Stuck in boot logo, and stuck on recovery! - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Please help me, I coulnd't find a real solution anywhere for this, since I get stuck in recovery when I vol up+power, or I'll get stuck at boot logo if I hold power. I can only turn off because I pull out the battery on this Lenovo A800. I think it happened when I wiped data, cache, and dalvik after flashing another new rom. How could I revive this? thanks please!

I think you just wiped everything with system OR you just cross flashed different ROM into your system. That means you are bricked!
As you already bricked your phone, you should try flashing custom ROM.
Try below steps;
DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK
A] Install drivers USB VCOM Lenovo A800. (Link below)
http://d-h.st/3ib
B] Download ROM (Link below)
http:// mobilecon. info/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download.php?id=Download+Lenovo+A800+Stock+ROM+%28official+version%29+
(Delete spaces)
Extract LenovoA800_S133_121213I.rar2.Inside extract folder you`ll see 4 rar file
1.A800_Customized_SP_Flashtool_20121022(v3.1238.5).rar
(this is a flashtool for flashing ROM)
2.apdb.rar
3.modemdb.rar
4.target_bin.rar
Extract A800_Customized_SP_Flashtool_20121022(v3.1238.5).rar
Extract target_bin.rar
Go to A800_Customized_SP_Flashtool_20121022(v3.1238.5) extract folder
Run Flash_tool.exe
Click Scatter loading, then go to target_bin extract folder
selectMT6577_Android_scatter_emmcPCext, turn off the device
Remove the battery, sdcard and sim card
Put back the battery
Click Firmware Upgrade in Flash Tool
Connect A800 to PC/laptop
Wait until all installation process done, if it success then Green logo will appear
Remove your device from PC/laptop
Turn it off
Put back SD card and sim card.
Then turn on, at first loading after flashing ROM A800 will took more time just wait.
Done!
If you found this helpful, there's a thumbs up button (thanks button) just press it

You can flash ROMs through flashtool as many times as you can. Just make sure you flash correct ROM.
It formats everything that is already into your system and clean install ROM.
Hope you succeed well

I just installed the rom I was attempting before it bricked, now it's better and successful (in twrp though). BIG THANKS TO YOU MAN!!

Here are the four things you need to download (click on the "download original" button on the pages):
1 Odin Multi Uploader https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwNCaWy_zhKpZlFtZVZOWmdTbG1xWFdhVG1NSjF1dw/edit?pli=1
2 Cooper OPS file https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwNCaWy_zhKpc3VraEtTNDNUZU9FM01KNG1WQkRldw/edit?pli=1
3 Samsung Drivers (You only need these if you dont have Kies installed. If you never installed Samsung Kies, then install these drivers) https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwNCaWy_zhKpVWlWY3huaTdUOXlPR09YRWdYZFU0dw/edit?pli=1
4 The Firmware Package https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwNCaWy_zhKpYXFqaUhYc1dScy1tbURySk9wTFBWUQ/edit?usp=drive_web&pli=1
Ok, once you download all those, follow these steps:
5 Unplug your phone from the PC
6 Install the Samsung Drivers and reboot your PC
7 Extract the Firmware Package zip file and place the two files directly on your desktop
8 Run the Odin program
9 Put your phone in Download Mode and connect it to the PC
10 Put a checkmark on the One Package, Auto Reboot, and Protect OPS options.
11 Click on the OPS Button, and load the Cooper OPS file you downloaded
12 On the bottom of Odin, click on the One Package button.
13 Choose the long named file (S5830DDQ8_ etc.) from your desktop that you unzipped from the firmware package file
14 Press the Start button on Odin
15 Wait about 5-10 minutes, until Odin says "Pass!" at the top. You can then disconnect your phone and if it doesnt reboot on its own, turn it on.
Very Important: As soon as your phone loads, do a factory reset to avoid bootloop. Go into the Settings App, choose Privacy, and then reset the phone. This will complete the process and your phone will be back to an "out of the box" condition. :good:
Hi Sir, I followed your instructions even Odin Pass the flashing of the firmware, it always looping on boot, from samsung logo to boot animation then to samsung logo again, and so on..
glad you can help me here thanks

Be patient and try to follow carefully. But I am afraid to say that if you have done something wrong with above process then you may be never able to recover your ACE. After using Odin method and recovering your ACE to stock mode and following the wiping cache/factory reset etc your ACE will be in perfect factory released condition. After that if you wish to install any custom ROM you need to flash the ClockworkMod Recovery 5.0.2.6.zip file. This file you can get easily from Galaxy Ace XDA forum. ClockworkMod Recovery 5.0.2.6 will enable your rooted device recovery mode functionality to work properly while flashing custom Galaxy ACE 5830 ROMs.
P.S: Precautions:
1. Always use rooted device. (Flash 'Root.zip' once if your device is not rooted)
2. Always follow the instructions written by developer to flash his customized ROM with maximum care that you can for getting things done in proper way.
3. Read the reviews and posts of the customized ROM carefully to get yourself acquainted with the issues and problems of that particular ROM.

