I have tried several times to update the freebuds with the app, the earbuds pair correctly and work fine, but they just will not update. Factory reset didn't help.
Has anyone else had trouble and manage to update?
I think you bought it quite early, snail paced Huawei updates will force you to wait.. you'll just have to wait.

Hello there, I am running B317 on my huawei p8 and I use a sony smartwatch 3 with it. Since updating to this version, when a twitter, whatsapp, facebook or any other notification comes through on my phone exactly when they are supposed to, it fails to arrive on time on my smartwatch 3. When they arrive they can be anything from 5 to 20 minutes late and sometimes not until I use the phone for a while. When the phone is on charge they come through straight away on both my phone and smartwatch 3. I have been through every setting I can think of trying to fix this. Has anybody else had any similar issues and if so did they fix them?

Dead slow
Hi. I have been using g6 from 10 months. And it was working super fast until i received the update yesterday night.
After the update the phone became too slow. Even to make a call i shoyld wait for 10 sec for the c9ntacts to open.
The phone is gettig heated up.
YouTube, various Google-related items and even eBay all now have trouble loading for some reason. Resetting app data does nothing.
I constantly get a pop up telling me "unfortunately email has stopped".
Factory reset hasn't helped either.
I've had all these same problems with the slowness. My battery life has also been down a bit more than notmal.
I received an update to 16A this morning. I hope this solves those problems. I was hoping it was Oreo 8.0 since the V30 received that update this week, but its not.
The few minutes I've played with it, I can't tell any improvement in speed.
so, i was waiting patiently for a very long time for another update, but nothing came. it was when i was on my last straw being forced to look at boxes whenever anyone with an apple device posted emojis did i search around and see there is indeed a 2019 update. i talked to a huawei employee and he told me to DL hisuite on the PC, which i did. when i connected and clicked update, it claimed i was up to date. yet when i checked my emui it's 5.
so, i want to save myself some trouble before i ask to even get the update: did huawei fix the boxes i see whenever anyone using apple posts an emote? and has anyone even had this problem? am i the only one? if the answer is yes to the first question, what can i do to update my mediapad pro since it keeps insisting nothing is wrong with it?
I updated my single SIM Mate 20 Pro to 9.1.0.318 a few months back, and it's been unfortunately stuck there ever since, as I stopped getting OTA updates.
Can someone point me towards a download link for 9.1.0.346 for the LYA-L09? I'd like to perform the update using an OTG adapter - the fact that the phone gets wiped is a feature, not a bug in this instance. A couple apps are misbheaving, and I think starting fresh would be a good idea.

Hello guys i have been wondering around google and other sites to find a solution but nothing seems to work.
So i got a new T-rex pro 2 days ago, and its a pretty good watch, but since day 1 and after all the updates i cant use it properly. It is constantly restarting and after that runs ok for a while.
It is restarting when i try to change faces from the watch. After some idle if i went to the menu and select any type of measure it restarts again. It restarted in settings couple of times. Today it restarted in the middle of my workout and at every end of a workout, when i press "save" it restarts. Sometimes it restarts when i awake the screen by turning my wrist. It restarts very often when i try to interact with it in any way. Im running ZEPP on Iphone 7 plus ( the old lady ). In system update it says i am running 2.0.4.11.
If anyone can provide some support i will be most grateful, as for now this watch is good, but unusable.
I've just bought one, and I haven't received it yet. But may I ask you, if you have hard resetted via official application. And there is a 3rd party app with a lot of extra features..You may also try resetting via that app. Or flashing official firmware again.
It’s a great watch I love it, hope you have no problems. Well I only got the Zepp app, runs as a charm. The support team through the app is great as well, they proposed to assist me with the seller and with the documents I have, I tried factory resets 2 or 3 times but didn’t work. It is interesting that after the factory reset, it didn’t prompt me to update firmware. It has been 2 weeks now since I sent it via warranty to the supplier, turns out it is rather shady shop, there are other people complaining about the quality of the tech, but so many happy customers as well.
Hopefully they will return it to me as it was at least, and I will try these workarounds, but this will be in 2 more weeks I think. They said they have 30 days rights to take a decision
