Where to Find Stock S5 Lollipop Music Player? - Galaxy S 5 Themes and Apps

I uninstalled the stock music player because I didn't like it as much as an older version, which I had an apk for. I found out however that that one seems to be incompatible with this phone, and now I can't find an apk of the original music player. Is it floating around the web somewhere?
I would really prefer the older player (version 5.0.5) though... I think it was for the S3 originally. Is there any hope to find a compatible version out there?

Is this what you want?

I'm not sure if that's it. Anyway I ended up re-flashing the stock rom and I have the music player back so everything's ok. Thanks!

stock music player seek sound skipping?

Hi, I'm using Franco kernel4 (.35) and NightlyFourE v4.3.1 on my optimus one and find something (a little bit) strange, that is when I'm playing my music files in the stock music player, there is a disturbance like sound skipping, you know, strange sound/signals when I seek the tracks (by moving the track progress bar). It happens onl y for several files, but since I've played the same files in my former ROM (I used official GB before) and found no problem, I guess the problem isn't in my music files. I also tried other music app and found everything is okay, so the problem is ini the stock player. Anyone experienced it too?
How to have it fixed? i really love the stock player, are there any way to update/change the stock music player??
try flashing latest version!!!!!!

Stock Music Player Problem

I have an interesting problem that hopefully someone can help with. For the majority of my music the songs will be displayed in alphabetical order as opposed to the embedded tag data. I've used Mptag software to check and resave the tags but that didn't work. I've noticed that .m4a files are displayed correctly but not Mp3 files.
I've tried clearing the app data/cache and I've even installed the SGS3 music over the top to test but that did the same. Music app downloaded from the app store however do display everything correctly. While I was on older firmwares the stock app was fine also.
I really like the stock music player so I don't really want to use a different one.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I'm on rooted stock firmware DXLP9.

motorola razr stock music player

I am on arctic ics for xt910 which is deodexed...i need razr's stock music player app if anybody can do that
Don't know if you will find an easy way to do it.
Better find a third party app. I recommend PlayerPro, is way better than stock player.
Good luck!
There's no way to do this unless you had made a backup via Titanium or something similar beforehand...
Like DjShell said, 3rd party music players are much better. +1 on PlayerPro. The only reason I could think you'd want My Music is for the DLNA feature... Which is handy, actually.
Sure he can. People sometimes do system dumps of stock Roms and Deodex them. Just find the .apk you need and install it.
Here is an example of what you need to find.

Most players have that option. Anyway poweramp is the best music player out there. If you cant buy that use N7 player which is also good. You can select your music folders with both of these apps
2nd PowerAmp, tried a fair few others but nothing came close. Had high hopes for Apollo, but not for me.

Stock Music Player Apps?

Can someone link me to better stock music player apps that would work with the S5? I do not like the one that came with Lollipop 5.0.
Thanks
