Bricked GALAXY tab 4 - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I had/have a virus that persists through all types of recoveries that I could find and try. The virus would install multiple apps and the phone would restart constantly.
I then tried Odin, put the device into download mode (pwr btn, vol dwn, home) and it started saying "downloading... do not turn off target" with a bar that would not move. This was different from what I was expecting from the guides.
I connected the device to my PC and tried to use Odin, loaded up the package? and device was showing connected in odin. The file analysis seemed to work, so I hit start and nothing changed on the device. Odin fails after a few seconds. I then try turn off the device and now comes back with "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again" with the same not moving bar.
Top left of this screen is:
Code:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SM-T330
CURRENT BIRNARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x0
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE(CSB)
AP SWERV: S1, T1, R1, A1, P1
UDC START
Kies tells me the device is not compatable with Kies.
I'm stuck, please help.

I cant turn off the device or do anything. Its stuck on the screen which I described last.
I dont know which version of android was on the device.
I let the tablet die and it came back to the same thing

try different usb cable & ports and if possible try kies recovery from another pc, too.

Note 2 4.3 OTA update stuck on note 2 screen

Phone was never rooted it was my mom's phone and she decided to update to 4.3 today and well now it's stuck on note 2 splash screen. I can't enter recovery I can only enter download mode.
So I downloaded 4.3 Odin file and flashed it and it passes that and reboots but still gets stuck. I also tried flashing that pit file with Odin and it's still stuck.
Is there any other way to fix this or am I gonna have to bring it in to Verizon and have to pay to fix it?

Now that it flashed in Odin successfully can you get into the stock recovery? Sounds like you need to do a factory reset if you can get into recovery.. If not take that piece into Verizon they will give her a new phone
Sent from my SCH-I605 using xda app-developers app
Fixed it, I had to odin my s3 back to stock in order to get that verizon upgrade assistant program to install and I connected note 2 in odin mode and did a repair device which basically wiped it for me and its working again ^_^

The real question is are all your buttons working properly? if you are in odin mode and done a flash, you now have to go into recovery mode and wipe out other things from the previous update so you are not stuck,

Galaxy Grand 2 (SM-G7102) stuck in Recovery Booting after firmware update via ODIN

Ok am new here and have to admit that I've had a pretty long day trying to figure out what exactly went wrong with my Galaxy Grand 2 (SM-G7102) after flashing the 4.4.2 Official firmware I downloaded from sammobile to the device using Odin. The process is successful, no errors whatsoever from Odin but when the device restarts it shows the usual Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 logo with some tiny blue text at the top "Recovery Booting" and from there nothing else happens.
I have tried to flash the firmware again using a different PC, USB cable and even Odin version but I get the same result. Previously my device was running Android 4.3 and I wanted to upgrade to Android 4.4.2.
Here is what I get from Odin.

And this is what I get when I enter download mode on my phone:

So you know, I have even tried flashing a number of custom recoveries such as CWM and the likes to no avail, I either get: "RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" or "COULD NOT DO NORMAL BOOT".
Please help me out guys, I have flashed countless Samsung devices with Odin before but I have never encountered such a situation, what could be the problem here? And better yet, how can it be fixed?

Galaxy Ace - can't start system

I have broken my Lumia 535 so I must use my friend's Galaxy Ace.
Phone won't run system - it automatically turns into recovery mode.
There is less options I usually see in recovery mode - no advanced options, etc
I tried to use Odin as internet told me to do.
When I use Odin 3 1.8.5, it see my phone in download mode (yellow color) but I can't do anything and I don't know what to do... I put files i get there, there are places for files: PIT, BOOTLOADER, PDA, PHONE, CSC
So I put these files (I got them all). I marked: Re-Partition, Auto Reboot, F. Reset Time. Unmarked was: Phone EFS Clear and Phone Bootloader Update.
When I press "start" the process was succesfully and took only 10 seconds! After disconnecting the device, it still has problem with running.
So I tried to mark different options, some has the same result, some you paused on "Send lock information.." and I waited about 30 minutes, then disconnected. Still the same problem...
When I use Odin 3 v3.0.7, the phone connection is blue. I put there PIT file and .tar.md5 file in PDA. I got this:
<ID:0/004> Initialzation..
<ID:0/004> Set PIT file..
<ID:0/004> DO NOT TURN OFF TARGET!!
<ID:0/004> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/004> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/004> amss
<ID:0/004> NAND Write Start!!
And there is nothing more, so I am disconnecting phone now...
Still the same problem, can't run.
I got a folder nammed "Odin for GT-S5830" with some files, and low-weight app called "Odin_Multi_Downloader" and this app doesn't see my phone.
Can somebody help me? I really need a phone
It's GT-S5830i.
What software should I use, what files I need, where to put them and what to do next... Sorry I really can't do that by myself, I tried for some hours to google my problems and I'm still here...
Sorry for my horrible English.

Boot Loop After Trying To Root

Ive been having the problem since i rooted it via iroot on my phone.
its a note 4, SM-N910F. Ive tried many things to get it out of the loop for example hard reseting it via recovery mode but everytime i try it the page dosnt show up it goes to download mode and with an error saying couldnt boot normal mode.
ive tried to download stock firmware and flash it via odin but everytime i try that it gives me an error, i dont know if its the wrong firmware i downloaded or its the phone itself. on sammobile i couldnt find the firmware i was looking for because i live in australia and there is no international one available,if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
This is the error message from Odin

G925V stuck at Verizon logo

Hi my device is S6 Edge G925V (Verizon) and previously on Nouget. My issue is the device is stuck on the verizon logo for awhile then it reboot (it would repeat this cycle forever). Quick backstory to how this happen, I performed a factory reset using the recovery menu and this where trouble started. So far I have downloaded multiple stock firmware from sammobile. I have also downloaded multiple odin version (3.12.7, 3.10.7, 3.10.6, 3.09 droidviews). I have tried multiple cables and port (my laptop only has two). Every time I run the odin program, flash process would always pass but when device reset it would still be stuck at verizon logo. I can still access recovery mode and download mode. I can clear system cache and did factory reset but this led to same result. I just tried again today with Pit file and the result is the same.

I also tried using the samsung smart switch but it doesn't get recognized. I tried to use the emergency software recovery and initialization but I don't have the serial number. I opened the device up and it only has IMEI and SKU.
I'm at my end's wit with this phone atm. Is this issue caused by locked bootloader? Any help would be much appreciated.
