I know a lot of you are gonna be PO'd at another best buy thread but from everything i read everyone is just speculating that the champagne hasn't shipped through them at least that hows it seams cuz i haven't heard of a single one comming out of BB. So this thread is to make sure of it and find out who ordered what day they ordered what their status is showing charge card info blah blah blah Also for all of us waiting it would be nice to share any info you get for those of us waiting on the champ. from BB!

I pre-ordered a 32GB champagne on 11/23. From what I have seen not a single champagne has shipped from Best Buy. Meanwhile, Amazon has shipped mostly champagne. My screens are the same. My credit card doesn't show the pre-auth's but I assume they've run it multiple times. I was told many times that it would (1st) be delivered on 12/19 and (2nd) before Christmas. I think it is safe to assume Best Buy hasn't shipped any champagne as I pre-ordered early on 11/23.
I ordered on 11/22 same back order status standard shipping and I haven't gotten a single piece of usable information from my multiple attempts at calling..used a BB credit card and the charge is not on my balance but it had been taken from my available credit

11/25 w/ free shipping. card (debit) has been charged 4 times, including right now (seems to stay in "pending" for 3 or 4 days before dropping off).
i was told on the 5th (when I called after the 2nd "hold" was placed on my card) that it happened b/c the item was shipping. on the 14th (3rd charge) I was told to cancel, b/c bb doesn't sell the champagne one (I told her not to touch my order, that I didn't trust anything they were saying).
if I can find this thing anywhere else, I'll get it.

Pre-ordered 12/1 32GB and dock. Status on first screen says "in process" 2nd screen says "back-ordered" for both. I also paid with PayPal and they have had my money since day 1 too!!!

Ordered 12/2 after the great Amazon Debacle. Went from processing to backordered a few days ago.
I ordered the 32GB Champagne and dock on 11/22 via paypal - The money was taken out of my paypal account on 11/25! I recieved the back-ordered email and when I complained to the CSR that people who preordered later than me had recieved tracking numbers, she couldn't explain it. I guess they really don't have the Champagne in stock as the other thread doesn't have a single Champagne owner mentioning a shipped email.
I knew I ordered the wrong color!!!
Yeah and I only ordered champ because seemed everyone with a gray from amazon was getting cancled thought I would have a better chance boy was I wrong. I haven't called yet today I'm going to in a few minutes then will post

I ordered the tablet on 11/22 and the dock on 11/23; both with same status now as "backordered"; I received emails for both regarding the backorder; called BB yesterday and they just send me one email for each item stating "extended backordered" for 30 days; after 30 days order will be cancelled!
4 times pre auth on my Citi card; problem is that Citi holds precharges for 30 days!
BB CSR told me when she extended the backorder status that the system was showing date of receipt BETWEEN 19-23; so, two more days and we'll be there to see our hopes vanish.
Nothing changed on my call today just told for a 2nd time when it comes off back order I get free upgraded shipping. At least the lady I talked to today tried after being on hold twice and disconnected she called back to tell me should could not get any more info

In the same boat as everyone else. Ordered two 32GB Champagnes and one dock on 11/23 from BB and anxiously watching for word that they're shipping Champagnes. Called Best Buy on Monday and was told 10 days by CSR, but I think he was just splitting the difference on the 1-2 week timeframe in the email. Thanks for starting this thread.

Both have shown back-ordered status since 12/18
I emailed them on 12/18 asking what was going on and they emailed me back later in the day and basically just confirmed that they are on back-order and didn't have any additional information.
I haven't received any additional communication from BB regarding the issue. I also did not receive the auto-generated email indicating that the item is on a 1-2 week back order that others have received.
Ordered on 11/23 (both the dock and the tablet) Money has been deducted from my Chase debit card already. Got an email saying both items have been back-ordered, I keep calling them, believe it or not, they are hanging up on me now(twice yesterday). this is totally bizarre.
Ordered on 11/23, and got a back order e-mail on 12/19. It's listed as back ordered now, with an estimate of 1-2 weeks.

