Wireless Charging vs Wired

Hey everyone,
Just wondering if you guys have tried wireless charging on your Note 3 (QI). Does anyone know if any wireless charging charges as fast
as wired charging? The wired charging is incredible as im sure you all know but any wireless charging that is just as fast?
Thanks,
VinceC
Charging speeds depend on the charging mat that you use. The one I use at the moment only outputs at 1A, whereas the official Samsung AC adapter outputs at 2A. I can't really compare the charging durations as I charge my phone when I sleep.
my wired car charger...
Well I would say my car charger is the best one among them..as it charges my phone very fast even in the duration that i take to reach from my home to the workplace...I use the belkin one..and I really like it...it outputs as 2A..and that is which make me smiling...
Wireless charging max out at 640mAh using the wireless contact, wireless charging through the USB max out at 1000mAh.

Tried QI charging but IMHO the amount of heat is not acceptable.
wall charger will be fast. As said its about the Amp out put.
Think of it as speed. The higher the amp the faster it will go.
I do know that with wireless charging my phone gets hot while with the core it doesnt.
But i know its from the wirelessness its an induction type of charging.
I prefer wireless charging as wireless charging is a MUST for me as I have many devices and i am getting sick of plugging in wires.
wireless is not fast as the wired
I have 2 different wireless chargers and they work great. I use my USB 3.0 charger once in a while.

[Q] Wireless charging when docked in tablet

My padfone s by itself can be charge with my wireless qi charger. When docked into the tablet and placed on the wireless charger pad, the wireless charger LED lights up but it does not charge the phone nor the tablet. Is this a bug or intentional? And does this problem extend to padfone X users as well?

Charging question

Hi, does anyone know if I can charge this phone using a quick charge 3 charger? Is there a benefit or it will charge at a quick charge 2 speed? Thank you.
You can charge it just fine with a QuickCharge 3 charger (QC3 is backwards compatible) but there is no benefit as the phone will charge at QuickCharge 2 speeds (15W max).
(As an aside to this question, you can also charge with a charger that provides 15W ([email protected]) over USB Power Delivery and USB-C.)

10w wireless charging

So I decided to get an Anker 10w wireless charger instead of the 20w Xiaomi one due to a few people saying fan noise is loud and I'd only be using it next to bed to charge overnight.
However it only looks to be charging at 5w and not 10w with the quickcharge 3 adapter which comes with the phone. Is there anyway to check the charge to see if it's only 5w or 10w? I have ampere but that only says max about 800mah when plugged into both quickcharge plug or into normal 2.4 plug.
Also assume that the mi9 supports 10w wireless charging as well?
No one else have a 10w qi charger?
I am also using my old QI charger from the LG G3 to charge the phone, but I don't know if it's charging with 5w, 10w or something between.
I only know it's working without any problems and charging my phone even through a case, which wasn't possible on the G3.

The lg G3 came out a while ago so it'll only be an older 5w qi charger
I'm using baseus wireless charger that display informations.
It's only charging at 5W very disappointed
You can use an app like ampere to work it out.
Power in watts = current in amps * volts
