Hi all,
I've got quite a strange situation... my Samsung Galaxy S3 from Telstra in Australia (GT-I9305T) hasn't been able to boot into recovery for a while (it stuck on the Samsung Boot screen) and now just booting my phone regularly gets me stuck on the same place. I've also turned off USB Debugging because I seemed to be having problems with charging my phone previously and it seemed to fix my problems, placebo or not.
I want to try and re-flash firmware via Odin but I can't figure out if I can turn on USB Debugging while my phone is off (perhaps via terminal/console commands?). If anyone's got any ideas on how to un-brick my phone you would be an absolute god-send. Thanks!
Can you put it in Download mode (Menu+Down Vol+Power) and just use Odin for flashing the new ROM? That would be the same as when phones are first flashed/rooted etc. I don't recall turning on USB debug until later when I was using TitaniumBU...
USB debug is only used in android, not in recovery or download mode. So reboot in download mode and use Odin.
Good Day Can you help me how to enabled USB Debugging while my phone is on a boot stuck or boot loop ?
cause i need to reset my phone on PC but my PC won't detect my devices if the USB Debugging is not on
So can you help me please ?
im on mm 6.0 epd1 and when the set up section of the rom gave me options of what country your phone is from it did not have usa for option so like a retart i chose germany and flashfire asked what partition to flash it to either recovery or boot to install i chose recovery now phone cant be recognized with smart switch or odin when trying to boot into recovery it hangs on recovery not seandroid enforcing and only shows pic of battery charging when usb is plugged in to pc otherwise odin or pc wont recognize tryed diff cables and versions of odin also tried reinstalling usb drivers any help or should i smash it into oblivion if you have anything to help would appreciate 10 fold
Can't get into Download Mode...?
Hey, i try to flash twrp, so i gone in the Download Mode start Odin and Flash it. Than my phone reboot and nothing heppents. Its shows only "Samsung Galaxy A7" I cant go anymore in Download and Recovery Mode. My PC dosent find my Phone so i can start the Download Mode via ADB. I tried the USB OTG Jig, but same issue.
Anyone can help me?!
Samsung Galaxy A7 2018
Hi,
I'd like to recover data from a Samsung Galaxy A51 .
The phone is locked and I don't have the pincode (forgotten), I've been able to turn it off (only with USB connected, otherwise asks pin) and put it in recovery mode, but from there couldn't reboot to bootloader/download mode... (the phone just restart normally).
I think USB debugging is disabled too...
I was looking into adb commands with clockworkmod installed to pull data out, but I can't find a way to flash it to the phone..
I'm fairly new to Android but I have experience with computers and procedures.
How can I achieve the data recovery?
Thank you very much for your help.

If you can't unlock the screen and if USB debugging was not enabled before the issue started, you will not be able to recover your data.