I am in the exact same boat, calling CS today. I got my back order email at 10:20 pm on the 18th (twenty after midnight at their corporate office). Was pretty upset about it as this is a gift.

Ordered champagne 32GB on 12/4. Backordered email came same time as everyone 12/18 midnight, with a delay of 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks hits January, and I expect another week of delay then, then ship time. Should have it from BB mid Jan, unless I change my mind about the whole thing.
Ordered 12/2 after the Amazon fiasco.
No information since the email stating it was backordered.

My order status with them doesn't say a word and the shopping page only says "will ship by July 11th", does anyone have a clue when they will actually begin to ship?
I was just notified on Wed 7/4 that my phone was shipping! When I pre-ordered my phone on the first day of pre-ordering, I was told then that mine should ship by 7/9. So it would seem to me that they might be slightly ahead of what they told me when I originally ordered.
Did they not charge you until the phone shipped? I have checked my account several times in the last week and I have yet to be charged for my order.
Yes, they only charge upon shipment. My phone should arrive either Friday 7/6 or Monday 7/9. Monday 7/9 was actually the day I was originally told would be the shipping date.
I just ordered mine on the 2nd and was given a shipping date of the 11th...I hope they're ahead of schedule!

I heard from 1 person in Seattle, claiming he received his late last night. I recall from the 900 ship, my device was half way here before I received a shipping notification.
I've never had any shipping issues with AT&T. For me, when they say it will be there....its always been.
Mine says the 9th....I'm pretty much satisfied that it will be.

That has been my experience in the past when I have ordered phones direct from ATT, but in the past 3 years or so, I have bought mine from Amazon, Dell, or in the stores. Glad to hear this hasn't changed!

Same boat as you....i hate dealing with the online and or phone folks....the only reason i didn't just go pick one up from store is because i talked them into giving me an early upgrade on the phone through the 1800 number

my order got cancelled this morning for no apparent reason, so i went to the at&t store by my work place. there's a line, but most people are there for the note 2, and only a hand full are for lumia 920. grabbed my new lumia 920 in less than 10 minutes, although they do not have wireless charging pad in stock
I guess I have no choice but to wait if I want Cyan since it is online only....still no shipping confirmation.

finally got shipping confirmation for Tuesday delivery.
Ordered the red at 4PM EST on the 7th, and I'm still showing as processing. Called AT&T and they told me it's "at least" a 7 day backorder. Wonderful...
Still showing processing for me too. Cyan. Gets updated every day but always processing.

Phone arrived today, almost at the end of the window that FedEx estimated it'd be delivered.
Phone is awesome. No charging pad included (but a separate one is on the way to be delivered Monday).

First thing Wednesday I went to the local AT&T store and ordered the black 920 to be shipped to my home, The salesperson was familiar with but unsure if I was getting the charging base offer. Thursday I received a USPS shipping confirmation for the phone item 6027A as well as one for a "Various SIM" item 72290. Friday morning the phone was in the store and the shipping confirmation showed Memphis USPS departure that day, Friday.
I assume that I am not getting the charging pad as others have said it shipped separately and it is not on the shipment notification. Item 72290 is an actual micro SIM SKU.
My previous 900 came via FedEx on a Saturday before the phone was in store Monday.

One said they were shipping the same time as Google, and the other said first week of November. I'm combining the two answers and going with any day now lol

I ordered on Oct.1, 2015 using affirm. It has been processing every since. Went to affirm website. They want their first payment even if the phone is still processing I guess. Google was just sold out and I was glad to save on the tax. I will just pay it all out and avoid the interest if I like it and decide to keep it.
I ordered on 9/30 the 64 GB Graphite version right before I canceled my 32 GB Graphite version on Google. It still says Processing but my AMEX has already been charged.