I was also having the same problem as of yours but after following the above instructions properly everything was all right. I hope you understand what steps 9-15 exactly means. If you don't then you have surely bricked your phone while trying those steps.
For getting your phone in download mode follow these steps
1. disconnect the usb and switch off the phone.
2. Press volume up + Down and connect usb to phone.
3. The phone will boot in download mode automatically and the drivers will be loaded.
Also let me know if you are successfully getting the 15th step "Pass" msg and if you are rebooting it properly and doing factory reset etc.. ?

flashing only takes 5-6minutes not 11..if u waited for so long better to unplug the device and put it again on download mode..on ODIN reset the files,,if u encounterting BOOTLOP download fullpackage which include APPBOOT, a fullpackage that i only used is XXKPH firmware, if u wanted to UPGRADE to 2.3.6 download XWKTM, XWKPT any of that file, its the best stock ROM last for a day..
note: if u are flashing via odin the OPS file should be renamed to Cooper_v1.0.ops this is very important so that flashing will success..

Its already mentioned if you have read my steps carefully that- after flashing your ROM you need to do a factory reset/wipes in CWM recovery MOD; I think readers are not paying attention to that statement so I've changed the colour and font style

[Q] I have stuck into BOOTLOOP

Dear ALL Geniuses...!
I am running Noir A2 Lite, with Spreadtrum chip SP8810. I am stucked into Bootloop, and I am fully sure it is due to not clearing Dalvik-cache.
I was setting up the low internal memory issue with ext3 partition of Sdcard method using Pimk Rom, BusyBox etc. Everything was fine and in the end I got the internal memory increased but the phone was working slow so I thought to get back to the previous state where my genuine internal phone memory was existing. So I just done the RESET FACTORY from Settings of phone. After that it rebooted and still keeps rebooting again and again. I searched on the causes of BOOTLOOP and came to know it might happen due to not clearing DELVIK-CACHE.
Phone is rooted D Of course), and I can't boot into Recovery Mode, I don't know why because since I rooted I wasn't able to get into recovery mode by pressing any key combinations. But I can go into fastboot by pressing VOL+ and POWER button together.
Now anyone body here? Can you suggest me any way to resolve this problem?
Regards!!

hey mate, sorry for late reply just in case anyone is also having this problems ill leave the workaround i followed to recover the phone.
the phone gets into bootlop mode becuase it starts to try get into recovery and it is not working so the phone just starts trying and trying again
You need:
usb cable
pc with sp flash tools software
drivers
a workable rom made for sp flash tools (there tones of them in miui forum)
Steps:
1. you have to prepare to flash the rom and hit download
2. then you connect the phone in the small moment it has the black screen, you have to connect the phone while pressing volume down, the program should react to your phone connection
3. cancel the flashing of the rom before it starts, this should let the phone exit from that bootloop state
4 remove the cable and start your phone normally
5 install a workable recovery with apps like flashify/flashfire
done
Probably if your phone use the whole battery and you start chaguing it up once it is already shut down you should also be able to start into the system partition and not into the recovery mode
i hope i made myself understandable as english is not my primary language

boot loop flare s play

anyone can help me? I've tried to root my cherry mobile flare s play, I've flash twrp on it but it always boot in recovery it doesn't boot in system partition so I tried wiping the cache and dalvik cache, still doesn't boot so I tried flashing another recovery/rom and it just get worst it's now stuck in boot loop I've already tried the abd reboot-bootloader and always fall in error: device not found., I hope someone notice my case. thanks
Hello, this happens when the system is actually corrupted
you may reflash stock then twrp then root again
or just get a custom recovery for your device
you must go in bootloader for stock rom or twrp for custom rom, and that's fine your phone just needs a rom and its good to go
good luck

in my case I can't flash even a recovery image using sp flash tool. any help? sorry if I look like an ignorant any way thanks for your help guys, I really appreciate
no no problem, however what's the problem ?
I'm trying to flash a custom recovery on it but it doesn't work, I'm trying to flash twrp, the one I've flash before, because I don't have the stock rom of my device so I'm doing the process partially. I'm aiming to flash twrp and then restore my saved back up.
Hello,
i think your device stock frimware is there on google, however when you try to flash what error does it give or what happens ?
It doesn't show any error message and not showing any progress at all. my device just blink showing that the battery is charging though the battery is not present.
if it didnt detect it try pressing the volume up or volume down to make sure while connected ( and download button is pressed
just blink until it reaches time out.
I'm sure that my cable is working, it works on other device. I already install all the drivers I need.
is there a way to stop my device from simultaneous booting? it appears to be detected on device manager but just for a few sec, then reboot and appear again.
ensure the ROM is loaded properly in the flash tool.
Switch off the phone and remove battery.
press the start button in the flash tool to initiate the ROM flashing process. The process will be in hold, waiting for the phone to accept the new firmware.
Now connect the phone to computer.
Try these. Press and hold VOLUME DOWN OR VOLUME UP OR POWER+VOLUME UP OR POWER+VOLUME DOWN. One of these should work and the flashing process should start.
can I obtain the stock rom from the same device? I have the same model and it works properly. I can't download the stock rom from mediafire it always fail due to poor internet connection so I'm looking for another way.
I tried updating my driver then my device was recognized but when I flash the recovery image it displays 100% but in red color.

Try this:
1. Open the back case of the phone;
2. There is one red button;
3. Keep pressed for 20 seconds;
4. After that power on the phone and tell me what is going on.
