i'll try.
Last night i take my phone and he dont boot, frezzed in Samsung GT-I9300 logo. I enter the CWMod and got some lines saying can't reach /cache/____. I tried to wipe and nothing. Then tried to install stock firmware and got an error on odin.

I tried 3 USB Cables and all computer USB ports.
Now i can't enter CWMod or boot, only download mode. If need more info to help i give.
Your emmc chip is damaged, new motherboard required.

it was rooted and with cmw flashed... i'm not sure, but maybe overnight it has received the 4.1.2 update and didn't boot since.

They might annoy you because of that a little bit, don't give up just annoy them and stick there all day till they accept it.
They mostly won't notice.

So my phone recently stuffed up by for whatever reason restarting itself and freezing on the 'samsung gt-i9300t' screen.
So i went on to download mode and tried using the firmware provided by sammobile and used it with Odin but it didnt work. here is what the message says

i cant get to the debug option my phone is frozen in boot screen. odin 1.85 shows-

do you have kies running
If yes disable that
and be sure that you have the correct usb drivers or kies installed
and you can also try without battery
take out the battery and connect to pc then go into download mode

the better is uninstall drivers and install kies and try connecting if you computer recognizes just fine the go with as above said without battery

When i start Odin, go into download mode on the S3 and plug it in, Odin detects it.
Now i tried to select a PDA file.

You have to flash a firmware and a pit together at the same time, try the rescue firmware (search in general forum). If it still falls then emmc chip might be damaged, new motherboard/phone required.
