Well, insurance wants monthly cost plus 150 to replace. Screen with frame is 130 and no monthly costs lol. Hmm I like that our screen isn't glued down

That's why i got the phone at best buy since you don't have to pay a deductible for swapping the phone for a new one

Read your brochure again, you pay $150 deductible, that's why I didn't do it. They also limit you to 3 times a year.
The lcd/frame assembly looks like it runs about 130 or so, so it's still cheaper to fix than paying monthly and the deductible
I got mine from best buy as well. I also verified the deductible when the sales was ringing me up

150 is the deposit that you leave to get the phone next day usually, trust me i did check and my brother had the same plan on his g3 and he exchanged it twice at no cost at all, i did ask at the store many times and they assured me that i would have to pay nothing for a deductible, :Edit actually this is weird in Puerto Rico they don't offer loss and theft protection they just offer accidental damage and it costs $9.99 a month not $7.99 nor $10.99 maybe we are still running on the old plan cause believe me we don't get charged deductible at all and the change was in 2014 to 2013 i think and when my brother got his g3 he still got the $9.99 plan so maybe it's different for us.
