I'm using Amazfit gtr 47mm smartwatch and it was stuck in the bootloop while i try to do restore.
Today the watch didn't connect with smartphone and I tried several times but no use. and I decided to do the factory reset. after that the watch doesn't came back and stucked in the bootloop.

After restart, I see the Amazfit logo and after two minutes the watch restarts.

Its only been 5 days that i am using my new amazfit GTR 2 watch connected with Oneplus 7pro.
Since yesterday just this is showing on the watch (see attached file)
I just dont understand what to do..
I have tried uninstalling the app.. didnt help. Disconnecting reconnecting via Bluetooth did not help soft reset did not help. Cant hard reset the watch since its showing just this arrow..
Update starts V5.2.11.1 but when it starts it ends after saying UPDATE CANCELLED. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED WITH THE APP.
JUST CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO

Hi i have Amazfit GTS i paired it with my Zepp app next i change some settings and app finded new update. After update the watch in "boot loop" mode. I unpair with my app and i would pair agin but the code QR is not show. I cant pair, on screen...

My watch was restarting itself again and again and many times it stuck on Amazfit logo.
When it went through logo by chance so I apply factory reset. After that am unable to pair watch.. neither blue tooth is showing in mobile devices. I checked with another mobile with new and old version of Android. So far. Am sure that watch Bluetooth is disable by default.. anyone please help
Hi, 8 months ago, i flashed custom rom on amazfit bip, i dont liked the new rom, do i decided to recover stock rom, and after flashing first file the amazfit doesn't turn on, black screen but in the mi fit app the watch is discoverable but i can't connect because i can't confirm the pairing on the watch. is there any solution to start the watch?

Try to start charging the watch first.
When full try again.
Or you can try to start it, while it still is being charged. Sometime that helps to.
Dear friends, I know there probably is a thread on this, I just cannot find it, so I apologize for starting a new one.
I have GTR 2e which is about 2/3 years old. Recently all the lights on the back stopped flashing and it will not pair with my iPhone any longer. It boots up normally but after I did a factory reset it now only starts up in with the QR code - I cannot see it in my bluetooth devices list on my phone not can I discover it in the Zepp app. Any help please