I was told early on that they would ship at the same time as Google and have a different batch than Google's. So I assume that when people from Google orders that ordered around the same time frame as you (I ordered on 9/29), then that's when you will get a shipping email. People who have already had theirs shipped are the ones who ordered within seconds of it going live on google and most people didn't order from huawei till the 29th since we didn't even know they would sell direct. I'd estimate them to ship out sometime next week for those who ordered when it said late October.
I ordered an Aluminum 64GB on 10/19. I was very late preordering. I tried to order late night of 10/16 but they were out of 64GB, then they put some back on 10/19 but I was able to get 1 before sold out of 64GB again with in a few hours.
Even though I preordered pretty late when I did order it still said Early November. So I'm guessing mine will be shipped mid or late 1st November week. But who knows maybe myself and us in this thread will be surprised early. After all its pretty clear much less ordered from Hauwei, therefore a lot less volume of product for them to ship. Meaning takes less time. That's what I'm hoping for.

Also. Useful info I was mad about at first. To track your order status from gethuawei.com you must be on the desktop view. Scroll all the way down to "track order" under "account"

I'm same as you, but ordered 64gb graphite on 10/20. Credit card was charged 2 days after. Web site indicated shipping early November. Still says processing. With the free shipping Huawei provides, I'm not expecting the phone until at least mid November.
I did order the Google Nexus case from the Google Store yesterday and it shipped last night lol

Believe it or not, while it hasn't shipped, it let me place an order for the 64GB in Aluminum. This was at 8pm last night. The night before, the phone was out of stock on both there, & Google.

Ok So I pre ordered the Galaxy S7 on the 23rd at a retail store. I called up sprint today to get a status check on my order. the order number i gave him from my receipt did not work, so i told him to look at my account he saw that i had pre ordered the phone, he let me know that since all pre orders come with gearVR my phone will be shipped on the 11th of March along with the gearVR to a sprint store. he said i should get a tracking number right before its going to get shipped
The rep I talked to on the 29th said the phones were getting shipped to them from ***** on the 4th and they would ship the 7th. FWIW. She also said the Gear VR was in stock and would ship the 29th LOL.

Just chatted with a rep online. He says that they are back-ordered, but they'll be getting more in over the weekend and have them out next week. I sort of feel like a whiner because i'm not getting my phone earlier than I expected it. This process is making me act like a child. HAHA. If my order doesn't come early next week I'm going to throw an all-out man tantrum.
Information: for some reason sprint thinks that it's expectable to send out the phones that were purchased on 2/29 and 3/1 immediately , however who ever placed it on the 23rd we have to wait ! How does that make any since in hell??? I don't get it why are we the ones that are "backordered" ? We ordered nearly a week before them it's not fair that they are getting them , I complained and I suggest you do as well and let them know people are receiving it I received 30$ bill credit and a 30$ assessory because they agreeded and couldn't explain why mine wasn't sent even the person from the shipping department was confused !

Keep complaining over live chat and over the phone i was pissed too i don't get it ! Why does someone who ordered after mine is the one who gets it ??? it makes no sense to me, and even the order specialist (shipping department) didnt even understand. My assumptions is that sprint originally gave us the 3/7 deadline but if you noticed on 2/29 and 3/1 the statuses changed and the people who placed orders on those two days originally received a shorter shipping period . So to avoid any problems they just shipped it due to whatever your original shipping said to avoid any problems and we are the ones that got backordered.

Bingo.... I work 2nd shift and missed the cutoff (was it noon on March 1st? Original date Sprint said to get ur phone first?) Saw people were getting there phones early..ordered around 2pm... Got my black edge almost exactly 72 hours later...had no idea it was coming..never had a tracking number

I ordered on the 25th, same status changes on the order page as you guys, no shipping info yet. Regular s7. Seems like edge orders have shipped first, I think I will hop on chat later and complain a little and try to get some clarification.
