[Help] Blackview BV5800 PRO SP Flash Tool "STATUS_DA_HASH_MISMATCH" - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello! I posted on the official forum for Blackview but so far I haven't gotten a response. TL;DR, my phone, a Blackview BV5800 PRO, could not boot up (stuck on logo) and using recovery mode doesn't work. I get mounting issues when I try to factory reset, wiping the partition cache, and even mounting it (an option).
So my last resort was to attempt to re-flash the ROM using the provided ROM file by the OEM, which they did have on their forum. The first time around when I downloaded the ROM plus the SP Flash Tool, followed the instructions and all, it appears to be flashing just fine. As soon as it finished with the checkmark on screen, the phone is stuck in a black screen and Windows keeps detecting the device over and over, but nothing happens on the phone. From my research online, this is a feature of all MediaTek devices in an attempt to restore a factory ROM.
Now, when I try to flash again with the SP Flash Tool with the same ROM, I am getting a "STATUS_DA_HASH_MISMATCH" error. Or sometimes i get the "STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL error. At this point, I tried every possible option within the tool itself as well as trying all combinations on the phone Power + Vol down/up/both then plugging it to my PC, nothing. It keeps showing the same error.
Frustrated with this, did I screw up something? Did the preloader corrupt during the first run? I don't know what to do at this point.

[Q] No power to Wiko Darkmoon (MT6582) after Recovery Flash attempt

Hey all,
In an attempt to load the custom ROM from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2658343 I kinda broke the phone.
Part of the steps is to flash the custom Recovery screen.
In the steps you use the Scatter file that's provided and load that up with the SP FlashTool.
Problem though is that I started to get the error SP FLASH TOOL ERROR : (8038).
I then read that by using MTK Droid Root & Tools, I could create a new Scatter file that would fix the error...
Created the new scatter file and then when I loaded it, I got the Big Green Circle saying everything was cool.
Rebooted the phone and it wouldn't come back on.
Crap.
Tried loading into the Recovery screen using the volume and power button, but nothing shows up on the screen.
Tried plugging it into my Win7 and WinXP computers but neither recognize the device and nothing shows up on the screen to say that it's charging.
Is this phone completely gone or is there something that can be done?
Old thread but somehow connected brand new experience to be documented:
What I just experienced was, after a cancelled attempt of flashing recovery, the phone was off and didn't go back on. I tried fiddling with the buttons and assumed it was bricked. Fortunately I didn't give up too soon. It was only after pressing the on button for a very extended time (>30secs?) that it came back to life. It didn't boot further than Wiko logo, but the key reactions were back to normal concerning reboot, booting recovery and cold start.

Brom error 3149

I had a Lenovo s860, so basically every 3 to 4 months, I have to flash the stock firmware to the phone, because my phone will brick on its own(Black screen, no response at all, force switch off[Volume up button+power button],switch on again takes forever.
So I am pretty get used to how to flash my phone, I know every step,so on yesterday, ****s happen again, but this time, when i tried to flash it give me this error
"Message: BROM ERROR : S_DA_SDMMC_WRITE_FAILED (3149)
", the flash process stops at 25%.
I though no big deal, sometimes it fails for the first time, so i flash it again and again, format and flash, downloaded higher version of SP tool, downloaded another version of firmware, restart my PC, system restore my PC, and still, it wont flash.
Then I managed to flashed TWRP into my phone, and it is working. And I tried to install firmware ZIP by using OTG, but nothing shows up.
I really need help.
Im having the same problem.
Did you manage to solve this problem?

[Please help] MICROMAX Q372 PHONE DEAD

I was facing an issue with the phone being stuck in logo screen.I tried to wipe the user data and was unable to do so via recovery. So I flashed the phone with stock rom using Sp Flash tool.Still it once again remained stuck in logo screen. So I tried to format the phone and after that the phone is dead , It does not charge nor power up.I once again tried with format all and download and sp flash tool flashed it successfully and showed the okay screen. The flashing process is happening but the phone does not boot on pressing the power button. It is like totaly dead.Except the only thing that recognizes my phone is the flash tool.Even my laptop which runs on Ubuntu 16.04 does not show any kind of indication on connecting. Please give me a solution.I am very panicked.
How I encountered this problem:
1.Since I was stuck at the boot loop.I tried to wipe data entirely through recovery. There was mount error due to encryption. So my only chance was at flashing the phone.
2.I had 3 version of stock Rom for 3 different build(I didn't know my build no).I tried flashing them all but all the 3 flashed successfully but the result was
same.Stuck at bootloop.I found out this might be because I was unable to wipe the data from phone.
3.So I wiped the entire data using sp flash tool using the format flash except boot loader option.
4.After that I had 3 versions of stock Rom with me for different build no.And I think I flashed the one with
the build no which was not meant for my phone.
5.The flashing was successfull. But the phone was dead.
6.Then once again I reflashed other version during which once the flashing was interrupted.
7.Finally I flashed the correct Stock rom version for my build no.Because It was in the end I found out my build no.
8.The flashing was successfull except the phone is still dead.
Observations:
A.Memory Test:
1.ERROR:NAND FLASH NOT DETECTED.(This was present even before the phone became dead .ie when it was stuck at the boot loop after flashing the firmwares).
2.ERROR:UFS not detected.(This was present even before the phone became dead .ie when it was stuck at the boot loop).
Rest went well. The memory test in the end showed the okay message.
B.Format option:
Now the format option does not work.
When I try to format the phone once again using sp flashtool format whole flash except bootloader. It says ERROR : S_DL_READ_PT_FAIL (5073).
what went well?
I am able to download the preloader first and then seperately download rest of the components.
This I am able to do with and without the battery.
what didnt go well?
1.The phone is still dead.No reaction from the phone on pressing any button.
2.Phone LED does not blink or light up on connecting with or without battery to the wall charger or laptop.
3.The screen is black.
I have a question.
should I try the format whole flash option and not format whole flash except boot loader?
I did not try this since latest version doesnt have this. And there are many people who have encountered problems too with that option.
PLEASE HELP ME.THANK YOU.

