About five minutes or so ago, I was looking at the prime screen and it had a auto-notify, and I had to refresh my screen and a pre-order button was available.
Just thought I would notify anyone, just incase they are not finding somewhere to preorder from.

I was thinking the same thing....I have a newegg pre-order, TFP gray 32gb, placed on 11/25, I will be cancelling by 12/12 if the status does not change...so there will be one more slot next week if there is no movement

yup, indeed it is. It's been up for a couple minutes already. I'd like to hope this means they are getting more than they intially thought. Or as pointed out, ppl canceled. Either way just anxiously awaiting the order status for my pre-order to change.

I pre-ordered a 32GB champagne on 11/23. From what I have seen not a single champagne has shipped from Best Buy. Meanwhile, Amazon has shipped mostly champagne. My screens are the same. My credit card doesn't show the pre-auth's but I assume they've run it multiple times. I was told many times that it would (1st) be delivered on 12/19 and (2nd) before Christmas. I think it is safe to assume Best Buy hasn't shipped any champagne as I pre-ordered early on 11/23.
I ordered on 11/22 same back order status standard shipping and I haven't gotten a single piece of usable information from my multiple attempts at calling..used a BB credit card and the charge is not on my balance but it had been taken from my available credit

11/25 w/ free shipping. card (debit) has been charged 4 times, including right now (seems to stay in "pending" for 3 or 4 days before dropping off).
i was told on the 5th (when I called after the 2nd "hold" was placed on my card) that it happened b/c the item was shipping. on the 14th (3rd charge) I was told to cancel, b/c bb doesn't sell the champagne one (I told her not to touch my order, that I didn't trust anything they were saying).

32GB Champagne Prime
Ordered 12/2 after the great Amazon Debacle. Went from processing to backordered a few days ago.
I ordered the 32GB Champagne and dock on 11/22 via paypal - The money was taken out of my paypal account on 11/25! I recieved the back-ordered email and when I complained to the CSR that people who preordered later than me had recieved tracking numbers, she couldn't explain it. I guess they really don't have the Champagne in stock as the other thread doesn't have a single Champagne owner mentioning a shipped email.

I ordered the tablet on 11/22 and the dock on 11/23; both with same status now as "backordered"; I received emails for both regarding the backorder; called BB yesterday and they just send me one email for each item stating "extended backordered" for 30 days; after 30 days order will be cancelled!
4 times pre auth on my Citi card; problem is that Citi holds precharges for 30 days!
BB CSR told me when she extended the backorder status that the system was showing date of receipt BETWEEN 19-23; so, two more days and we'll be there to see our hopes vanish.
Nothing changed on my call today just told for a 2nd time when it comes off back order I get free upgraded shipping. At least the lady I talked to today tried after being on hold twice and disconnected she called back to tell me should could not get any more info

In the same boat as everyone else. Ordered two 32GB Champagnes and one dock on 11/23 from BB and anxiously watching for word that they're shipping Champagnes. Called Best Buy on Monday and was told 10 days by CSR, but I think he was just splitting the difference on the 1-2 week timeframe in the email. Thanks for starting this thread.

Both have shown back-ordered status since 12/18
I emailed them on 12/18 asking what was going on and they emailed me back later in the day and basically just confirmed that they are on back-order and didn't have any additional information.
I haven't received any additional communication from BB regarding the issue. I also did not receive the auto-generated email indicating that the item is on a 1-2 week back order that others have received.
Ordered on 11/23 (both the dock and the tablet) Money has been deducted from my Chase debit card already. Got an email saying both items have been back-ordered, I keep calling them, believe it or not, they are hanging up on me now(twice yesterday). this is totally bizarre.

I am in the exact same boat, calling CS today. I got my back order email at 10:20 pm on the 18th (twenty after midnight at their corporate office). Was pretty upset about it as this is a gift.

Ordered champagne 32GB on 12/4. Backordered email came same time as everyone 12/18 midnight, with a delay of 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks hits January, and I expect another week of delay then, then ship time. Should have it from BB mid Jan, unless I change my mind about the whole thing.
Ordered 12/2 after the Amazon fiasco.
No information since the email stating it was backordered.

Half is better than nothing i guess? But honestly people .. dont settle! Holiday or no holiday, they shouldnt have sold us a 1day shipping option, if it wasnt possible due to holidays or any other reason. It should have said "This option not available" or something
Just keep saying "i ordered on the 23rd ... im receiving on the 28th ... you tell me, why did i pay for 1 day delivery?"
But i didnt have to go through any of that, they were more than willing in my case.

Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with them. I had to argue with the guy about being charged 35.99 for overnight shipping and getting it the same time as a free order. I was very nice and keep trying to get him to see how the website even told me I should get it by 12/27 if I chose that option. It is even being sent to me ground end of day but he keep arguing that since they couldn't ship it until today, they were technically not late. He wouldn't budge but I asked to speak to a manager and she was very nice and gave me my full shipping amount back.
I haven't received any confirmation yet but I hope it goes through as she said.

This is amazing, I'm actually Norwegian and had my American buddy order me the prime. We go to college together in Ireland, so ill get it on the second of Feb. Aaanyway, just called bestbuy now from Norway, and after politely arguing that the shipping is a day late, she went from offering me half a refund, giving me the full 29.99 refund! i e-mailed them with a complaint and posted on their message boards...i doubt ill get anything...

Nope- nothing shipped on 12/26. UPS was closed. I called and spoke to UPS and they said perhaps a label was created on the 26th but NOTHING shipped. They were adamant about it.
I called BestBuy on the 26th and asked how they were shipping if UPS and Fedex were closed. Crickets.
I called yesterday for a refund and they told me to wait until today. I just called and they refunded without hesitation They said a credit would show on my card in 3-5 days.

