My smartphones ACERZ130 and WIKO GOA are blocked on a black screen with the logo of ACER or GOA. The buttons and the touchs doesn't works. The smartphones are not detected on a computer. Factory Reset, Reboot System. The screen still displays No Command message on black screen and doesn't reacts. Is there any way to repair?

hi all, I have the zte Carl. I can't do a factory reset .every time I try, the result is a white screen on reboot and stuck there. I tried to do hard reset but still got white screen. the basic problem is that both home and dial button not working so I want to do a reset. I have an Aoson M30 (rockchip 3066) and it now won't boot to the home screen.
It Just turns on to the company logo boot up screen (which is normal) but stays at this screen. It flashes the pattern over and over so the processor is obviously still running .
It should then go to the home screen but just continues to flash the boot screen.
I tried to reload the firmware but the Rockchips batch tool doesn't work either. It sees the tablet but stays at "pink" on the indicator screen. It doesn't turn green (which it needs to) so the firmware will not transfer to the tablet.
I have reset via the reset button, flattened and recharged etc but it wont start up
.
I tried booting holding the volume + and power buttons and it comes up with an image of 2 penguins? Then it shows a vertical android bot for a second before showing one lying down with a " !" symbol above it.
I guess the firmware is corrupted but without the ability to reload I fear I may have a brick!!!!
Any ideas?

Hi,
i had the same problem some time ago and the way I solved it was by flashing again the original rom.
Your issue might be the driver installatin on the PC to recognize the tablet as a M30. I had to use an XP to be sble to install properly the RK3066 drivers.
Also try tomuse another usb cable. The one it comes with the tablet is quite patchy and I had to use a good quañity one.
Dont give up, if you ger the endless logo loop I dont think it is bricked.

I have a xperia u After replacing the housing touch doesn't seem to work.... Device turns on device leds blinks but screen is just black lighted without colors.... after booting up (after 2 vibrates thats how XU boots) when i press camera button it opens the camera (flash light turns on) when i touch where camera icon is it just captures the picture(flashes and i can hear the capture sound)
Simply the problem is touch works. its responsive but no colors it just lights up thats it. Digitizer works to (menu, home, back buttons) cuz after booting up when i touch it it vibrates.
(When i keep removing the battery and restarting a single time sony logo came and went)

my xt890 lcd screen and digitizer were broken so i changed them and the phone was working fine for a week, i then wanted to update to kitkat through oem update; everytime i tried it would give me error . i then read that since i unlocked bootloader and rooted my phone and installed cwm recovery i couldnt do an oem update and i had to do a factory reset in order to update through oem, so i did just that ; after the phone finished factory reset and booted i proceeded with oem update while the phone was charging, everything was going fine the file was downloading, i went to the bathroom and came back the display was black, but touch screen was working fine...through more searching i read that this could be from the update, and i should do another reset... since i couldnt see anything even recovery menu. i downloaded moborobo so i can see my screen on pc and proceeded to factory reset ... now i cant even see through moborobo and im stuck. Please help.

Got an android tablet (Sencor Element 8D101) from a close friend, with the message, that if fails to boot.
Indeed, when i try to switch it on, only the beginning splash screen (the word "element" in front of cloudy background) is visible, and the tablet does nothing more.
We believe it had stock 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, and as far as i know, the device was not rooted.
I read that pushing some phyiscal buttons during boot may bring up a recovery boot menu that may help. Hardreset.info said for this model, that should be Volume up + Power. Sadly i do not seem to do it right, because at best i am only getting an infinite loop of the "element" screen and big green android logo (but not the lying down android with it open chest) - but nothing resembling a menu. I tried pushing all the buttons during the android logo being visible, but nothig happened.
I got adb.exe and tried "adb wait-for-device reboot recovery", but that also does not seem to recognize the device.
Do you have some ideas or suggestions how to proceed?
