[Q] LG P760 not detected in windows with USB debugging ON - LG Optimus L9 P760, P765, P768, P769

I tried to flash another ROM using CWM, but it failed. I did factory reset a few times, deleted cache, dalvik cache and data also a few times and now it is not detected in Windows anymore with USB debugging enabled. All drivers are installed and up to date. Remember that it was easily detected before I tried to flash other ROMs. Ah, I also tried to unlock the bootloader, but I think that it failed as well.
Can anyone help with this issue?

[Q] Fastboot driver fails?

Hi Guys and Gals, I have ran into an issue I have not experienced before. I was wiping davlik, cache and factory resetting my Droid Razr for a friend to use, as I dont use the phone anymore. I did all of the above with an extra FATAL error of accidentally wiping the system. I thought I had backed out and was rebooting the system.
I booted my phone into fastboot to use Matts utility to flash back to stock and when I connected to my computer, it began to install the driver for "Fastboot CDMA Spyder S" after a few seconds of saying installing, it shows a red x and says failed.
I uninstall and install the moto-drivers again and same thing occurs when I plug phone to computer. I have a factory cable tried it as well and still fails to install fastboot driver.
Any ideas or know what I am doing wrong.
UPDATE: I solved by uninstalling everything that had to do with anything mobile on my computer (drivers, software ect..) Although I dont think it was necessary. I then downloaded Motorola device manager and reconnected my phone and it worked. Here is the link to the latest device manager, https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/88481

Hard bricked (bootloop)

Hello. I have a bootloop I think...or hard bricked device. I gave a wipe data reset, cache, dalvik cache, after reboot , I enter in the configuration of software . After 5-10 sec. the phone restarts and is blocked on samsung logo. For flashing with new firmware via odin, i don t have chances because usb device is not recognized...I tried other usb cables, I have driver for the device, all methods I tried...still is not recognized. I tried on another PCs. show the same thing. Any sugestions?

What Android version?
what rom?
what kernel?
if you expect us to magically know every hardware/software specifics of your phone then you got another thing coming.

Are you sure that you've installed the driver correctly? Check in device manager and you should see your phone in device manager (if your PC even detects your phone). You should install the usb driver manually by downloading the samsung usb drivers and then ODIN should be able to detect your phone. If your PC can not even recognise the device, there is a chance that the phone's usb port is stuffed up, so you will have to repair it before fixing your phone.

UMI MAX, softbricked/bootloop, tried many methods but none have succeeded

this is my first time asking a question here, as I just got my first android phone yesterday.
The phone is a UMI MAX. I went to reboot it today, and now its just forever showing the boot logo without starting.
I have already tried 'Recovery mode > Factory Reset > Wipe cache partition > Reboot', but that doesn't work.
I have tried flashing it back to the original ROM (from the official forums), but SP flash can't detect my phone, even after installing 'Preloader USB VCOM (Android)' driver. My phones battery cannot be removed so that may be a problem. I also disabled driver signature enforcement (I am on WIN 10)
Also, usb debugging is turned off, and I don't know how to turn it on
I just don't know what else to do