You need to call back and if the same thing happens again, just ask to speak to a manager. I had to argue with the guy and he said there was nothing he could do. He said Best Buy was not late since it was shipped on the 27th and I was getting it on the 28th. Even though I paid 35.99 for overnight shipping, it was still actually shipped standard UPS ground for end of day delivery. To long of a story to give all the details of what he said but he was an idiot. The manager apologized and gave me the refund no problem.
Heck, I received complimentary expedited shipping when it took them forever to figure out how to switch my champagne order to grey. Then when it didn't arrive yesterday and after I called, I received an email and a "Digital Credit" of $41.25 (the amount of my taxes) was applied to my order.
I am persistent but polite and always sympathetic towards the CSRs knowing that they really can't do much in situations such as these (this is a pretty complicated deal here).
So happy right now!
I got refunded my expedited shipping for my order that I purchased on 12/25. I called them up and argued that since the estimated delivery time was the 12/27-12/28 for expedited shipping, I wasted money on it because my tablet will be delivered by 12/29 and I spent $17 extra. So the guy the best he can do is give me a $20 DIGITAL COUPON to bestbuy.com and I agreed to receive it. Its like a gift card you can spend on bestbuy.com and the best part is that he sent more than I paid for shipping!!!

I just ordered like 20 mins back. It's in 'processing' status and it doesn't tell me expected shipping date.

I talked to the Huawei customer care and he said I can cancel my order at any point it time. But I guess that has to be before it ships.
Went this route this morning as well. When making the order for the Graphite 64GB all it told me is a "early November" shipping date. Since so new a order have to wait some to get a better date.
Just saw they have added 128GB models on the Huawei website in aluminum and graphite

Im in the middle of fraud hell trying to order from Huewai.
First my credit card rejected the transaction. Talked to them and got it cleared and they said it would allow the order next time. Of course by then, the one I wanted (Aluminum, 64GB) was OOS on the site.
Phone came back in stock later, attempted to place order again, rejected again. Called my credit card co (again) and they said everything should have worked....placed order on Huawei's site with the credit card people on the line....rejected on the site, credit card said its not them (they didnt get a transaction request)
Talked to Huawei's "oh sorry it looks like we have a fraud trigger on your account, we'll request it be removed and get back to within 24-48 hours". Of course, the phone is OOS (again) and now 24 hours later, no communication from them and I still cant order the phone.

This happened to me the first time I tried ordering 64gb on the site and I got a call telling them its not fraud. Tried yesterday and exactly the same thing even though my bank allowed it and for exact amount to. Tell me if you get anywhere with this please considering that site sucks for ordering.

Will do. I did a live chat with them today and confirmed their fraud alert is still intact on me and that they will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours (again)
Im not sure exactly how they flag it...if its mailing and/or billing address, name, etc. Ive tried with my wifes' name on our shared credit card and still got rejected so Im curious as to exactly what it might be.
EDIT: and of course now the Google site is OOS too which means I cant even order there.
Well your bank/credit card companies suck. I got a text message asking if this was fraud and replied no and then tried again. Was a 45 second process. Order still processing today. Just don't mash the order button. Try once then contact your bank or have verification text/email messages set up... Pretty easy if you use your brain and set this stuff up when setting up an account. Mashing all the buttons only work in mk2 or street fighter 2. Both old news....

Read closer, its not my bank that's causing the issue anymore....and my bank(s) were quick to resolve the issue that was on their side.
My Discover card sent me an email immediately after it was declined...I clicked the "secure message" link, logged in and cleared the transaction, but since it was declined there was no pending order from Huawei, Huawei just never let me finish checkout. MOST online places would allow it to check out THEN the credit card would contact me to approve/deny the transaction.
As further proof, I had the credit card co wait on the phone with me while I attempted to go through checkout again and it still got denied. Credit card co. saw no new transactions come from Huawei, so it HAS to be on Huawei's side. Further confirmation of THAT was when Huawei support did actually tell me I must be flagged in THEIR system and it would take 24-48 hours to get it resolved.
As far as using my brain, well, my brain tells me I should expect childish answers like that from XDA.
I bought the V10 from t-mobile on November 21st. I accepted that I had missed the 200gb promo bundle that ended on November 15th. Today, I see that if you buy a V10 between November 30th and December 20th, you get a free 64gb sd card, extra battery, and charging cradle. I called LG and asked them if they could at least include me in the new promo because I could simply return the phone and buy it again to get the free stuff. The woman on the phone was very nice, and told me that I was the third person today that called about this. Still she said that there was nothing she could do. Has anyone else had any luck?

For faster process, I would do online submission anyway, get submission #, THEN call them for their blessing. That's what I would do..

It's more the principle of the thing. Technically, we're not entitled to it, but it is a stupid thing to anger an arbitrary subset of your customers shortly after launching a new phone. The phone is great, but I still feel a bit cheated.
I think they did it around black Friday mainly so others don't feel cheated either. The first people to get the phone got the battery/200gb SD. Then after that you have $100 off including all the deals from black Friday, and now you can still get the $100 holiday promo from LG but you only have the battery+ 64gb SD card.
Granted what you could try is taking your phone back to the store, say something is wrong with it and just ask for an exchange. GPS issue, or something "intermittent" happening, etc and ask foot a new receipt for your records. Just back up your stuff first if you want to try.
The person that I just talked to at LG said that they are working on something for those of us who bought the phone between promotions. It may be a line of B.S. but there's hope.
