Hi to all, my Huawei Ascend G700 that I just bought has gone into a bootloop. I have succesfully root the phone using Huwaei eroot software from as in the picture below but I havent flashed any custom ROM yet.
But then I want to install CWM recovery into the phone as it much feature rich that the stock e3 recovery. So I've downloaded the CWM recovery from the page in the picture below.
I used MobileUncle Tools to boot the CWM recovery & that's when the issue occured. It keep restarting after the Huawei logo. I cant even get into the recovery (by holding volume button up + power button). If I hold the volume down button + power button, a sentence " => FSATBOOT mode... " at the lower left corner of the screen will appear but the phone will reboot itself again & again. Please help. Thank you.

get the firmware for your phone (don't know if it's G700-U00 or U10), and flash images back. take out the battery, put the software in download mode for the necessary images (=download to phone), and insert the cable while you 're pushing both volume buttons
Huawei Ascend G700 bootloop
Did n`t work for me. Does someone know serial connecting points for Ascend G700, or has .pdf or picture of electrical schematic?
I think , it may help much!

as I said, use the solution I posted ... I managed to recover my phone with bricked recovery, uboot & boot partition:
- download the original stuff on the page,
- install the program
- tell it to upload firmware parts 'boot' & 'recovery' & start it
- connect the USB cable, hold both volume buttons and then enter the battery. this may not be easy: windows will first need to install a CDC driver, so the first time you try to download it will certainly fail, but maybe the 2nd or 3rd time . You know you're in the good mode when your screen keeps blank.
Sir
I guess I need more assistance from you if you don't mind.I have added my comments in red letters to your email below and if you can assist me on that it will be appreciated

I think the program he is refering to is listed on that other thread that he refers to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2412017
The program hisuite is mentioned. just google hisuite and you will find the official Huawei website with the program download.
But a "dummies how to guide" could be useful if anyone that have done this themself could take the trouble to make one.
Personally I just have ordered and not received my G700 yet, and found this thread because I was planning to root and put CWM into it when I get it.
But reading this thread makes me a bit worried if its worth the trouble, as it sounds as its a common problem on these phones.
From what I read, rooting is rather safe, but the CWM part may brick the phone, is this correct?

Hi all,
I have a Huawei U8860 and i tried to flash MIUI rom V5 into it using a chinese software called ROMASTER. The software flashed the recovery.img and reboots but after reboot it went into a screen stating 'Image signature verify fail!'. Now i can't normal boot into the phone, can't boot into pink screen using volume up + power, what i can do is only boot using volume up + volume down + power button to flash factory ROM. I tried a few of the Huawei official ROMs but all end up failing. Tried to search the forums but no luck either. Hope that someone can help me on this.
Thanks in advance!

Okk...I have tried all the methods to root this model SM-G313H...Every method failed...But at last i found the solution...I am describing step by step...
Firstly you have to download a few things-
a) Download windows version of KingoRoot(Not Kingroot!!) and install it in your pc
Link: https://www.kingoapp.com/
b)Download Odin for android preferably Odin v.3.09 for Samsung. You can download any version otherwise.
Now your objectives are mainly two things...firstly,You have to root your phone and then install a custom recovery.
Rooting the phone:
a)Allow USB debugging in you model by tapping the "Build no" a few times.
b)Connect the mobile with your pc with a working data cable
c)Run KingoRoot.exe. It will detect your phone and follow the instructions. You have to wait till the root is done.At 97/98 % it will ask for rooting in a prompt...you have to click ok..you phone will boot in recovery and after that rooting process will be completed...You can see "SuperUser" in your mobile screen.
Now your phone is rooted.Verify using Rootchecker. Now,the next job is to flash a custom recovery.
Flashing Custom recovery(TWRP)
a)Download TWRP file for SM-G313H...Download "TWRP_2.8.5.0_Vivalto.tar.md5" (Not TWRP_2.8.5.0_Vivalto_flashable.zip).
link given below:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ace-4/development/recovery-twrp-recovery-2-8-5-0-samsung-t3038601
After download extract it.
a)Switch off your phone.Boot in download mode by pressing 3 keys simultaneously : Home key+Power key+Volume down key
b)Follow the instructions in the screen and enter into download mode by clicking continue
c)Run odin in your pc and connect the phone with pc using a data cable.Odin will detect the phone.Click the option AP and select the TWRP extracted file.Check The AP box.Only 3 options should be checked...Auto reboot,F.reset time and the AP itself. Now click on start and it will flash TWRP in your device.
So,here is the full process regarding rooting and installing TWRP. Its fully functional for this model with the given configuration.Hope its solved but if you are getting any problem then you can ask me.
Not working
I have done the same as you have described and flashed TWRP as per your instructions but after doing the steps when I am pressing buttons (volume down+ home+ power key) It is not opening TWRP but it is as same as it was before installation. It is only opening Warning Of installing custom recovery and showing press volume up to confirm and volume down to cancel as it was showing earlier

1.Please follow the steps properly. You have to flash TWRP properly using Odin.
2.Now,after succesful flashing first of all, turn off your phone. After that press and hold Volume Up + Home button + Power button for a couple of seconds. Release held keys when the Recovery mode appears on the screen. Now you will be in expected mode.(use volume up not volume down)
3.Now if you have followed all the steps in sequence and till not working please check Mobile Model no,Baseband version and Build no.
[Mods please delete]
Hello,
Did you try flashing the normal way (instead of fastboot?)
That is, download the software for your phone, put the Update.APP in a folder called dload and put it on your SDCard.
Turn off the phone, hold VOL DOWN + VOL UP + POWER, release POWER when the Huawei logo appears, keep the others pressed until the automatic flash procedure begins. It should work just fine

Try unlocking the bootloader and then flashing the recovery. Unlocking the bootloader is not hard you can look it up on YouTube. It might work after that.

This saved my phone many times. You can flash this from pc if you can access fastboot mode (power + volume down) than after extracting the RAR on your pc, open the folder, run "flash.bat", this does the rest.
It is an older version of TWRP, but you can access your storage and flash your recovery, after that "reboot to recovery" option will take you to that.
