I can't get sound from my speaker but when my phone rings I can hear it no problem. Was working and stopped. I clean installed cm13 with full wipes and it's still the same

i just got my prime and i cant seam to get sound from the speaker any one got the same problem?
Make sure your speakers not on mute by accident. Go into settings then Sound then volumes. If they all up n still no sound, then try a reboot.

Has sound every came out the speakers before? Or it just seemed to stop for no reason?
no i just opened the box and i havent heard a sound from the speakers
I have a problem with the sound on my Xperia S. It seems that I don't have sound through the ear speaker during calls. When I plug my genuine Sony Xperia S headset I do have sound. When I turn the speakerphone on during calls I do have sound. But when I use my mediaplayer w/o the headset I don't have sound over the speakerphone. Ringtones do not sound when receiving a call or text/IM-messages.
Some issues that might relate to this problem:
- I used my beats by dre Tour headphones, and since I installed KA09 Rom it doesn't give the system notification that the microphone and volume buttons don't work.
- I installed KA09 and today KA10, the problem still continues to exsist.
I never dropped the phone or had any damage, I only have it for 3 months now.
Anybody else facing problems like mine? If so, what was your solution?
I notice while on a call with a bluetooth headset, switching it to handset or speaker will make the call audio stop working. However if you have a notification sound play, the audio starts working again for about 5 seconds then shuts off until another notification sound is played (eg. Touch screen sound). Also when switching back to bluetooth everything works again.
Is this a known CM10 issue? I couldn't find anything on it so wasn't sure. I've also done full wipe and the problem is still there.

I'm having this problem too, it's very annoying! Anyone has a solution?
Hello i just got a used galaxy note 1. i have a problem with the ear speaker and i think its software problem. because the ear speaker is sometimes working and sometimes not working. When i call anyone, the ear speaker works, but when somebody calls me the ear speaker doesnt work. Sometimes it works when somebody calls me but usually it doesnt work. i have tried all resets, installed other roms but it didnt work. The Android Version is 4.2.2 jb and i'm usin the cyanogen mod.

I9100 Australian edition unlocked fresh install of cm11 via cm installer
Music playback is silent
Phone calls nothing in the earpiece
Press loudspeaker and tadaa all sound comes through music and phone call Both through
loudspeaker
This tells me the loudspeaker is OK the earpiece may be dead I am assuming that YouTube/media players aren't activating the output then , in the case of the music player piggyback off the loudspeaker being activated in call.
Headphones do work
Any suggestions?
Clean install of stock to test for starters, and if that's OK, do another clean install of CM.