[H] Homtom Zoji Z7 problems with flashing

Hello and Servus,
I recently got a Homtom from my neighboor to look at because its full of bloatsoftware and seems to have battery issuses.
First I tried to install TWRP by this guide "https://romprovider.com/2018/10/homtom-zoji-z7-root/" and this one "https://www.getdroidtips.com/twrp-recovery-zoji-z7/"
I was able to "install" twrp using adb but I was stucked in a bootloop after this, couldnt even get to recovery /twrp, so I tried my way with the Smart Phone Flash Tool.
Some problems where persistent and I couldnt connect my phone with the tool until I had to format it via.
After formating the phone and installing the stock rom I got from here "https://rootmygalaxy.net/stock-rom-on-zoji-z7-official-firmware/" I am now stuck even worse. I dont even have a bootloop, the phone just starts and goes off.
Even worse was it, after I tried to flash to a "higher" version I got from this post "https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/zoji-z7-4g-smartphone-t3613364" - I just got a display bug and couldn't do anything, so I flashed the stock rom again.
Right now the only thing that works is fastboot. If I try to boot it in recovery or else it just goes off.
Is there someone who can help me there ?

Stuck in bootloop Neffos X1. No recovery mode.

Hello community,
I haven't posted here before, so I hope I'm not doing anything wrong.
I have a problem with my Neffos X1 and after browsing the internet for hours nothing helped so far, so I hope some of you can help me out.
My phone is stuck in a bootloop since yesterday evening. I haven't done any updates or new installations recently, so it just happened out of the blue. It loads till the Neffos logo and then restarts over and over again.
Since I can't take the battery out, I tried letting it run out of energy and then restart, but as soon as I connect it to a power source the bootloop will start again.
I read a lot about getting it in recovery mode or to try and flash it, but no matter what combination of buttons I try, nothing is happening. The phone basically doesn't react to anything and just keeps restarting. The only thing I noticed is, that when pushing both volume keys the screen will just stay black (no restarting), but after letting go the bootloop will start again.
I tried flashing it via SP Flash Tools, but the phone also doesn't react to it.
Lots of troubleshooting guides also require, that I have rooted my phone in the past, unfortunatly I haven't. I also read about unlocking the bootloader, but since my phone isn't reacting to any buttons and my laptop also doesn't seem to recognize my phone (probably because it doesn't boot proberly), that doesn't seem like a solution either.
To summarize: I'm stuck in a bootloop with no recovery mode, no rooting, no unlocking bootloader, probably can only use my laptop to do anything remotely.
So, is there anything you can think of, that might help me get out of the bootloop? Or ideas of what I may did wrong when trying the other solutions?
Thanks for any help in advance.
Same problem
I have the same problem, I have tried all kinds of soft reset and nothing is working I also opened the phone to check if anything was not connected properly, but everything seems fine except for that infinite loop. Please help!

Try this
Download phone's Stock Firmware onto your personal computer.
Install the USB MTK Drivers - NOT ANY OTHERS (skip if you have them already installed).
Download and Launch the Smart Phone Flash Tool (SP Flash Tool)
Click the Scatter-loading button to navigate to the Stock Rom you just downloaded.
Select the Scatter File from the extracted Stock Firmware on your computer.
Select the Download Only in the SP flash tool option
Click the Download button to start the Formating process.
Connect your phone via USB to the computer>> holding volume + and volume – button of your phone at the same time or holding power button only so that the flashing process will starting working
Patiently wait for your device to be formatted.
After the formatting is done, a Big Green button will pop up on the SP Flash to show that.
Unplug phone and boot it up.
If you have a boot loop after booting your device, boot into recovery mode and do a factory reset.
Voila, you are all good.
