This morning I was playing on my phone (Alcatel One Touch Idol 6030x) and It freezed. It turned off and then it said that everything is lost, I have to factory reset. I did it through the CWM recovery, but nothing happens. Then I tried to do it with Alcatel One Touch Upgrade. I was doing as it said to me. I reached Step 3/4 and then It showed an error. I tried several times to fix it, but nothing happens + my phone full bricked. Then I have some sort of knowledge in this situation and read thoughout the forums. I tried with SP Flash tool. I installl my drivers, my windows finds it is a MTK USB device, the program too, but It can't start flashing. Please guys help me!

Hello people.
I have KINGZONE SM-N9002 (Clone of Samsung Galaxy Note 3) MTK6582 and today I tried to install this ROM (Android 4.4 KitKat) -> needrom.com/download/am3-kk-v1-0-for-kingzone-sm-n9002 . I did everything, wiped data/cache/ everything I needed to and installed it . Then clicked on Reboot, and what happened is that my phone doesn't reach the menu, it just reboots showing the logo screen every time constantly!!!! I clicked on restore on Recovery mode, but it seems there are no files there. I tried to to reflash my ROM using this -> needrom.com/download/kingzone-sm-n9002-mt6582 but when I do it using Flash Tools, I get the error Invalid scatter file format. Please help! I'm in terrible need of my phone and since it is a clone, I will have to send it back to China and wait ages for it get back. Plus, I'm leaving for Scotland in two weeks time so I'm in desperate need of my phone. I cannot do anything!!! I have Flash Tools and MTK Droid Tools on my PC, so can you suggest anything that can save me????
I finally managed to flash my ROM using SP Flash tools but now my screen shows something like green pixels and it doesn't respond to anything!!!! It's like my display is completely "broken".... Please help!
Hi everyone, i've bricked Alcatel OT 991 by flashing wrong boot.img and now it won't power not, not charging, i've tried diferent tutorial from this forum and youtube, nothing happens, it's bricked, i cannot found a good preloader, i've triend ot upgrade and nothing.

PS: i've tried several preloaders but the screen not lights up, remain black, please help...

Ive had my Alcatel (android version 5.1.1) phone for about 3 months now and a while ago I wanted to root my phone so that I could install some Xposed modules, and I ended up using Kingroot. The rooting process failed but I kept it installed so nothing much occurred afterwards. A few days later I decided to install Kingoroot to see if maybe that could do the job of rooting my phone and it also failed. I was tired so I powered off my phone and went to sleep. The next morning, I powered on my phone and to my surprise it was stuck in a bootloop. I attempted to wipe the cache partition and factory reset and then reboot my phone, but it didnt work. Please not that I wasnt able to unlock the bootloader, so I cant flahs any ROMS. No system file is missing to my knowledge because it always stays stuck on the metro pcs screen with no error message. I appreciate all the help I receive and thank everyone who responds.

this is my first post here!
I recently got Idol 2 from my brother to use and seeing as it says on GSM arena that it has KitKat I wanted to flash it to get rid of slow 4.2.2.
I used SP flashtool and on youtube I found how and also the ROM. I flashed it, first I used format all except bootloader and after flashing it wont switch on.
PC can see it and I tried every guide, I have 6 roms, many of them russian and every time I try flashing I get
brom error sft enable dram failed 4032. I somehow solved that but not I get brom error s_ft_enable_dram_fail (0xfc0) every time I try flashing.
I have a boat load of drives, I used USBDEVIEW to uninstall them and I have reinstalled them 47 times, always same error. Flashing wont start.
What am I doing wrong? IS there anyone who knows? :crying:
I really wanna fix it because I dont have a phone anymore..... I had to sell my OnePlus 3 cause of money issues and cannot afford a new one.....

Hello, my Alcatel Pop Up (6044D) it turns on but doesn't work at all, it stays in the Alcatel Logo.
This happened when I installed a Miui Room, when I wanted to go back to the STOCK with a backup from TWRP. The room was working, but it wasn't fast enough, that's why i tried to reverse, however in the reverse something happened in the process and it gave me an error and now I can't access to the recovery aswell, is there something I can do?
