Hi!
Since short time I've started to use Bluetooth headphones with my mipad 2. When it's on they work perfectly but when I disconnect the BT on my mipad 2, the tablet is all the day with this wakelock. I don't understand how it's possible if I have toggled the BT off. Anyone know how to fix this and how to avoid this wakelock?
For instance, If I left the tablet in airplane mode overnight, BT low power wakelock will be working the whole night draining my battery.
I flashed latest stable rom of Xiami EU. Issue is still present.

Hi guys,
Have you experienced mysterious battery drop between turn on and turn offs?
for example, one time when you turn off your tablet and the battery level is 50%. The next time when you turn it on, the battery level becomes 40% (maybe not this much, but maybe 6% - 7%) This problem has occured ever since I have gotten the tablet about two months ago. This caused me to have to charge the tablet without much use. I do not abuse the tablet and I only use it normally. The turn offs are full shut down, not idle. I have been using Flashback honeycomb firmware. But I think initially I had this issue when using illuminate at first too.
is this a common issue or just the battery indicator/firmware is not right?
Thanks.
Hi everyone!
About two days ago I decided to switch off my ACER Liquid Z3 after charging the battery to 100%. Now I am not able to switch the phone on in the first instance and when I use the AC adapter to start the phone, the battery shows 1% battery.
The strange thing is that when I leave the phone on overnight (8 hours), the battery only discharges by about 2%. So, assuming the discharge is constant, after two days the battery should be at about 88%.
The other thing to note is that I did a 'update' on this phone before switching it off. But this does not tell me if the update is causing the problem because I did not do this 2-day discharge test before the 'phone update'. Also, the phone is running on Android 4.2.2.
Another interesting observation is that when the phone is plugged into a power source, the cpu locks onto the highest frequency (~1000 Mhz) and when you disconnect the power source, the cpu frequency drops and stays at around ~598Mhz
Is anyone else with this phone having the same issues? If so, has anyone resolved it? I know other phones have experienced this issue in the past.
I have not noticed this issue. Generally when on my phone drops 1% over night.
I did try to use the power scheduler to turn it off at night. It turns the phone off but does not turn it back on! Interestingly if the phone is off the alarm works, but the damn thing will not come back on when scheduled.
So in the one test I have done I have not noticed significant battery drain when the power is off. Maybe its because the battery is new. Is it any better now?

Hello,
I have Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro (SK17i). For last three months I am experiencing battery drain issue (Batter drain within 5 to 6 hrs even if it is continuous a sleep). Same thing happens even with a new battery.
So I upgraded from ginger bread to ICS. But problem still remains.
Have checked BBS, my cell never goes into deep sleep. Have checked wakeup locks and found nothing that drain much of battery power (BTW my cell is rooted).
Yesterday I tried to plugin headphones (unplugged it after 3 to 4 sec) and to my surprise after that my cell goes into deep sleep. But after I restarted my cell, same problem arises again. I cleaned stereo jack with WD-40 and plugged in headphone and my cell goes into deep sleep but after restart problem occurs again.
Do anyone faces this issue? What seems to be the problem?
Thanx
So I just got my Gear S today. After pairing it with my S6 Edge, the battery drained by 40 percent in a couple of hours. This means that to use the watch, I'd need to charge my phone 3 times a day. I've also noticed lag on the phone when paired to the watch. Anyone know why this is?
Make sure you turn off the pedometer which is on by default. It will drain your battery faster than anything. I leave Bluetooth and WiFi on all the time. When I am away from my phone and connected via WiFi my battery drains faster than when I choose not to connect and use my data plan.
How do I turn it off? All I see is pause
Pause is basically off. It doesn't reset existing steps so it's called pause rather than off
you should also check location settings on your phone if you have the find my device feature on. i think it sets it to high accuracy that really drains my battery. i changed it on the phone to power savings.
Happy new year, folks!
So I noticed that my new Oneplus X dropped to 40% charge during the night being somewhere above 60 before.
The thing is that it was in Airplane Mode and jad no Wifi connection, so it should really not have done much.
(The only thing I can think of that was on was Ambient Display with Proximity Wake and adaptive Brightness...)
I have read this similar thread but neither am i sure this is my issue nor a proper solution was found.

Anyone having the same problem? How can I fix it? Or is it a firmware bug?
Edit: weird that the battery screen shows my Gps as beeing active even tho I have disabled location in my quicksettings after i used it in the late evening..
Edit2: So it koojs like the GPS was draining the battery and it's indicator was not working. Last nights the phone dropped by 1% or 0%. Solved!
