Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have a locked BL and you're rooted, if you install a Locked BL CWM, is other not the option in Advanced- Create firmware zip? Can someone do that for him?

In this case Im out of the game :crying:
Im so sorry but I cant help
I also faced that problem a while ago, as a stock update.zip would be very useful. Flashing a file via cwm is much more faster than booting up flashtool and flash a ftf file. I was able to extract the firmware files from a ftf file with flashtool but I just didn't know how to pack them into an update.zip. My main problem is that I didn't know how to set the permissions correctly.
EDIT: Ah. I think I found something out. This website sounds good. I think that is what you are looking for. http://www.xda-developers.com/android/easily-extract-ics-system-files-from-sony-xperia-ftf-files/
EDIT2: To build an update.zip package this could work. http://www.xda-developers.com/android/extract-ftf-files-and-turn-them-into-flashable-zips/
EDIT3: And with this tool you can unpack the ext4 files of a xu ics ftf file. http://sourceforge.net/projects/androidicsjbext/files/20130408/ext4_unpacker_exe.zip/download
EDIT4: I sum up the extraction process:
0. Get a ftf file(e.g. this generic ics ftf http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2075526)
1. Get flashtool, 7zip and the ext4_unpacker(see above)
2. Open firmware ftf file with 7zip and extract system.sin
3. Flashtool->Tools->Sin Editor-> Select system.sin file. -> Dump data
4. Open extracted system.ext4 file with the ext4_unpacker and extract system files to a folder called system/.
Now anyone has to figure out how to create an update.zip file. I think that's the harder part.

This came out in man. Format ,
How do i get it to ftf format?
I downloaded the Xperia Go Jelly Bean FTF but am unable to extract the system.sin and retrieve the system files. I followed this method but it did not work, is there another compression value I could use or another method?
Also I've tried that method on GB and ICS FTF's and it worked it is just this JB FTF which it does not work on.
Just open ftf file with winrar, extract sin files and then extract sin files using sin editor.

I didn't find a value but successfully extracted the ftf using the method on this thread. Refer to posts # 2,3 & 4.

That FTF file contains the rom and the kernel, just flash it via flashtool, and make sure you are on unlocked bootloader, and dont forget to check no final verification box before flashing.

Hello guys , i need a little help
i'm running a custom ROM , can i return to my original firmware and receive OTA normaly from sony ?
if the answer's yes / so tell me how i know and download the exact firmware for my region
Thanks
yes u can go to orignal firmware and recieve OTA but if u root the orignal firmware u will not recive OTA. to go back to orignal firmware first download flashtool and secondly download xperiafirm and download the ftf of your choice and flash it using flashtool. follow this guide to flash.this is to flash lollipop firmware but u download the firmware of your choice and follow the same steps. www.xperiablog.net/2015/03/17/guide-to-installing-xperia-lollipop-using-xperifirm-and-flashtool/

i tried xperiafirm app but the flashtool can't see the file i downloaded, can i download a lolipop first then update it to MM ?
and do i need to lock bootloader before or after flashing the Original ROM ?
thats weird. make sure your ftf firmware file is placed here. C:\Users\your pc name\.flashTool\firmwares
>>Download ftf from the ROM section of the phone in XDA
>> Keep it in the right place inside the flashtool usually C:\Users\your PC\.flashTool\firmwares
if you are not using the old flashtool.
>>sometimes if it did not show up.
so you may need to rename your downloaded file from .zip to .ftf so it shows in the firmware folder
and all is good now , just flash it keeping or wiping data whatever you need.
Cheers

I already have this version . But it's can't read rom files
I wouldn't know about what you are doing, but version 9.18 worked for me when newer versions didn't. Maybe give it a try.

For flash tool, the ROM file needed is .ftf format. To flash .img ROM you need to use Command line to flash
