Question about Chargers!!

Hey guys, I lost my USB charger head that came with the phone.. I couldnt find an original MOTO 850 ma charger head from eBay.in..
I tried a 550 ma Samsung Micro USB charger but it charged very slowly.. 5 hrs to full charge.
So more ma = less charging time??
Will this one be good and charge fast?!

Please help!
The one you found will work fine and charge faster than the original one.
1000mAh
It has been noted in other forums that you need to use a 1000mAh charger to get the full charge. I have used one that was less and the phone was only able to achieve around a 50% charge overnight.

why does my Ray charge faster when connecter to my laptop?

Hello all, I just bought a Xperia Ray, and it's kinda weird that when it's 40 percent, and I connect to my laptop it takes about 2 hours to get to 90 percent, but when I use the wall charger, it takes 5 hours only to get to 80 percent!!! And I've tried it a lot so far, it's the same story...anyone knows the reason?!

The wall charge is not supplying enough current. Many are very poor performers. I charge mine with my wife's Blackberry tablet charger and that provides a steady 2 amps @ 5 volts. Most cheap wall chargers provide less than 400ma @ 4.5 volts.
interesting...so charging with the laptop will not hurt the battery in the long run?!

Not at all. The charging circuit on the Ray will handle whatever is fed into it (up to a point). The laptop USB provides a higher and more stable voltage at the required amperage than the wall charger does so the Ray charges quicker. Finding a decent USB wall charger is actually not that easy. Most are garbage.

Powerbank for G3

Hey guys.
I'm looking forward into buying a powerbank and I was wondering about the output power of it. I have an small tube like 2300 batterypack with 1Amp output. And when it comes to standy charging, you know when the phone is left to charge it's no problem.
The thing I'm worried about is charging while doing something like photos, working on photos, browsing the net, some socoal media maybe a game.
And my question is will 1Amp be enough for the G3 or I have to look for a 2Amp one?
If somebody had both outputs or can test it out It would be great because I wnated to buy it today and in Poland the differance between a 1Amp and 2Amp powerbank is like 2x.
A 2A powerbank charges my G3 quicker than an older 1A that I had. I got a 5v 2A charger with two USB ports and 6000 mAh capacity, and i haven't regretted it since! Although, Pokemon Go drains both my battery and the powerbank daily guess I'll have to find a powerbank with larger capacity
maximal input to charge a g3 is 5V DC 2A
1A is to low to play and charge at the same time. (Pokemon go is the best representative for the deplete akku while charging with a 1A powerbank ^^)
for a good quality for a powerbank is a anker powerbank but they are expensive but the best and qualitatives one
i have a 26800maH powerbank from anker with powercore+ and quickcharge 2.0 in continuous operation the bank can be used 28h with all 3 slots used after that time the bank is empty and need 8h to recharge
13 times can i charge my g3 with it from 0 to 100%
It's a sad story that G3 do not support QC2.0. The max charging rate is 10W. IF you are using a 1A output that would be 5W. thats almost half the speed. My suggestion is getting enough substitute battery and buy a charging dock or something. By doing so you could save the time sitting next to your plug n get rid of the experience of a burning iron pan.

Eheh it will not over heat the tablet ? You got the Aukey 2.0 ?
No overheating.
I also have an Anker charger but that one makes the touch screen laggy sometimes.

Thanks for your reply appreciate your words
I used a generic charger of my old Iconia W4 which has Output 5.35V === 2.0A and it charged the tablet just fine. I read online that usb can tolerate a difference in voltage of 0.5V so this everything in range of 4.5V <=> 5.5V should work fine
